The dentist created a great deal of anxiety for me in how he presented his diagnosis. He seemed unable to understand my concerns and was unable to explain the procedure proposed and the ramifications. He stood over me talking to me with arms crossed.

Up North Dental Clinic is great! Their facility is extremely clean and a very relaxing environment for anyone that gets anxiety at the dentist. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. They are very informative when it comes to explaining different cleaning techniques and what you need to change to better your own dental health. I have been there for two cleanings now and Nadine is extremely thorough… I have never left the dentist with my mouth feeling so clean. Very very highly recommended dental office!

Up North Dental Clinic is hands down the most cleanest,friendliest Dental Clinic, and has the most efficient staff. They always go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. Dr. AKGUL is a wonderful Dentist who truly cares for his patients. I will not go anywhere else to have my dental work done. Dr. Edraki was very thorough while trying to pinpoint the cause of my tooth/jaw ache. Turns out I need a nightguard. Considering we're in the middle of a pandemic, he still took great care of me and even followed up with me. Highly recommend Up North Dental. Up North Dental Clinic provide their clients with excellent dental services using the newest, up-to-date technology and techniques. Reception staff are consistently very friendly and helpful and the waiting room is clean, modern, and inviting. After two visits and some dental work done, I've found Dr. Edraki and staff to be very professional, knowledgeable, skilled, and compassionate. I experienced no pain whatsoever and the finished result is perfect. The dental hygienist was excellent as well; answering all my questions, providing great tips and tricks for at home dental care, and did a fantastic job cleaning/polishing my teeth. I've already booked my next appointment and I highly recommend Dr. Edraki and Up North Dental Clinic to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Since my appointment when I drive by Up North Denyal I get a horrible panicking feeling in my stomach and I don't want that for anyone in our community. I too had a hard time understanding Dr. Akgul. He's also a very awkward person to talk to. Going to the dentist is already scary and having to have an uncomfortable, confusing conversation with your dentist is a bad start. I was in a lot of pain the whole time. By the end he had put a bunch of fillings in my teeth that I didn't have any issues with. For over a month afterwords I had lots of pain which really afgaffec my life . imagine the worst dental appointment possible, going to Up North Dental is worse than that. They are money hungry dentists that don't care about the wellbeing of their patients!

I had an excellent experience at this clinic. The place is clean and the reception staff were helpful and friendly.I went for the wisdom tooth removal, and my doctor was amazing. He pulled out my tooth without needing a surgery and it was a smooth process. My recovery was faster too. He also recommended things to take care for my teeth and how I can keep them is good condition. Highly recommend.

This place is by far the best place I've been to. I am not a fan of getting my mouth frozen but everything that was done was painless. I barely even felt the freezing that's how good it was. He even took the time to address some concerns I had regarding prior dental work and made me feel at ease. Furthermore, the hygienist Sue was incredible and very gentle while cleaning my teeth. Had a very great experience today at Up North Dental Clinic???? I had 7 or 8 teeth filled (fixing old fillings) and had the front bottom ones built up! Dr Edraki was very kind and patient. He was also very fast. I did not feel the needles and I had no discomfort during the work. I could not believe how fast he finished all that work! I was ready to be there for 2 hours and was done in less than one hour.???? Thank you so much Dr Edraki and Rahma???????? I would also like to thank Nadine for her very thorough cleaning she did last week! I love that she teaches as she cleans! I learned a lot from her! On a scale of 1-10 I give Up North Dental a well deserved 10⭐️

A huge shout out to Dr. AKGUL. Yesterday I had a root canal and 3 fillings completed. I have heard some horror stories about root canals as this was my first one I was expecting the worse. Yesterday was a very pleasant experience. Today my jaw is a bit sore but nothing to complain about. The root canal tooth is tender to bite down on but the pain I was in is all gone. I will definitely be going back for any other dental work Dr. Akgul is amazing and has a very gentle bed side manner. Sue the hygienist was amazing as well. This has been my 5th visit but first review...I would give this place a 10 star review if I could ! DR.Edraki is Amazing aswell as the rest of the staff he's Amazing at what he does and I've never been more comfortable or happier at a dentist office ! Flin flon is very lucky to have this option in town..I will never go to another dentist again besides him even if it means I have to drive hours to my appointment and stay overnight in a hotel.

I have been to all the Dentist in this town in my time in this town and Up North Dental blows them all out of the water. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by one of the very friendly ladies at the front which is very nice. The place is so clean and very comfortable waiting area, all the newest technology. Dr. Edraki is the best Dentist I have ever seen, he genuinely seemed to care what was wrong and went above and beyond in helping me get the help I needed.

I myself have had many appointments with up north dental, every time they are extremely friendly and understanding towards my dental issues. They have set out an easy plan for me to achieve my goals for my smile. I get excited to go see the dentist instead of scared. My 11 year old daughter also came in for a dental checkup and to have two teeth removed, the dentist was absolutely amazing with her and even had a good giggle with her. Highly recommend everyone switch to up north dental, you won't regret it.

I've been wanting to write this review for a while and after speaking with two friends who also had a similar experience with Dr. Akgul and seeing the other bad reviews in different places, I decided to write this to warn others. I was shocked by the way I was treated .For starters I expect a basic understanding of English from my doctors when something as important as my health is being discussed. Dr. Akgul had a very difficult time communicating and answering my questions. He barely explained anything and what he did attempt to explain did not make any sense. I had to ask him the same question in different words several times and he still didn't understand . During my appointment he was frantically trying to get as much work done as possible and hurting me many times because he was prioritizing speeding and racking up my insurance over trying to be careful .This was by far the worst dental experience I have ever had! I can't talk about the other dentists there but I suspect they are all the same. I have since been going across the street as have my friends where the dentist can understand me and is able to have a clear discussion about my teeth .
