Is a terrible place to book a appointment with family Doctor, Never get a appointment with family doctor in one call , at least 3 times or more, Reception always prefer to book appointment with nurse practitioner.

Very rude and obnoxious receptionist. A few doctor & nurses don't care. I think they are getting too comfortable with their job or they are overworked. It may be a mundane, routine thing for them, but you have to keep in mind we come in expecting a little respect. Our stress and anxiety levels are up with even the slightest ailment. If you will not listen to your patient for even the slightest bit and be crazily rude with your opinions, how do you think it will make us feel. I'd like to point it out that a few rotten apples does not spoil the basket of fruit. There are quite a few staff - doctors, nurses and receptionists that are amazing as well, which is why I gave it the 2nd star. The level of interaction/concern has definitely taken a topple for sure though.

Do not park across the street from clinic , on west/south corner of East mall and North Queen , there is parking enforcement officer person sitting in toyota corolla just waiting for people to park and go to the clinic so he/she can give you a ticket

As a previous PT of Dr. Ng, I can't properly express how much I miss his incredibly efficient care. Dr. Ng treated my husband for years, and myself briefly. His knowledge/recall on my chart/history was impeccable, truly impressive to have a physician come in actually remembering your medical history whereas most docs need to look at their paperwork to recall your name. We've only given up his care after moving to a different city, and honestly wish we could commute to his office for medical care (if Covid weren't preventing this from being a reasonable idea). Dr. Ng is a rare breed who was born to do what he does. Receptionists were a complete gong show (deserve -1 star), but that's a minor inconvenience by comparison when you're able to deal with such a dedicated & detailed medical care provider. Who would rather the reverse? The 2-3 star reviews below it seems...

I have been a patient here for approx. 5 years, and I am very satisfied with how Dr. Brankovic deals with my very complex medical status. My family is now also under her care, as I had recommended that they see her. My interactions with Nurse Practitioners Shawna and Julie was also great. It is important to me that the LifeLabs, Ultrasound, X-ray and Pharmacy are in the same building, as well as some doctors specialists. Overall, I recommend this clinic, regardless of the (always) terrible experience with the receptionists, over the phone or waiting in line. I feel that the great doctors and the great services available at the clinic, make my family very happy we are their patients.

Only giving 2 starts simply because the doctors and social workers( social workers reception ) are great. The receptionists on the main floor are extremely rude and preoccupied looking at recipes or the latest gossip instead of doing their simple job to input appointments/ check patients in. Always a pain in the gluteus Maximus to interact with them can’t wait till their jobs are replaced with computers. ✅

I love my family doctor but the customer service at this clinic is horrible. Outrageous wait times every time you call, rude receptionists, and sadly the doctors are so busy you will most likely have to see a Nurse Practitioner instead (unless you can wait a year+ for an appointment).

I have been going to this clinic for more than 10 years. I can count on one hand how many time I got in on time. They booked multiple appointments for the same time, therefore they are always behind. it seems to be getting worse. if you have an appointment and they call to remind you, they leave a message to call back, so until you call back, you don't know if they are reminded you or if they are rescheduling your appointment. I don't know if this is the case with all doctors, but it is with mine. The appointments are always rushed. The nurses downstairs are nice though and the lab is also OK

Terribly incompetent receptionists. After calling and confirming, and having them call back and confirm, we show up ,they ask us to sign into the computer at entrance THEN after a 10 min wait they tell us that the doctor is not in . They could not find a replacement or a RN on duty to take the case and insisted that I tell them the reason in the waiting room . This place is filled with liars ,the receptionist who called me back this morning was sitting right there and lying through her teeth that she didnt call me this morning and confirm . Dont waste your time going here .

This place is renovated. Service remains as usual. No special or noticeable service change. Been a patient for nearly 4 year. As a young energetic male, this place is fine with me. However, a parking here is kind of costly. $4 flat rate for spending less than 30mins.

The worst people I have ever dealt with just in regards to registering with a doctor. They don’t do it as a collective when it comes to family members, which many clinics offer by the way, and their organization for handling messages is godawful. This is also my first review since I never bother honestly, but this place is 1..well honestly, a 0 star rating. And look, I work many jobs and can’t always get to my phone. But if an employee can’t seem to find any information or give an extension number to someone that tried called me just one hour ago to help is pretty bogus.

I read all these reviews before I went for my doctor's referral to Dr Zassoko. Mine was a very positive experience. Receptionist in Suite 400 was on the phone with another patient and broke her call to ask if I have an appointment and then directed my to an iPad to swipe my Medical Card and do a Covid questionnaire. I got there 20 minutes early. The doctor saw me at 9:35 for my 9:45 appointment. He addressed me by name, examined me, gave me a reassuring diagnosis. He answered all my questions, and said for me to contact him if my condition changed and I would get a minor surgery. I went to my car and realized I hadn't paid the $4 flat fee parking ticket. I went back to the front lobby and asked the janitor where the parking ticket machine was. What a lovely, lovely man! He told me where the machine was, led me to the machine and told me how to use it. I am a hospitality service trainer, and this lovely man is a 5 star platinum service employee. My ticket is stamped 9:47, 2 minutes after my appointment time. It is worth pointing out that they have a one way route for patients, you enter at the front lobby and your exit via the rear lobby and the ticket machine. The receptionist staff are unfriendly and lack proper customer service. After calling the clinic an hour and a half earlier explaining that I was going to be 10 minutes late, the receptionist indicated it was ok and for me to proceed to attend my scheduled appointment. Even though it had been agreed, after arriving 10 minutes late the receptionist said I was not allowed to enter my appointment because I was late. I then proceeded to explain the situation and that I had driven 1 hour to get there, they did not show any empathy or alternative solution.

We love our family doctor. Dr yashida was amazing when our daughter was born and always gives appropriate referrals when needed. The paid parking is annoying and reception can be a bit short and sometimes confusing, but overall, we are very happy with this office.

The doctors want me to pay for their management team because OHIP won't. Bad service and I'm not happy with my doctor either. She doesn't seem to want to care for an older gentleman with old people issues. I get no-reply emails from the management team but I can't get my doctor or anyone else on the phone. After 55+ years with this place. I'm done.

Usually you need to take day off because they will not do everything on time. 40 min and more you need to wait even for yours call app. So bad. I'm loosing my money because of they can't manage their job. Dr are okay, but still they need better system.

If I could give this facility no stars I would. I’ve been a patient here for 23 years (my whole life) and always had a great experience up until the made changes a few years ago. My family doctor I had to switch to because mine retired was horrible. Horrible bed side manners, messed up my appointments with other doctors within the building which she had no right doing , and messed up my prescription. I was finally done going here when I had an appointment about pain I was feeling in a specific area, and she told me I was imagining the pain, and this was before even doing testing. Super unorganized and horrible bedside manners. If you do go here, avoid Dr. Arin Beter-Goldfarb . Left her office crying many times.

I went in to drop off some paper work and book an appointment in regards to this paper work. l wanted to do this at the same time as they previously made a mistake last time which led to a bunch of confusion. Anyways, the receptionist ( very thin girl with black medium length hair) brushes me off when I asked to book an appointment and told me to call in even though it had to do with the paperwork I had just handed her. She then had the nerve to tell me she had people waiting to book appointments on the phone and have me her back. At that point I walked away uncomfortable with her service and left extremely upset and I wasn’t even given the chance to even explain my situation.

to be honest i wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE if you have continuous pain or a medical concern, because whenever you call the receptionist just seemed annoyed. it seems as if i was taking time out of they're day for the job they were payed for, but anyways. after calling in tears about my constant pain i was in, i was told by my doctor it was in my head. i then found out a week later i had leukaemia at sickkids. i was not asking for a diagnoses nor blaming her, i was just asking for some sort of medical help. but thanks dr. pernnel! ???????? ps. use google for ANY medical concer you have it works (i didn’t really give any stars but i guess we have too, merry christmas)

I have been a patient here for several years. Now my entire family (from seniors to toddler) attend here. We have received good care and I have found reception to be fine. When my GP is unavailable and appointment with the on call doc or a nurse practitioner is available on short notice. We have received timely appointments with specialists and for tests like MRIs. As a retired nurse, I have pretty high expectations and so far have not been disappointed.

We were 10 minutes late to our appointment and dr Bortnick didn’t even bother to see us although we were the only people there. we were in a serious vehicle accident and needed to be seen she couldn’t careless about our injuries. I called to a last appointment I missed because I wasn’t feeling well ( which is exactly what they tell you to do) and then they charged me a fee for missing the appointment. Would not recommend this place, they’re a joke!

I love the new building and I really like my new Dr., Lisa Jugloff. She is kind and very thorough. I also like that all tests and bloodwork can be done on site. I sometimes have problems when I call in but generally I would say staff are easy to deal with, helpful, kind, professional and good patient advocates. Highly recommend.

This rating is specifically for Dr. Zassoko, who saved my mom's leg! My parents are 85 and switched from another doctor to Dr. Zassoko about a year and half ago. I am so happy we did that! My mom had arteries blocked in 2 places right after announcement of first lock-down. Because of the lock-down, they were confused about how to approach this and afraid to go to the hospital. Dr. Zassoko called me personally and took the time to explain to me the best course of action. Because of that courtesy call I took my mom to emergency and the operation that saved her leg was performed the very next day. Thank you Doctor Zassoko for saving my mom's leg!!!

The administrative staff here watts everyone’s time with their inability to get a message straight. They gave 1 number to call & it’s always busy. If I could find another doctor I’d be gone from here. Dr Render was fab but a series of not very good since - seem more interested in overbooking phone appointments to pay off student loans than to provide good general healthcare. They don’t listen well - it’s like they have their white-male-doctor-god- scripts & can’t get off them. They play from their weakness not their strengths - young women from marginalized communities should drop the white make doctor god complex they picked up at white male doctor god medical schools- weak.

I love this medica centre. The new location is amazing compared to their old one. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love that every other services is also available in the same building. Makes it much easier when the doctor requests further testing. The only downfall is the pay parking. Otherwise I definitely recommend it. I always recommend this medical centre to people looking for a physician. My physician is Dr. NG, and I have nothing but good things to say about him as well.

You should avoid this clinic and Dr. Savin specifically at all costs. He's been our family doctor for over 10 years only because he's Romanian and my family was new to the country and wanted someone who spoke our language. Some of the highlights of being his patient include: refusing to refer you to a specialist and prescribing medication instead; making you wait 1-1.5 hours over your appointment time and then rushing you through a 10 minute appointment; booking an appointment for you for AFTER he's already left the office. When I arrived for the appointment that THEY BOOKED (booked for 5:45pm, arrived at 5:55) I was told that the doctor already left earlier. First they admitted their mistake and said they would pay for the $40 cab fare it took to get there, then they changed their mind and said it's not their problem. My whole family is obviously moving away from he practice, and we're going to be letting others in the Romanian community know about the way he handles his patients. Needless to say I've submitted a complaint to the Physicians College about him and they're currently investigating his conduct and practices

Let me start by saying I have been a patient here since my birth, in 1997. My old doctor retired about 8 or 9 years ago and I got Dr. Matthew Ng. My old doctor was amazing, always took me seriously even as a child. Dr. Ng has done nothibg but make me feel worse. From telling my rib clicking in and out is normal to insisting I go back on anti depressants despite me making AMAZING progress in conquering my mental illness, all he has shown me is disregard and lack of care for me and my physical AND emotional health. Waiting time always takes long, even if you go early in the morning expect to wait half an hour. Test results take forever. You always feel rushed. The nurses and other staff are great though. Thats the only reason why they earned 1 star. Otherwise id give them none.

I am extremely disappointed to say at least. My husband and I went for appointment today at 11. We were there at 11:10 trying to sign in. And after I signed then and my husband was at the receptionist paying a fee for the last appointment he missed even though he called in telling them that he was in feeling well. After he paid the fee they called him up and said the doctor Bortnick wouldn’t be able to see him because she was with another patient. Although that was our time to be seen. The receptionist barely speak English and can’t even keep up with their own lies. We have been trying to get an appointment for the past month if not longer. It is disgusting that they would even treat people this way. There was no other patient in there since that would’ve been our time of the appointment, and if they did let another patient then then that’s their mistake. Do better! Find better people to work there, because from what I can see on the reviews were not the only people that are not happy with this place. I will personally never go there again!

Horrible service, the staff still has the gut to tell you , you are welcome to leave if you don't have patience to wait, half an hour later after our booked appointment and still not seen by the doctor. Horrible etiquette! I recommend new staff up front and better appointment scheduling, as in 30 mins per person . Not 2 people for 9 , 1 for 9:15 one for 9:30. 10 is here and we are still not seen by the doctor (9:30 appt).

Despite the two reviews I do think that the Center cares for their patients and service so far has been great to me and my family. I joined the Center about 10 months ago and had nothing but great service with excellent treatment from the assistants to doctors. I guess if you expect perfection you might as well go down south and pay for it...

All I wanted to know was if Life Labs was still part of Etobicoke Medical Centre, and the receptionist very rudely said she does not work for Life Labs and hung up on me. There is no information on Etobicoke's web site about Life Labs, perhaps if she had bothered to listen instead of cutting me off the IT people could have fixed this issue. After a move problems do come up and need to be addressed so other people won't call for the same reason!

Have been a patient here for several years, initially very happy however over past year to 18 months all services have gone downhill dramatically. Withe the exception of one fairly new young receptionist, other staff are rude, provide no assistance and put you on hold forever, extremely difficult to even speak with someone to make an appt. Information provided with regard to having your pharmacist fax in a request are invalid, no responses are ever provided, no call backs are ever done if you personally leave a message and if you leave documents for a specific doctor, they disappear and are never delivered to that individual. It would appear the lack of professionalism comes from management and permeates the entire staff. Drastic changes are required immediately.

My family has been patients of EMC since the later 1970's. A lot has changed, some changes not positive at all. My previous Doctor, Dr. Tao retired, and Mum & I had get a new one. Mum went with Janine Stephens, big mistake. I to Dr. Jessica Bortnick! She listens, offers advice etc. Brilliant doc! Stephens doesn't appear to like elderly patients, gives mum a difficult time with me in the room. Calling in for an appt is horrendous! Wait times are disgusting, just to speak with a receptionist.......

This review is for the poor service - very long phone wait times, not the DRs at this facility. I was called yesterday that I require medication, and was told prescription would be sent to my usual pharmacy. I went to get the prescription at night - they didn't have it. Today I called in the morning - on hold for 33 minutes, was told by the receptionist she will resend the presc. The pharmacy still doesn't have it so I am now on hold again - 38 minute wait time.

Never had an issue here and Im mor a nice or patient person nd I get angry fast, so I'm not sure why everyone is so negative on here. Dr. Goldfarb is amazing and she takes the time for my 4 person family. Parking rates are 4 dollars yes but it's better than 20 in a parking garage. So you are welcome! This dr. Mathhew NG seems to be an issue but change doctors if he isn't good dont put the whole building down for one person.

Not the first time I wrote a review (posted on their old address) and not the first time I've had bad experience. Again, I cannot book with my family doctor. Haven't seen her in about 3 years. The on call doctor is booked up so we have to go to a walk on clinic. The "friendly" receptionist did not even care. Why do we keep bothering with this place if we have to go to walk ins all the time. This place is a joke.

Dr Erin McFadden has been absolutely wonderful. I'm a new patient within the last year. During any visit, she listens and takes me seriously. I've never had an issue getting an appointment, even same-day if needed. They seem to run on-time as well.

I have been a patient of the centre for many years; and I find the quality of service , appearance of facilities has gone downhill. Getting an appointment with my dr you have to book several months in advance or you have to book with someone else. This is very wrong. Overall I think the centre should take less people and concentrate on better quality care, and clean up the place it is dirty.

I'm wondering why so many people have given 1 star. Majority of them don't seem to have any reasoning. The new location I feel is a lot more functional than the last one. Aside from ongoing construction at Kipling Station, it's about 10 - 15 minutes from there once you're on the bus. I have only come across nice or apathetic receptionists/nurses. When my doctor was on mat leave her sub had horrible bedside manner. But I believe that subsitute doctor does not work for this particular office... Does however have their own practice in the same building I believe. ANYWAYS, EMC offers so much more than just family doctors. They have counseling, health & wellness classes, nutrition classes, primary care nursing service, pharmacy and LifeLabs all on site. Prior to EMC I never had a doctor or doctor's office that had so much service and dedication to getting their patients to live their most healthiest and happiest lives.

I actually really like my Dr, Dr. Bortnick. genuinely cares, and goes over preventive health info as well as treatments. The low rating is for these receptionists. You go on hold for 1-30 mins, you get them, they put you on hold again, to then tell you they are on the wrong floor and have to transfer you to your doctor's floor (there is no option to choose this when you dial). When they transfer you you go BACK into the freaking queue so you end up waiting about an hour on the phone just to ask a question. They then transfer you AGAIN. and interrupt you before you can finish your question. Needs better management, better service, to reflect the care the doctors give. Update: Went through 3 transfers, only to get put on hold and the receptionist hung up on me. This. This is why I cant get follow up for anything.

I like my doctor. That is very important before you allow someone to treat you. Dr. Laura Fisch does not impose her opinions on me unless I ask for them. She makes suggestions & leaves it to me to decide whether to follow up. I would be interested in attending a class on nutrition & weight maintenance if it was offere by EMC. The policy's around booking appointments after hours are terrible. If you are a young family, working 9 to 5, balancing work and life, this is NOT the place for you. Don't let their "On-call" and "Urgent Weekends" fool you. I tried booking on-call appointment and was told they were full to call back in the AM to see if I can get an appointment the next night. When I called next morning I was told to call back later in the day as they were not allowed to take appointments yet. When I insisted that I have little time during the day as I need to work, I was told that if she (the receptionist) was in my shoes and her child was not feeling well, she would make the time. The nerve! Doctors are generally great. Some of them are not so. I'll keep my eye out for a more family friendly/accommodating place. Any reco's?

NO STARS; TOO BAD THE REVIEWS FROM THEIR OLD SITE ARE NOT STILL LISTED THEN YOU WOULD SEE HOW NOTHING HAS CHANGED FIRST THEY DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONES, I TRIED FOR OVER AN HOUR ON 3 DIFFERENT PHONES. Doctor Johnston keeps rescheduling, and cancelling my appointments. I need a doctors note for work and have yet to hold an appointment to complete this forum. Although we are very pleased with our family doctor, she is now on maternity leave, and we can’t say that we are pleased with her replacement. Appointments take forever to be scheduled, the doctor never seems to be available, not even for urgent matters. I was having a hard time dealing with PPD and PPA and I could not even get a screening for almost 2 weeks. They tell new mothers to get help whenever they are dealing with mental health issues, then you reach out and you get nothing. Some receptionists are rude, seemed annoyed and unwilling to help patients solve their concerns.

I started seeing Dr. Jessica Bortnick for my pregnancy and I could not ask for someone better than herself.She cares about her patients, is compassionate and understanding but most importantly, always smiles!I got to know the receptionists on the 4th floor, the Life lab or the Diagnostic centres and they are all extremely friendly.I was shocked to see all the negative comments but coming from another province, and seeing what their medical system is like elsewhere made me appreciate what we have here!

Walk-in service is very slow. (2 hour wait). Regular service is very slow too. (Waiting to be called in is slow and waiting for your doctor in the room is slow). Wouldn’t recommend.

If you want a doctor who will go on a planned ahead, long term leave without informing patients, while not having a replacement in for a month, and even then only in two days a week; refusal to allow you to select another doctor at the centre; flakey receptionist staff who will give false information about what a nurse practitioner can and cannot do, and have an overall lack of empathy or interest in their jobs,; and you enjoy having your appointments canceled at last minute often, then this is the place for you.

I agree the reception desk is not taken care of. Receptionist is rude and brushes you off quickly - thinks she knows everything. My doctor however, is amazing - knowledgeable and gives great advice. She is not all that available when needed, usually booked up all the time.

I have been going here for many years and they are great. Love that they are a medical team so if I can't see my regular doctor someone else can see me and the infiormation goes to my regular doctor. Also love that they have an off hours walk in clinic for those who have their regular doctor there. Onsite there are many services available and the new building is lovely, modern and clean.

as always... receptionists have this misplaced sense of superiority, they answer like they are making you a favour and if they get frustrated because you are making a valid point they just hang up the phone and you are back to the queue... Dr Jugloff is great but you have to talk to your receptionists as they are part of the service you are providing and they are horrible!!

The worst doctors office I have ever been too. My family doctor has always been extremely judgmental and not helpful at all. On top of that you can never get an appointment. You have to wait 2 weeks for an apt and if you need to see anyone else you can’t make an appointment you have to call day of and pray you get a time so your now calling everyday n being put on hold waiting times on the phone. This is quite stressful, doctors are supposed to be helpful not stress you out more. What is the point of having a doctor? Might as well just go to a walk-in. I highly suggest not wasting your time making this your family doctor office.

This place has its shortcomings: parking can be pricey if you need to come here often. Family doctors have very limited availability, but overall staff are great and my family doctor will definitely make time for me if I need to be seen. I've personally never had any problems with their administrative staff (I've been a patient here for 3 years now) like other reviewers mentioned, but when they are busy, it can take a while for you to hear back or you might be on hold on the phone for a while. When I have a minor issue or concern , I really like booking an appointment with one of their nurse practitioners. This allows me to be seen much sooner. They are also so knowledgeable and skilled. The centre has walk-ins for their patients on weekdays and weekends (which you can also make an appointment for). There's also a blood lab and an imaging place in the basement.

They just don’t care at this place. They prescribed something for our sick baby that was on back order at all the pharmacies. When the pharmacy tried to contact them to get a new prescription, they just could not be bothered to return calls or faxes - after multiple attempts by a very helpful pharmacist. Our baby was getting worse fast so we finally just went to another doctor to get a new prescription.

I have been a patient at EMC since 2004. They have been beyond compassionate and understanding. When Dr. O Dzever left, her daughter took over and I have never been so content with my family doctor. Dr. Andrijana Dzever is extremely kind, compassionate and really wants to help. I have various health issues and she is always making sure I am doing well.

The worst experience ever I have no clue who is writing good reviews here. The front staff is extremely rude, the nurse I spoke with was condescending and after speaking with the Doctor who's confidence was clearly lacking I wonder about the quality of service I would have received had the doctor actually listened to what problems I am dealing with. Clearly I can get better service at a walk in clinic and not have had to wait from November for a June 2 apt.

I've been a patient here since 2010. After the previous doctor retired then Dr Matthew NG took over and I instantly liked him. He has helped me tremendously so I don't understand all the comments against him. I live in the east end and I travel all the way to see Dr. Ng because he knows my history and I feel comfortable having him as my family doctor. I would not go anywhere else. It's unfortunate others haven't had the same positive experience I've had with Dr.Ng but I feel he deserves better than what has been said about him. The nurses are wonderful and extremely friendly but the receptionists can be a hit or miss depending on who it is you happen to be speaking too.

Most respectfully I want to share my experience with one of your examiners My mom had ultrasound appointment Today 11:45am while I was there with her since she can’t speak English, she is suffering from broken shoulder, I let the examiner Sohail Nagham my mom can’t speak Urdo, she is not able to change her clothes, she can’t move her arm I requested if I can stay with her in the room but she didn’t let me,she is so rude so disrespectful,, she treated my mom so bad she new that my mom can’t speak Urdu she keept on asking her questions in Urdu my mom was not aware of the language she pushed her and forest her to move the other sid, I hope she does not do the same thing with other patients.

This medical centre is perfect for me. My family doctor, Dr Bortnick is friendly, supportive and takes the time to listen. She likes to find alternative solutions to unnecessary tests and drugs. I have recommended friends to become patients and they like her too. I always get an appointment and rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. You don't have to see a receptionist to check in as there is electronic check in. Parking is $4 but it sure beats a trip downtown where parking would be much higher. There is a lab, imagining department, optometrist and drugstore. The family practice offers a wide range of excellent courses and workshops related to good health. What's not to like?

I have had a very different experience than other patients here. I have never had issues making an appointment or coming in for something. I recently had to get something done, checked in with their self check-in, no issues and hardly waited. Dr Harlicia Johnston has always sent me to wherever I needed to go. I have had phone appointments the last few times, I have my list ready and discuss everything with her. If she feels I should get something checked out, she sends me and the appointments are made. I have been very happy with her as my doctor and going here to see her.

WORST receptionist ever. I’m an office manager in the medical field, and I am quite literally SHOCKED every time I call this place. Rude, unfriendly, literally a nightmare every time. I have never had a pleasant experience here simply due to the receptionists here. There’s a medical office on every corner, literally find any other one under the sun- I bet you’ll be treated better. This isn’t even new either, this has been on going for the last decade. And with COVID now? HA! Gives them an excuse to be worse than before. The people the doctors employ here are down right awful. I CANNOT stress this enough.

Takes a long time to get the appointment. Those receptionists sometimes double book the time of the appointment. My time was 11 45 am, instead they called somebody else, but mentioned the name of my family doctor. Because of that I had to wait extra 20 minutes. When you talk to the doctor explaining the symptoms, she says oh there is nothing wrong with you. So in many cases it is useless to go there.

I have been going to Etobicoke Medical Center since it was in the old building by East Mall or West Mall (I forget). Very convenient new location. Nice building as well. Receptionists are awesome, always fast to get on the phone and book an appointment. My family doctor is Dr.Ng and he is awesome !! All the other nurses are great as well. Would highly recommend this place. Pharmacy and dentist as well as lab for bloodwork is all located in the building.
