I can honestly say that you will never find this level of service anywhere. I have never needed more. Other companies wait until it is in their best interest to contact you to see what you would like to order. This company finds out your needs and fills the order and sends it to your home. It's great . Finally a business that cares and understands.

Needed supplies ASAP because my mask broke, and my current supplier wasn't opened, so I called around because I can't live without my CPAP and was pleased to not only find this company was open for night and weekend appointments, and ***BONUS*** they came right to my house and was able to provide me with all my supplies that evening. I didn't realize there was a difference between CPAP companies until I used this company. This company came to my house on an evening the same day and billed my insurance directly so I didn't need to pay anything out of pocket. they also spent over an hour-and-a-half with me explaining CPAP and Sleep Apnea to me, giving me the education I never got when I got the machine. I have been on CPAP for over 12 years, and learned more with this single visit then I did for the entire prior 12 years combined. THANK YOU CPAP ONE-STOP!!! YOUR EMPLOYEE WAS AWESOME, JUST WISH I COULD REMEMBER HIS NAME!!! I used the St. Catharine's location but was told they are the same owners so wanted to share my review here as well, as I am in customer service and realize the value of good reviews.

My CPAP Machine stopped working today (Sunday) and I called this company expecting to leave a message, but they actually answered phone and come out to my house to troubleshoot problem. It turned out it was just a loose cord. After all this the company did not charge me anything. Definitely impressed!!!
