Jacquie is my go to whenever myself or my kids have any hearing issues, particularly ear aches or hearing issues. When my kids have had ear pain she is my first stop to properly examine their ears and determine whether medication is necessary or not. She is very caring and knowledgeable and has saved us from unnecessary antibiotic prescriptions for fluid build up due to common colds. I have also seen her and her team in action with senior patients requiring their services for hearing aids. They are all very kind, patient and friendly. I also take comfort in the fact that Jacquie has her masters degree in audiology, which is far more than just hearing aids. I highly recommend Sun Country hearing to anyone with ear pain or hearing concerns.

They are friendly, welcoming, and are genuinely invested in helping people hear better and live life to the fullest. Having worked in the industry for many years, I can honestly say I have never met such passionate people. Jacquie is very dedicated, and regularly invests in various trainings/online courses to remain current with industry information and technology. She takes the time to clearly explain options to her client’s, and recommends the products that will best suit their lifestyle and hearing needs. This place sucks i went in a month ago with broken tops on hearing aids they ordered them went in today they don't have them they forgot to order them. So now iam with out hearing aids for xmas. Not a very happy camper. WILL NEVER GO TO THEM AGAIN. HEARING IS A HARD THING TO GO WITH OUT FOR 2 WEEKS ALL BECAUSE SOMEONE FORGOT TO ORDER.

I would tell people to not waste their time trying to get an appointment here because they are NEVER open. I have called and their hearing lady is either away on vacation, sick, or just not in the office they tell me. My advice is go somewhere else.
