If u are considering this clinic to be your clinic for methadone, PLEASE advoid at all cost. Dr Wael Shublaq is a power happy sociopath he has no compassion or empathy what so ever, he has no problem ripping into you be littling you making you feel like two cents, if he gets angry enough which easy for him to get he finds comfort in threatening to kick you off or simply just kicking you off the program cold turkey. I have never seen a doctor display such a complete lack of professionalism in my life. He sees his methadone patients as scum and treats them as such, but if you are his methadone patient you best know he is the puppet master he can make your life HELL on earth you best watch your Ps and Q's or he will show u hell on earth when he cuts you cold turkey from the longest acting most physically addictive substance known to man kind. The sick thing about it is it brings him joy.

The receptionist is always really friendly and accommodating. Their hours are great and I'm always fitted in quickly with short waiting times. Dr. Shublaq treats myself and my daughter like people, rather than patients. He takes his time with us and shows true concern for any issues we have. Great family doctor!

First I wanna share this was only my experience with Dr. Shublaq over the span of about 1.5 years. Clearly by the 1 star review he was the worst doctor I've ever Seen. If he's going for the record of most patients seen in 1 hour I'd say he's a "shu" in. I've probably seen his eyes 10 times in a year because when you walk in to his room he's already filling out paperwork. He makes you feel you like if you ask him more than 1 question he gets noticablely frustrated. So I mentioned some of the things he was doing over there to another doctor that is in his field and they simply said "Pretty Barbarack". Several stable patients have shared with me that they still get very anxious when they just have to go down and refill their prescriptions. I think that says alot, most people are happy too see their doctor. Ive now got a new Dr. and I Couldn't be happier. Just had to shine some light on this so you don't make the same mistake I did.⛔️????⛔️

The best doctor I have ever had. He shows true empathy and truly listens to your concerns. I have many back issues and because of his experience as a neurosurgery associate, he can relate to my condition and give me the best treatment. Like I've said to him and his staff many times, he is worth the wait. If your a person that is looking for doctor to give you opioids because you feel you need them over his better judgment and medical expertise, he is not the doctor for you. He believes in treating the issue, not making it worse. His experience in psychiatry makes him a great listener. If you lie to him, he will know. If your open and honest with him, he will know. Being honest with him has been a an absolute pleasure of mine. His hours are awesome! There are no other regular doctors in the city that are open sundays and evenings.
