Professional doctors! I understand the clinic can get quite busy. During the summer, I was in one Saturday morning and at awe at how much the lone receptionist handles the all stress and doing what seems to be a two people's job. Both the doctors and the staff deserve 5 stars for providing the best care for their patients and their professionalism.

My partner waited for two weeks to get into an appointment. Taking his work off and rode his bike for a long time there to find out he forgot his bike key lock. The lady at the front desk, whom he’s never seen before, refused to let him bring the bike in for this one time. So he had to cancel his appointment. I’m so fed up with people who are mean and plain miserable in health care industry, perhaps if you are so lack of sympathy, you should find somewhere else to be working at? People are already uncomfortable when they seek help from the doctors, just be human. PS. This is a complaint about one of the receptionists. In fact, in the past we had great experiences with another lady who’s been there a long time. My partner has been a patient in the same clinic for decades, since he was a young boy. His family doctor is away, so he is booking another doctor in the same clinic this time.

The wait was a bit long, but was told that it wasn't the norm. I needed a little slice and repair work. I was worried that I couldn't find a clinic that would do that, but this one did! The doctor was great - she had me out of there in no time.

Reasonably short wait, friendly staff, and met with an excellent doctor. Dr. Bachynsky was great - helpful, concerned, knowledgeable and concise. My visit exceeded my expectations. The number tickets they give you could be a little more sanitary however. Still, the many poor reviews on here are just misleading. First world problems people!

I waited an hour in line just to be told they wouldn't see me because I have an Alberta health care number. absolutely terrible. I explained that I've seen doctors in different provinces before with no issues. the lady at the front desk replied "well we dont." just awful

Refusal of service as an Albertan resident. I know it is a tough time for everyone, especially medical professionals, and I would like to give them the respect they deserve, however, the secretaries at this location are rude, arrogant, and unwilling to help. Especially in a time of need. I would avoid the hassle of coming to this clinic, as many others have indicated, especially considering it is a private clinic and they most definitely do not have your best interests in mind.

Don't really like giving negative reviews, but I was very unimpressed with the doctor. I had to insist on him checking for my concern multiple times (I was right, in the end, ) and he spoke very condescendingly to me throughout the appointment.

Best thing about this clinic are the short wait times; reason being that nobody wants to go there due to the horrid attitude of doctors and the shoddy medical treatment they provide, as documented by the very accurate reviews I'm reading here. If you have something simple that can be diagnosed in less then 10 seconds, and are in a hurry yourself then this is the place for you. I will keep going back for extremely simple issues that require very limited medical skills. For anything serious you'll be playing a game of Russian roulette at this clinic. I also know of at least one major medical malpractice lawsuit involving one of the doctors here. Oh, and the none medical staff there is awesome.

Receptionists will say you have an hour of wait time regardless of how long the actual wait time is. I went in the other day and was told the wait to would be 1 hour. I checked the actual wait times on medimap immediately after and was shown a wait time of 2.5 hrs. Not sure why they bother to mislead people about the wait times. Just be honest. This practice makes the clinic look bad and makes people frustrated and angry. I get that clinic are overburdened right now but lying to patients about the wait times is just bad business imo.

This was once the best clinic around. Now it's not so good. I've waited over 2.0 hrs just to get called up to register, receptionist is rude actually telling me this is a menial job and part time. I felt like I and every one in the waiting area should leave as she was irritated by our presence. Unbelievable is all I can say, her attitude was unacceptable and her voicing to all she was busy and obviously irritated was WOW. Never seen such poor conduct in a doctor's office or anywhere else for that matter. If she does not like the job she should quit. I'm not sure who hired her but you should probably fire her. I'm a patient guy but this one blew me away. Unreal.

I don't usually write these but I just got off the phone with Dr. Lewins I believe his name was. After abruptly telling me what is on going on he did not allow to ask further questions and the quickly hung up the phone. Like I said, I don't typically write these out but today felt like letting people prepare for what to expect.

I would have gave it a zero if I could, it took two hours to tell us they cannot take us in. The clinic had almost 30 people in the tiny waiting area. They switched off the ventilation after we got in and the receptionist was so bossy and told us you cannot leave and come back. We went home without seeing a doctor. It was terrible experience overall.

Fantastic clinic. One of the best in Victoria. Dr Bertoia has been our family doctor for over 20 yrs and we've never had a bad experience. Rarely is the wait to see him more than 10 mins if we have an appointment.

Absolutely terrible reception. My mother just called the office to make an appointment, and she told the MOA that she is making the appointment because her daughter thinks she's exhibiting signs of dementia, and the MOA laughed and said "okay honey." My mum was not impressed with the demeaning behaviour and told me about it. The reception doesn't seem to take people's issues seriously.

The woman doctor is a terrible doctor so apathetic, came in regarding stomach pains and her advice was to see a councillor because it might be due to stress. Complete waste of time. Don't bother coming here, worst doctor ever.

That does not mean they have to be rude and insensitive to others. The way they speak to patients shows poor training, and a big lack of professionalism, never mind a complete absence of empathy.

Walk in clinics in Victoria need to step up their game. Start by employing front desk staff who are not terrifying and miserable. Update your wait times. Stop torturing people! This place is dismal and depressing.

They open at 9AM. I call at 9 AM, the system tells me my call is important (literally every 5 seconds for 15 minutes straight, imagine how annoying that is) .. They answer 15 minutes in when they say the wait is 25 minutes. Sweet! "Unfortunately we just reached capacity, we only have one doctor in today" YOU LITERALLY JUST OPENED. WHAT?! Why can't you staff your clinic with more? STOP advertising that you're open if you can't even support your own hours. I honestly wonder if I can complain to the college of physicians about this.

My wife waited 2 hours to see a Doctor about a possible broken toe, and swelling and bruising on her foot. When she finally saw the Doctor, who was an older grey haired man, he spent two minutes with her in the room, interrupting her and seemingly not listening to anything she was saying. The apt felt very rushed, inconsiderate and he pretty much ran out the door. If you can, I would recommend avoiding this clinic and going to another clinic to see another Doctor who actually cares.

I do not normally write reviews, but I felt rather compelled to, after today's rather sad performance by one of the doctors in this clinic. I have been coming to this clinic for a couple years, for various health problems, mostly related to chronic headaches, and i have noticed there is one doctor in particular that I have had under a few occasions had the unfortunate chance to meet. The doctor in question, Dr Lewinns, doesn't appear to have the slightest inkling of what his job entails. Today i had come in with a bad headache, hoping to get a prescription for some tylenol 3, which I had been prescribed regularly by other doctors in this clinic. When to my dismay, Dr Lewinns had decided on his own, that he no longer gives prescriptions for this. Unfortunately for me, it was late, and no other clinics open, so I had to take a trip to the hospital. Please let this be a cautionary tale, the doctors here are for the most part good, but to whomever should chance upon this doctors name on the signboard in this clinic, take caution, if you are in urgent need, he may decide not to help you.

The doctors have been decent, but the staff take forever to call you up, so you wait an hour before you even get checked in, and then its usually a minimal hour before you are helped, even if you arrive at open time and there is only 1-2 people ahead. It's pretty ridiculous. The staff do not have things in order by any means. I could get helped quicker at the hospital, and that's not saying much!

The MOA that was working was fantastic, it was very busy on a Sunday evening and she was so friendly and stayed calm during the craziness. The doctor I had seen totally dismissed my symptoms once he asked me if I smoke. My response "on ocassion", he latched on to that and wouldn't let me finish my symptoms. I am prone to lung infections every year. He told me I have a cough (I couldn't breath I told him) and sent me home. 2 days later was able to see my doctor. I have a lung infection and am on penicillin to help it.

3rd time trying this horrible clinic. No empathy, no care, no help at all. If you were on fire in-front of any of the GP's, they wouldn't care. All 3 times the Dr.'s were short, no eye contact, no empathy, cold and non-caring. I went in today with an un known problem and explained my case. He assumed another dr. was taking care of it and told me to go to someone else or to the emergency. Heavily assumption based and would not see passed his own presuppositions. He did not give me any direct care or help. I'd get better advice talking to a wall. Victoria's Dr problems are similar to a circus and this clown could be the ring leader. I recommend avoiding this clinic at all costs.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I’ve never met a more rude walk in doctor as Dr Lewans which as I see from ratemymd is a 1 star doctor. I have first degree, maybe even second degree burns on my neck.. a chemical reaction from a make up cleanser I used last night. He barely looked at me, and he told me to just keep applying cold compress and Benadryl as I’ve been doing and as I’ve been getting worse the last 12-14 hours.. and to maybe use an over the counter cream. No personality. No prescription. Spent a total of 20-30 seconds in the room after waiting almost 2 hours.. not to mention he didn’t even say hello.. just walked in and said in a demanding way with his stupid face “what happened?” I looked at my mother in shock. What an absolute idiot. Will have to go see my regular doctor tomorrow and suffer through the night I suppose. Disgusting bedside manner.

Should be a zero star. Worst reception I've ever had at a clinic and I am neck deep in the medical system. Unhelpful, impatient and dismissive on the phone and in person. There is no way to get through to the walk in clinic if they are full, not even an answering machine. I called the family clinic and they refused to transfer me to the walk in reception even though I just had a question about my requestion (that they had faxed to the wrong number). So I had to go in myself (sick as a dog) and see these ladies are sitting right next to each other. Impossible to transfer a call though! Awful experience, really hope I never have to come back here.

Refused to allow my 5 year old to see a doctor for bladder infection because she couldn't pee in a cup ahead of time. Can't take cup home. We got her drinks, spent hours waiting she still can't pee and they still refuse her basic medical service of talking to a doctor. Disgusting disregard for children and their pain. Front desk lady tells us "well, you should have said she had a bladder infection and we would have gotten her a cup"... Sorry I followed your instructions and took a number before talking to someone. Lord knows anytime I've tried to just walk up to the desk without a number they are rude and dismiss you. Nice waste of 3 hours. Next time we'll just waste everyone else's time and go straight to emergency, seems like the only place doctors actually do anything but worry about their golf handicap and their ridiculous paycheques.

Overall a terrible experience. my first visit to this clinic was effective, the dr on duty performed an in person examination, which caused him to refer me to an specialist. Then I got a call from the clinic telling me that I needed to get in touch with them to go over the results of the multiple tests . After 4 phone calls with the secretary (not helpful either) they told me I could not get an appointment with the dr that saw me the first time and who had ordered the tests. After one hour waiting on the phone today I managed to book an appointment with a different dr. I got the call from this dr but he had no clue that he was to go over the lab results. On my prompting he took a cursory look at the file and gave a partial result. He was dismissive and not helpful. Very disappointed

After calling dozens of clinics over three days, I was finally able to get through to this particular clinic. I was told the phone call wait time was 10 minutes. In reality, it was 12 minutes. The person on the phone was efficient at inputting my information as a new walk-In patient. I received a call back from the doctor about 3 1/2 hours later, who was able to talk to me regarding my symptoms and proceed with completing the testing request forms. A further 5 1/2 hours later they were emailed to me. Seeing a doctor in Victoria is becoming exceedingly difficult. My advice - line up your clinics based on when they first open and keep calling to try and get through. Also think critically and target the larger clinics that have multiple doctors. They likely have call waiting unlike smaller offices. To the people who work at this clinic, please know that we appreciate you. To the patients that rely on these workers, know that they are doing the best they can in an extremely overburdened health care system present within the CRD.

This is my regular walk in as getting in with my GP can take days. It takes a while to see the Docs but I find them pretty thorough (I prefer the older more experienced GP myself). The front office staff do their best considering they are dealing with a lot of sick people getting fed up with the wait.

The doctors are good for a walk-in clinic but the receptionists are unprofessional, rude, and miserable except for the older lady who tends to patients who do have a family doctor. These girls working at the front desk should be taught some customer service skills along with a serious attitude adjustment. I've attended and have called this clinic many times as the location is convenient and the doctors are decent; however, the unacceptable level of services remains the same. What a poor representation of a Medical Clinic with these unprofessional frontlines workers, shameful.

I just booked a pre-travel covid test. The assistant who took our details and made the appointment, Layah, was very professional and courteous. We need to remember that clinics and the entire medical industry are under a tremendous amount of stress, and some members of the public are not behaving as nicely and respectfully as they should during these trying times. I am grateful for this positive experience. Thank you Laylah! You deserve a pat on the back. Keep up the great work :)

If I could give this negative stars I would. I called just as they were opening up this morning. The message on the phone told me it was a 33 min wait. 32 minutes I finally get someone. She was not very pleasant to talk to. She said she will call me back as soon as the DR. arrived at 9 am, as she wasn't sure if the Dr could help us, so she wanted to ask the Dr when they showed up for their shift. It has been an hour since we last spoke. I go wait at the clinic in my car hoping we will get that call. Nope. So I walk in and ask what's happening. They said to me that they need to register everyone first then they will get back to me. So I left, saw a different Dr. I am sure the walk in DR here is great. Haven't dealt with them before. But reception just rude.

I had to wait nearly 2 hours just for the doctor to be "finished" with me within 2 minutes. He rushed me to show him my rash, asked me when it appeared, I tried to answer the question but he cut me off, hurrying me to lay down, then took one look, said it was nothing to worry about, and I tried to ask him some questions and he repeatedly interrupted me then rushed away. Absolutely horrible person, angry I can't rate lower than 1 star, and he was an ugly old fart and I'm mad that my tax dollars will continue to pay his salary until the day he finally keels over and dies. 0/100000000 highly recommend you respect yourself and don't set foot anywhere near this establishment. The receptionist was alright.

good doctors, very decent walking clinic...I am a transplant from Alberta and I do not have family physician the first time in my life.... the Saanich Plaza Clinic have performed for me much better than I expected from a typical walk-in clinic. I was there about five times and I received helpful medical advise and two referrals (including colonoscopy) and all requested procedures happened promptly... nice surprise. Thanks

I just spent 2 hours waiting for someone to answer the phone. I called the first time was told the wait time would be 20 mins, after 55 mins of hearing how important my call is it switched to ringing again and no one answered after over an hour. Called back immediately and was told it would be 28 mins wait, I waited another hour with no response.

I called the clinic to make an get a refill on my asthma inhaler and was put straight through to a call machine that said it would about 40 mins to talk to a receptionist. After 45 mins a receptionist finally answers and tells me the are booked for the day and she cant help me. Why did they have to waste my time like that. As soon as they are booked for the day they should shut the phone line off or have a message letting people know not to waste their time. Total lack of respect for people's time.

There is a doctor here who is very arrogant and not very helpful. I am struggling with acid reflux and went in for a refill of my prescription because the uptown medical clinic was closed for the day. He did not weigh me or measure me and suggested to me I should lose weight to control my acid reflux. I am not skinny, but I am very active. I ride my bike and walk around a lot and do not have a ton of extra weight on me. I offered him my food journal to look at when he suggested it was my diet but he refused and continued to lecture me on food to avoid. When he asked why I was on dexilant and not the cheaper drug, I told him the allergic reaction I had to the generic. He told me that it probably wasn't the drug. I never had mood swings like that before I was on the drug, and they stopped as soon as I went off it. Yeah, a complete coincidence. He was very condescending to me and it seemed like being at the clinic was such a burden to him. I made a fuss and got him to order a test, and thankfully he did refill my prescription. I only go here if I absolutely have to because the uptown clinic is closed and I need to see someone right away. Unfortunately I don't remember his name and there is a very nice doctor there. A man before me was also upset and he said he was going to file a complaint. Just beware. You may have a chance to get stuck with a doctor who doesn't want to actually help you and some very bad or generic medical advice.

This clinic is great the only thing I have to say is you really have to wait until it is your turn. But over all it is a great clinic.

Terrible experience. Waited for over 2 hours only to have the doctor see me for less than 2 minutes. He ignored all my concerns and wrote me a prescription for a nasal decongestant when it was a sinus infection. When I tried to ask him about it he left without saying a word. Stay away from Dr. Lewans (and this clinic in general).

There system is innificient, archaic, and they don't even bother to improve it. They are the only clinic with my medical records so it was just easier to go with them. Now, I will take myself elsewhere because they are simply never available for anything.

Very lovely receptionist and decent wait times. However, the older gentleman that I saw today (I would specify his name but he never told me what it was) was a nightmare. After waiting an hour, he didn't even give me a minute of his time, and I mean that literally. I came in with a rash, headache and a fever, but he never even bothered asking about any of my symptoms. He glanced at my rash and said I probably nicked myself shaving. I was so taken aback by his presumptuous, abrupt and uncaring approach that I didn't even get to challenge him before I was rushed out the door. The man is either burnt out or not cut out for his job.

DO NOT TRUST ADVERTISED WAIT TIMES. Doctor was decent but service was painfully slow. Came here from listed 1/2 hour time off of an app (which was an hour by the time I arrived) and 4 hours later left the office with the simple antibiotics prescription. Desk staff picked at least one person to bump further ahead of the wait line told a few people she turned away that she had forgot to update lately. Don't trust the reported time.

Sunday wait times are about 3-4 hours, front desk is friendly but estimated times are not close at all.. Would not recommend unless your okay with putting in a 4 hour shift waiting in a chair. Maybe understaffed but why?

Called today to book a phone consult, they got back to me fairly quick. The doctor was very nice and knowledgeable about my needs. I called in extreme pain so this was nice to have it go so quick. The doctor or the team never documented my prescription. I called back to the clinic when my pharmacy told me they never received the fax. The clinic had no record of the prescription and told me to call back tomorrow when the doctor was in. Again I had extreme discomfort and pain and this was not acceptable. After 3 calls of me pleading with them to find it or prescribe it again, they found the prescription. They then proceeded to send it to the wrong pharmacy 20 mjnutes away when the one I mentioned is 3 minutes from my house. Im glad to have the meds tonight but this was beyond a smooth process. Especially suggesting 3 times that I just call tomorrow.

The doctor (an older overweight senior man with a beard) was very abrupt and vague and didnt spend more than 30 seconds in the room before he rushed off somewhere else leaving me with little information, a piss poor completely useless vague diagnostic, and little to no directions for treatment. I left feeling even more confused than I did going in 2 hours prior. I wouldn't even give the services at this clinic one star

If I could give it a 0 I would. My 6 year old had a bladder infection and they said we were last to get in for the evening. We waited. After 2.5 hours waiting they said that they couldn't take him. All they needed to do was dip a stick in pee!!! The only other options were to suffer overnight or go to emergency. Totally unwilling to just test the damn pee. Terrible service. No humanity and part of a broken system.

I had a load of forms to be filled out and because they where busy gave me a story how I was not covered though I am on file and covered under disability. From what I seen they just did not want to do the work have called and got an appointment at another facility that said it is not a problem. If you have all day and a minimal issue they may be ok.

The Dr. I have is wonderful and caring. My low star rating is low because of reception. It's almost as if they don't want to be there. There is a lot of indifference to patients almost as if we are intrusive. More people friendly receptionists are needed it looks bad for the Dr.'s who work there.

I’m shocked that one of the wealthiest provinces and city in Canada provide this type of service and treat their medical practionsrs and tax paying citizens this way. I’m. I needed a prescription filled. I was given the same old le...the Doctor will call you in an hour . There was no phone call. Nor was there one the next day. As I sit here tapping away on this phone...it will have been a week or more because several attempts were made, to get this simple task done. Working at the clinic is a hard job, anyone can see that. These people at this clinic are not front line workers, atleast they don't wanna be. They don't give a damn and it shows.

I read a lot of negative reviews on here, but I know this is a walk in clinic and they are extremely busy. Anytime I go there they are always as quick as they can be to get you signed in and always let you know how long the estimated time is. I always leave and go do some errands and come back. The doctors have always been friendly and tried to help me the best they can. I never feel rushed when I am in the room and always leave there with a solution to my problem. These doctors work extremely hard and the ladies at the front desk have an extremely stressful job as some of the patients are less then understanding about wait times. I give them five stars because they always do an amazing job.

The lady working last night was extremely rude. She had a long black hair with a few greys and slighty thick. I was trying to explain why do I need to call when I am only picking up a note and she was closing the door on me while I was still talking and told me to have a great night. Maybe don't get people to come in at night since the doors are locked!!!

I've now been here exactly three hours. the worst part is the freezing cold air being pumped in here. it's DECEMBER we don't need cold air in here I am wearing my parka with the hood up and goosebumps. I am actually getting depressed and angry. this shouldn't be the way it is. why are there NO doctors accepting patients in this city I still don't have one 11 years later. horrible. maybe she could've told me a wait time I wouldve got some things done....

Whether you may have potential strep throat or mono it is not urgent enough for a professional medical practitioner to evaluate lab results that have arrived. When you call and have to speak with a medical office assistant who's only answers to multiple questions pertaining to your health and wellbeing is "I don't know" and or "there is no doctors in today from 1pm to 5pm to review any results." Is a little discouraging. When said nurse tells you to wait 48hrs on lab work that could help determine how to treat you to avoid potentially life threatening consequences of the illness you likely have, pisses me off. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

I've been going to Dr Bertoia for at least 10 years now. I'm so thankful to have a family Dr and understand not everyone gets to say that. I've never had any issues with the front end or Dr Bertoia and would highly recommend this clinic. As a note on Dr Bertoia it has been amazing to have history with a doctor and especially someone who has been able to help me, my children and my partner numerous times with a deep wealth of knowledge and kindness.

My son saw Dr Gray who was excellent. In fact we had already been to another clinic and seen a doctor who was terrible and we were not satisfied. Dr Gray did a proper assessment unlike the previous doctor and we were very pleased with the appointment.

If possible, I would try to see Dr. Grewal as he is thorough and respectful. I highly suggest to go to another clinic if Dr. Bachynsky is the on call doctor as he is condescending and makes you feel like you're wasting his time. Reception staff are pleasant.

Booked my phone appointment online. The doctor didnt care about hearing me out, referring me for an xray, or a follow up/in person appt, even after me explaining the story that I heard a snap in my body while working and 911 was called because I couldnt move at the time.. I have a previously injured dislocated shoulder; the doctor also mentioned my shoulder 'has nothing to do with your back' Hard pass . They didnt care, or want to genuinely help. Paid by appointment, obviously.

**Edit** tried today to reach the doctor that works one morning a week. When he called for my appointment my phone froze and I could not answer. By the time I called back immediately after the secretary said she'd get him to call me back and it's now 7pm and I'm waiting another week for my prescription. What a day. Been here many times. Often times I rarely get anything resolved. Phone calls are often either hung up on while still waiting, or a really long wait time with a voice the repeats every 5 seconds. That's all I hear now. Currently trying to follow up with a doctor that works one morning a week there. Better luck going though Babylon by Telus Health if you can.

my dad had bumped his head and felt unconscious this morning, so we then hurried to go to this so called "clinic" to get it treated since blood was also rushing down his face, but was kicked out because apparently we didn't have an appointment booked?! like im sorry but WHAT?! by far the worst clinic me and my family have ever been to. Not only that but from our past experiences we could tell the staff doesn't care about you at all, but THIS, this Is just unbelievable!

The hours they were open until we're nice. Had a long wait time, almost two hours. Watched the doctor berate the receptionist while I was checking in. The doctor seemed tired, frustrated and stretched far too thin. He brushed away my own insight and chuckled condescendingly before telling me there's nothing he can do for me. All I wanted was penicillin for an infection which he deemed imaginary. Went to the dentist the next day with an emergency appointment to - lo and behold - get prescribed penicillin. In my experience, you have to fight tooth and nail to get the attention you deserve from a doctor that doesn't want to work here.

I waited 30 min to be checked in, was told 1 hour, came back after .45 min and was told another hour, still didn’t see doctor until over another hour after that!!! Very bad service!

Wow, I had almost the exact same experience as the person below regarding a pelvic exam. I left the clinic feeling traumatized emotionally, but also physically. I developed an infection from the exam, in addition to other symptoms that lasted for months. The doctor was very, very rough and impatient, and did not listen to my symptoms. He also didn't believe me when I shared my account of what had happened that led me to visit the clinic, which is so crazy. I know there is a shortage of doctors for clinics in Victoria, but he at least needs immediate intervention to improve his practices. (The one star is for the front-desk staff at this clinic, who were all fine.)

Christmas eve 2016 I got into a car accident. It was not a serious one so I opted out of going to the hospital. But I was experiencing back, neck pain and head pain. So I had a friend drive me to this clinic as it was the only one open. The receptionist was pleasant and it did take awhile but it was busy and it was Christmas eve so the wait times did not bother me. What my issue was with the doctor, first of all he didn't even introduce himself so I can't even mention his name. Secondly it took all of maybe 5 minutes to make sure I was fine. He got me to move my neck and back a bit, but as soon as I mentioned head pain/maybe concussion he said to take Advil and ran out the door. My friend and I were absolutely dumbfounded and I was glad someone else was there to witness it because I barley could believe that happened. If that particular doctor is no longer there then I might recommend this clinic but again he did not give me a name so I would not know.

Reception staff are rude & not at all interested in helping. We have been waiting a month for test results that were supposed to take 10 to 14 days. I have spoken with three different people, all of whom were dismissive and not willing to make any effort to help us find out why these aren't back. Why work in a clinic if you have no interest in a patient's needs?

DO NOT go here for pre-travel Covid testing. What was supposed to come back in 24 hours took four days and caused the near loss of an international flight! Why? They failed to release the result from LifeLabs - so I paid additional money to LIfeLabs and hours of frantic calling to get it. Good luck calling this office or going there in person. The office was closed during posted business hours. I called an on-call number and similarly no response. Was told someone would call...nothing. If you are going to charge $250 to do something you need to deliver what you promise. Otherwise, this is generally known as fraudulent business practice. Unacceptable. Unorganized mess. Get your office together instead of trying to make quick cash.

I came here on the recommendation of a coworker and I have officially been waiting for 2 hours and still waiting as I have been told there is just one more person ahead of me and now it would feel like a waste of time to leave now. It would have been different if the receptionist gave me an approximate wait time or if the staff members weren't rude. I have checked in with the receptionist a couple times now telling me "only four people", "only 3 people" does it seem ridiculous for it to be an hour and a half and still waiting!

I went to the walk in this evening and the doctor that I got was absolutely horrible. He was an older man, I unfortunately didn't catch his last name. I ended up being his last patient of the day, and he clearly wanted to leave as soon as possible... as I was explaining my situation, he was talking over me and trying to finish my sentences and basically refused to listen to me? I needed a pelvic exam and he seemed really annoyed about it. He was super rough inserting the speculum because he was just trying to get it over with. I was clearly uncomfortable with how rough he was being and he started getting frustrated at me that I wasn't relaxing enough for him to get a swab of my cervix..... it's a little hard to relax when a doctor is impatiently jamming you with a speculum??? He had absolutely zero knowledge on the problem I had, he gave me the most basic suggestions on how to fix it and when I told them that those things haven't worked in the past for me and that this was a reccuring problem, he literally shrugged and said "Well.... ???? You gotta try something..." I've had my fair share of pelvic exams and this was by far the worst one I've ever had and was honestly a pretty traumatic experience. I've also seen a fair share of walk-in doctors in Victoria and he was easily the most awful doctor I've had to deal with. Seriously, avoid this clinic if you can.

The doctor called back very shortly afterwards to follow up with the appointment. He was very knowledgeable and down to earth. Efficient diagnosis and prescription. Painfully slow! But not enough time given to Patients. Does it make sense? Spent 3 hours waiting to see a doctor. Finally got a chance, but the doctor rushed us through and finished off in under 2 minutes with close ended questions. The doctor literally kept interrupting, talked over us, as if he wanted to get it over with! Asked us to take advil and go away. Left the room without even a goodbye or waiting for us to say goodbye. Even Dollar stores provide better customer service. What a shame! Was an older doctor, couldn’t get his name. Avoid this doctor at all costs! No eye contact, no chance to create a rapport to express concern comfortably. Will never go in again!

Super disorganized. Did a PCR test paying close to 300. After I did the test, I realized they didn’t even take my email so I had to call them to provide it. When they sent the result, they spelled my name wrong and I almost missed my flight. Worst place to get your covid test.

This was my second time seeing the same Doctor (Dr Lewans) and he was writing my prescription AS I was TELLING him what was wrong. He didn’t want to listen to my history or that I’ve had 3 UTI’s in like 2 months. He just wanted to write me up some antibiotics and move on. I feel unheard and immensely disrespected. I have no clue why my body keeps doing this, BUT I’ll never find out if a Dr won’t see me for more than 2 mins; the time it takes him to write a prescription

Hands down the worst clinic I’ve ever been to. Thought I’d catch something just being in there, it’s filthy. Took my 5 year daughter there and was seen by an old impatient, rude and condescending doctor who kept cutting me off when I was trying to give her symptoms and history. And just up and left the room, no bye nothing.Treating me that way I can handle, but a 5 year old! You should retire. Steer clear people.

I'm surprised to see all these low ratings. I've spoken with the MOA several times regarding blood work and she was professional and competent. Yes, you have to wait on hold quite a while to make a booking, but it's that way all over Victoria now. The doc I've spoken with was reasonable and got to the point quickly, while still taking my concerns into account.

Terrible service by 3 separate receptionists at this clinic on the phone (not the walk-in). They repeatedly cut me off and put me on hold multiple times, though I only needed the most basic service. When I expressed that I felt they were rude, I was accused of being disrespectful and rude, and then they hung up on me. Since some people will need to utilize this clinic, all I can say is good luck and be ready. Horrendous service.
