What a joke! Terrible management. Announced a few weeks ago that they would be accepting new patients for one of their physicians - in a community where there are tens of thousands of residents without a doctor this was great news! The information provided stated that new patient intake forms would be available Tuesdays and Thursdays STARTING June 4 (today) and that the doc would start seeing patients in early July. Many families, mine included, made note of this date and were there when they opened this morning in hopes of getting a Doctor. Even before opening the doors at 9am today, they were FULL as per a sign on the door. The reason? Apparently, even though they publicly stated June 4th was the first day applications would be available they were "inundated last week" and just gave them all out before the start date. Is that how you run a business? Shouldn't you turn away the people coming in early and say that as per what has been publicly shared, it opens on June 4th?
