5 stars! If I could give more I would. I love Dr. Hussain. She is so thorough and she takes the time to listen to me and my issues. She has amazing suggestions and isn't a pill pusher, she gets to the root of the problem. Her receptionist Joy is also amazing. I have only ever seen one other doctor there once when Dr. Hussain was on maternity leave and she was great too... I hesitate to tell people how awesome she is because I fear I will have issues getting appointments but I cant help it! I am so grateful for such a great doctor, receptionist and overall clinic! Bravo and Kudos!

This dr's office is horrible, whenever you need an appt. for anything it takes a few days to get in and when you need the doctor for example when you are sick you need to see the doctor that or the next day. Whenever you call you are put on hold for ever. I literally was just on hold for 20 which is unacceptable for a doctor's office as I work for doctor myself. The Dr. Oza seems to rush you out the door as well as if you go for a complaint about something she seems to brush it off and not do anything about it and sometimes if you go to the walk-in clinic you get treated better there which is very sad.

Excellent experience with the Doctors and Nursing staff. The receptionists are generally friendly, but when you call in to make an appointment and call in, many times you are out on hold from 10 to 25 minutes. The waiting time is unacceptable. I know that you can book on line, but someone calls you back and changes your preferred booked appointment. WHY?

Been coming to this clinic for the past 3 years and it's great! Great help and doctors and the building is close to everything! The building also includes eye doctor and lifelabs and pharmacy!

Have been going here for years (dr daien) and only have good things to say. Desk staff may not be overly cheery but they get the job done efficiently and competently. Have dealt with the Nursing staff to and they are also great, would recommend.

Dr. Cifelli is excellent and caring. Hard to get an appointment last minute and the wait on the phone to speak to a receptionist can be very long, maybe up to half an hour but they do try to be helpful once they take your call. Also they validate your parking ticket for 1 hour.

So difficult to get an appointment. Booked through the online system (on a weekday) and got a notice 24hrs later that it was rejected. No explanation why and no phone call. Called and reception said that the online system should never have made it available since the doctor had a meeting. Second time that this has happened. Do not use the online system.

requested first visit, was denied due to new patient. Orginal doctor i requested was not accepting patients for another 2+ months. they would not let me book an appointment with any other doctors... Completely absurd and unprofessional.

We used to visit Dr. Rosen, when he retired he handed over his practice to Dr. Garaghazloo and he is an excellent doctor. His approach is very genuine and empathetic. He sincerely listens to your concerns and addresses them. Wonderful experience at this office, even referred by boyfriend to this doctor. Very happy with the service and teaching they have provided over the years.

Very seldom right a review, " But" Dr.Oza needs to get her head out of her cosmetic clinic and pay more attention to her patient's in her family practice. Don't worry about the blood work, just manage the symptoms. Good thing I got a second opinion . Will never go back here!

Dr. Cifelli is incredible! Always listens and spends time with you. I think he should teach other Doctors how to treat patients! The best part is that his receptionist is also very nice, helpful and responsive. I have a newborn and to be treated kindly by the entire clinic has been a priceless experience.

Dr Angela Lalla has been an amazing family doctor for myself and my daughter. Switched to her after a bad experience elsewhere and am so happy I did. Thorough and so prompt. I rarely wait even five minutes but am usually taken in right on appointment time.

Doctor is great. Staff are miserable. Making appointments and trying to see doctor on short notice is near impossible. Not recommended.

Dr. Carlo Cifelli is pretty good to our baby. Not sure if the staff have changed because I found them to be courteous. The nurse was pretty nice too. Finally found a decent clinic.
