I have been going here for a couple of years now and I have to say, they have been very accommodating even with short-notice appointments or walk-ins and coming from a doctor who took 4 weeks to get into see (and even then still seen a resident) I'm very happy with the ease of scheduling an appointment and the friendliness of the doctors and reception staff. You can always get an appointment a day or so out and if you need to be fit in, they have always done their best. People need to remember appointments come first, walk-ins are secondary -- which is the same everywhere, but I have not had an issue with long wait-times with Dr. Chafe or Dr. Stockley, they're both very efficient and listen to all of your needs and are willing to help.

Doctors are fabulous but receptionists are unwelcoming, unfriendly and downright rude at times! Such a shame because the doctors are excellent and very thorough. Wait times are unreal, 2-3 hours even with an appointment.

The reception office of the clinic is the reason for any bad reviews/experiences it seems not only from my personal experience, but also a lot of other people . Dr. Grenning is amazing, brilliant and well respected doctor, but his receptionist’s are very impatient and rude almost every single time I’ve had call for an appointment. They don’t care about any patients and always have a snotty attitude when answering the phone(If they answer the phone)

Reception staff is terrible! So rude and unwelcoming. After working in Health care for 20 years in NS, you treat patients with respect! And obviously by the reviews I’m reading I’m not the only one who feels this way.

Steering, and public distrust. Called at 8:30 one morning no same day appointments, yet they said call again tomorrow since there is 4 openings. So I did, instantly put on hold for 4 minutes then told all appointments gone. Unfortunate...

I have never had a bad experience and have been going here for years, over time I've seen all the doctors in the office and would recommend any one of them. The reception is courteous and friendly and always take walk ins which obviously they don't have to do but choose to which is a great feature at this clinic. They do what they can when they can. I'm never waiting long, the most I've waited is 1 hour but usually it's only a 15 to 20 minute wait on average. Great staff great place :)

The receptionist that was on staff tonight was professional, polite and very helpful. I wish I would have gotten her name. Next time I'm in for a visit and I see her, she will get my many thanks. I typically see Dr. Verge (who has been my angel for many years), but because of the excruciating pain, I had to see the first available Doctor, Dr. Stockley. The care I was given was outstanding. Thank you to the wonderful people who work there. It may stressful at times, but never doubt how much good you're doing for the patients. I for one appreciate it so very much. You made a very bad day so much more bearable.

Doctor Ralph is great, the receptionists - not so much. If you're going to be working with the public you're gonna have to learn now to be respectful, polite, etc. These ladies are lacking compassion clearly.

Arrived in NL in august, ask to be follow by dr Ralph that put me on his on the spot, havent waited more than 2 minutes to see him, conversation was straight to the point and after 15 minute, i had all i needed!

Horrific ....the receptionist service is abousoltley the worst!!!!!!! Especially Rose ....I went in for an inhaler as a walk in and specifically told her that's all I needed ...I also had my 3 year old with me ...she made me and him wait almost 2nd a half hours !!!...needless to say I was crying at the time she fit me in !!!and left in tears ...I literary spoke to the doctor for 2 minutes ...he gave me an inhaler and I left ...never will return ...thanks Rose for your ignorance !

Worst receptionists I've ever death with . Great doctors but the courtesy at the front desk would make you leave the clinic and find a new doctor ! What's wring with you people . If you don't like your jobs ...quit!

Dr. Ralph had me in as a new patient within a couple days, and I only sat down in the waiting room long enough to pull my phone out and unlock it. Didn't even get to check my texts or open facebook because I arrived on time, and he was actually on time with my appointment. 10/10, spent less than 30 minutes from the point I walked in the door and the point I walked out of the clinic. It's a shame everyone else has such waiting time issues, as I've only ever had good service when I was younger (10+ years ago) and my recent visit back. Hopefully my next visit will go equally as efficiently.
