Dr. Bishop is amazing. Been seeing her for 5+ years and I wouldn't want to see anyone else :) she really takes the time to listen to ur problems and help the best way she can! :) I have nothing negative to say about this clinic. I've also seen Dr Quinton and Dr. Metcalf a couple times when Dr. Bishop wasn't in, and they were incredible as well! :) and all the girls on the desk r super nice too :)

We have been going there with our children for a number of years and have never had any issues. They are one of the best place for us to go and they are nearby to us which makes it really convenient.

If you have anything basic to deal with like getting a note for work this place is fine. But if you need anything extra; ie. referrals for your chronic pain condition avoid this place unless you like to wait a month+ for them to hit send. I've been waiting on a referral to be sent since the 21st of July and it's still not sent theres nothing on my file about it. This is very unprofessional in my opinion and it's not the first time I've had these issues with the doctors at this clinic. I feel ignored and forgotten about whenever I have to deal with my dr. I've called to ask medical questions durring a very stressful moment in my life when I went back to work durring the height of Covid-19 and got very aggressive responses about not taking me off work, I want asking to come off work at any point I just wanted to ask some questions about the masks and get some help with the heat causing it hard to breath through the masks provided by work. All in all very poor bedside manner that made me feel more stressed durring one of the most stressful moments in my life would not recommend this clinic to anyone desperate or not. And for those of you thinking well it's a pandemic theres stressed. So is everyone. I dont lash out at customers at work or other employees their doctors they should have some degree of sensitivity training. This type of thing has also been going on since long before the pandemic and will most likely continue after the pandemic imho I will say tho the receptionists here are great they will help the best they can but you dont go to a drs office for the receptionists you go for medical advice.

Dr. B. Quinton is an amazing doctor! I can talk to her about anything. She always gets back to me on any phone calls. I am sure happy to have her for my family doctor!
