I have been a patient at this clinic for almost 6 years! I use to live in the area and work very close to the clinic, so it was easy for me to get to my appointments easily. I have now moved a 30 minute drive away, but will still drive that amount of time to get to an appointment because I have been treated so well there by all of the Doc's I have seen! All the staff are very nice and accommodating and I have never had any issues using this clinic. Definitely 5 star :)

This is HANDS DOWN, the BEST Clinic I've been to in my entire life! That is including the times I've lived out East even. I'm quite fond of each doctor there, so it would be difficult to say a personal favourite, but I especially like Dr Walton, Dr Naykens (sp?), and MY incredible doctor, Dr Prinsloo! When he caught on to my needs and medical issues, I had a Dr after not having been back out West, in less than a year. I've been on waiting lists back East and here. The one time, I was on a list for a Dr for over two years when I lived here before. My Dr saved my life and helped me be able to have one at that! **Edit: As stated above, I have a Dr presently and this was written while going to the Clinic still. They have gone out of their way for me and my complicated Mental and Physical Health issues. I had no family doctor and needed one badly, but with these doctors, and the AMAZING ladies behind that desk, Larissa, Maureen, Nicole (I love you ladies dearly!), I feel like I have a whole team of help, rather than just worrying because I didn't have a GP. On another note, a doctor I see there occasionally named Dr Prinsloo, is my ultimate Hero! I strongly hope he gets kept there and becomes a permanent part of your team. Best doctor ever! **This has happened and as you now know, he IS my Dr and I couldn't be more happy with this!** Again though, thanks to every last one of you for all your help, support, time, and kindness. If you don't have a doctor and feel helpless, you need not look any further and this is well worth the travel time if you aren't located as close as I am. Much love to you all, (Susan) Sue Bowman

I was visiting from the states and got sick on vacation. I was able to walk in and receive great care within an hour. The doctor was very nice and gave me a prescription that helped tremendously. I was able to fill immediately next door at the pharmacy. I would highly recommend this place!

Do NOT go here for doctor's notes! I saw Dr Forster today for one. He berated me for not seeing my regular doctor, even after I told him that I don't exactly have one. He signed my form but refused to answer certain questions on it. So he then handed me my incomplete form with a gruff, and then charged me $35.00 for it. 35 dollars for an incomplete form that I may not be able to use for work. I am very angry and felt powerless during this interaction. Other clinics will hand out doctors notes for 10-15. This was absolutely an abuse of power.

this is the best walk in clinic in victoria/saanich - the doctors are very good - it does tend to be crowded waiting room as the doctors also have regular patients

Dr. Forster is great and the staff are friendly and professional. Parking lot next to building. Close to all bus routes and Jubilee Hospital. You read the negative reviews on here and it’s bewildering given how great the staff and doctors are. Some people just like to complain or blame others when they don’t get the answer they want I guess. Highly recommended.

This is my favourite clinic in all of Victoria. I didn't have a GP for almost 6 years and they were my go to clinic. The doctors are super friendly and attentive. I am especially fond of Dr. MacNaughton and Dr. Naaykens. I am always thrilled when they tell me they are the clinic doctor for the day :) There is another one there that is really nice but I can't remember his name. The clerical staff is excellent about follow up even if you are not a "regular" patient there. I always got test results and appointments from them without a problem. They even did a little mini day surgery there for me one time. I was thrilled they would do it and I didn't have to go to ER to wait for 89 hours.

I sat for 45 minutes for a prescription renewal. The doctor turned me away because he was having login issues on his computer. I took Time off of work and will not be able to get to a doctor for days which means I will spend days without my needed medication. If you go here prepare to be treated as garbage.

Best walk-in clinic in town! I went to ER in VGH first and they sent me back home. But my situation got worse so I decided to come here. Met Dr. Walton and he’s very professional and diagnosed the real reason caused my sickness. Referred me to Jubilee hospital and I did the procedure yesterday. I feel much better now! Thanks Dr. Walton and I hope you can become my family doctor!

The best clinic in Victoria. I've had excellent experiences with MOST of the Doctors here, but I need to give especially high praise to Dr. Walton, Dr. Robinson, and Dr. Naaykens--all of whom have given me some of the best medical care & advice of my life. The staff is friendly, efficient, and the clinic is well run and clean. They even provide hand sanitizer, tissues, and water to waiting patients. It is conveniently located in the same building as a pharmacy and LifeLabs clinics, so if you need to do other tests or x-rays, everything is right there. UPDATE: Clinic has moved across the street.

This is a lovely little clinic. The staff and doctors were very friendly and helpful. We waited awhile (on a very busy Saturday morning) but the Dr we ended up seeing took his time with our visit and we didn't feel rushed out the door.

Dr was good but the staff here are horrible. Disrespectful and rude, and they don't care about anyone who was once using that clinic for a walk in. Been trying to get ahold of them for weeks and when i finally do, they they tell me to just deal with it online. Okay so i do that.. weeks later i get a call that my NP still has not got anything from them. Then suddenly i get a call from jubilee saying completely contradictory information to what i was told before and then they try to charge me $100 to simply transfer a medical file. What an absolute joke of a clinic and a prime example of why our medical system fails. Talked to my diagnosing Dr and got the file transferred right away at no charge. Will never deal with this clinic again

Dr. Innes and his team have always worked to the patients best interest and treat the whole patient and not just a symptom. Highly recommend this clinic if they are able to take new patients.

I am a person on disability, was told weeks in advance over the phone by the staff I did not need to be in attendance for this medical form to be filled out as these forms don’t require physical attendance. Dr. Walton called me himself several weeks after claiming I had been rude to his staff after writing an email explain the situation. This JOKE of an office should be shut down. The way they run ppl around, never answer phones. Just disgusting

I've been a patient here for 20 years plus, and love my doctor. But for the last couple of weeks, I've been trying to reach them by phone to get a blood test renewal, and all I ever get is "You have reached the Jubilee Medical Clinic...". This, after redialing 30 times in a row. Not good, you guys, not good.

These docs have set up a printer inside the Fort Royal pharmacy where all the prescriptions print out and force all of the patients to go there.

One of the best in Victoria. Staff can be a little loud sometimes but they are efficient. All the doctors are good. Highly recommend. And the office is one of the cleaner clinics here.

Recently my doctor retired and sometimes I had to wait various times to see him so the clinic is no different. Dr. Robinson was wonderful listened to me and addressed my symptom. Also sent a letter to my neurologist regarding a second issue. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The problem is with the government in not addressing the shortage of doctors and not with the doctors themselves and waiting time at the clinic.

I'm devastated that the walk in clinic for patients not assigned to a Dr. is no longer in operation I've been in Victoria for a long time and never found a GP .The Jubilee clinic has the best Drs and frontend staff I've encountered.

Very good walk in clinic, something pretty much non existent these days. You can tell it's well managed and the people working there want to be there. I took my sick daughter in today. The girl Larissa at the front was so nice and helpful. Doctor Robinson was also very kind and took the time to properly examine my little girl. Very impressed with this place. Will definitely be back. Thank you!
