What a very friendly staff. Laid back with a great sense of humor. I haven't been to the dentist in a very long time and they made it easy to actually want to come back. I loved that they explained everything to me.. also the office its self is very nice has an area for children to entertain them selves and it was a very clean environment. I really like this place, My family moved to the area from Niagara Falls and never really found a dentist we liked. My son was the 1st to go for his cleaning and exam and he came home Happy. I had to go in for cleaning and exam, All the staff were great. I just recently had my wisdom teeth removed in Dr Inigo's Office and the guy is a pro. I was in and out of there in 15 mins. He did a great job I chose not to get sedated and I felt no pain during extraction. I am glad he was the one to do the work and even happier we found a great Dentist office near our new home. I found Dr Inigo to have a great personality and its obvious he trains his but off in the gym in his down time. Thanks again to him and all his Staff. Charlie

Time to move on ..... I received a reminder call yesterday for my appt today which was booked 3 or 4 months ago......unfortunately I had to cancel as I had the grandkids unexpectedly today ..... but then I received attitude from this representative informing me that if I canceled without proper notice again I would be paying bla bla bla....now in the past several years I've received text reminders 2 or 3 weeks out but they changed their system back to calling and that's my fault ..... I'll find myself another dental office who treats their patients with a little more respect!

His work is impeccable and my visits are always a good experience. He always takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice. The girls at the desk are always warm and welcoming, answering any questions I may have and never fail to follow up with me on request. His assistants and hygienists are professional and caring. During this exceedingly difficult time(covid-19), I started to have a severe pain in my tooth. I contact the office who were quick to response. After two rounds of anti-biotics the pain continue. Once the office was able to open for emergencies I was immediately contacted and asked if I would like to come in. I said yes, did not want to continue having pain. The office took all the necessary measures to make me feel safe and comfortable immediately upon my arrival. While my worst fear came true, I required a root canal. Dr Inigo and his staff were amazing, they handle the situation in a professional manner ensuring all necessary cautions were taken for both themselves and me. Thank you for making what could have been an extremely uncomfortable situation a comfortable one (I cannot say pleasant because no root canal is pleasant even in the best of time. LOL)

I cannot describe just how unpleasant my visits to Doctor Inigo have been this past year. My appointments have been either delayed or canceled every time, as if my time isn’t being valued. And when I’ve mentioned my concerns they have responded with attitude and aggression. It’s unfortunate that after so many years I must now go to a new dentist.

I got a quote to remove 27 theeth for 2700$ somewhere else and inigo wants 6,700$ big difference! Obviously im not going with them
