(Attention owner!!) The Indian receptionist on the phone at around 9:30 am today was not friendly and sarcastic I was asking politely if I can talk to the doctor but instead of explaining politely she was rude and not willing to talk nicely. All the "doctor" there was good but I think they need a more polite and have more patience receptionist. "that receptionist needs more more and more training for customer or patience service. ????????????????????????????????????????

I called in about information about Dr. James Makokis for a friend and they receptionist said "is this for the trans gender problem?" If you are going to have doctors who are there to support the trans community, you best make sure you don't lose them before they even walk through the door. Get your staff some training around the proper language to use when speaking on the phone to patience. My friend will definitely be looking at alternative options. I am glad it was me on the phone and not them!

Dr. Kumleben held up a professional demeanor and friendly tone and attitude throughout my visit. However, my visit lasted maybe three minutes and I had to seek help elsewhere regarding my issue to get the answers and guidance I sought. Inflamed lungs over a chest infection still producing mucus, 50-75% capacity(and waning) on any deep breaths and I was sent out the door with a "your chest is clear and you're almost better!" Still nearly fainting taking a 15 minute walk to saveon, I feel like a stethoscope check and a presxription on the back were less than adequate.

Before I went to this walk-in clinic (for the first time) I was able to check the wait time online. It said 0 min. and when I arrived I was able to be seen right away. I appreciated that! Dr. Lyddell was the walk-in Doctor for the day and he was kind, professional and respectful. He listened well to me, communicated clearly, and taught me what I didn't know because I have no medical training. I had a positive experience and will return if I have another medical concern in the future

I’ve never had to wait longer than half an hour , this is the best clinic I’ve attended and actually found the doctor I’ve always wanted here which is Dr.Winterbach , he’s always open ears for concerns I have and always gives me detailed medical advice and actually seems engaged in what I have to ask and doesn’t push stuff to the side. I recommend this clinic ☺️

The location was easy to find and also lots of close parking for the sick and or wheel chair people.when we got inside the super store access door's the medical clinc was just to the left.we were greated with a friendly girl at the front desk,our waiting time was short,and best of all the doctor was plesent and understanding.I felt we were in good hands.

I’ll give this office 2 stars. The doctors I had seen at this office were awesome and always held up to a professional standard....the front desk staff on the other hand not so much. They are rude and charge for everything!! $30 to transfer a file, $50 to fill out paperwork $20 to send fax and will only take cash, talked to a couple of the front desk staff and they all have different prices then get mad at you because you can’t understand them on the phone....very unprofessional up front need wayyyyyy more training. This is the only doctors office I have been to that does this..will not be returning anymore.

Receptionist was friendly and Dr. Mark was excellent. Pharmacy was right next to. They fixed my insurance conflicts as well. Convenient for grocery shopping after as it's inside of Superstore.

Since posting negative feedback regarding an experience that my husband and I had at this clinic Dr Winterbach personally called me and made things right. I am incredibly pleased with the quality of care I’ve received from him in the past and have no doubt that he will continue to impress in the future.

I was a walk in 1st thing this morning. Was able to see a doc within 30 min:) Dr Ammiir Shabin was appointed to me & was very thorough and informative. I would like to make a point to see Dr. Shabin again. Last time I saw Dr Chu who was also great. I would consider making this clinic my family clinic for sure:)

My first time here. And I have no complaints! I wasnt too sure going to a Walk in clinic, if the doctor could increase my dosage for my current perscription(I wouldve went to see my fam doc, but I couldnt get in for another month). Dr.Winterbach increased my "said medication" dosage without much explaination needed. He seen that i needed it asap. Little to no wait time as the clinic was empty. Front desk lady was helpful. I must say, this clinic is a hiddem gem! Thank you again Dr. Winterbach. You really did help me alot, whether you know it or not.

I don't care about the bad ratings that some people have given to Dr winterbach because I find that he is an awesome Dr and I would not go to any other Dr, he has gone farther than any Dr that I have ever been to to help me with my problems. Worst clinic do not go there very very slow and receptionist keeps you waiting if you go for walk in, they will keep you wait for 2 or 3 hours if you don't follow up they will keep you wait and wait and wait. We went there twice with the same issue and we will never ever go back there again.

The doctors are great, very professional and attentive but dealing with the desk staff is a night mare. Please consider hiring new people. There are so many qualified professional MOAs looking for a job there’s no reason why people have to deal with such rudeness just because someone is having a bad day. I have been to this clinic at least 10 times to drop off/pick up my friend who lives in the area and doesn’t drive. I recently went in myself to ask a question regarding the flu shots and the one lady at the desk was very rude. It was a simple yes or no question whether they had paperwork that can be prefilled out and I was shocked and disgusted with her behavior. Ive spoken to a few people about this clinic and apparently the desk staff here pick and choose to whom they will be professional and polite with. I hope your experience is better than mine or you visit this clinic when they’ve hired new people. Very very disappointing.

Doctor wasted 45 minutes of my day while I was in excruciating pain to tell me he couldn't help me. He believed he didn't have a place in treating me even though the pain was bad enough I went to him. He recommended I speak to my specialist even though my specialist had nothing to do with the pain I went in to the walk-in with. He told me if I wanted to become a regular patient of his he would be able to help me further. The treatment was so appalling I refuse to ever go back there. He suggested another doctor do some tests, but he refused to give me any requisitions. Terrible behavior by a doctor who is supposed to help people. He refused to help me and acted very rude. I would never ever go back, nor would I recommend this walk-in to anyone ever. So unprofessional.

I used the walk in clinic and my wait time was only about 30 minutes. The doctor that I had took the time to fully assess me, by asking questions and doing the appropriate physical assessment. I felt she was knowledgeable and overall, I had a good experience at this clinic.

Just met Dr William Lau. He is (hands down) one of the best doctors I have met in my life. Took his time to explain why I was having the issue and never rushed to get me out of the door. Would definitely recommend.

I have been seeing Dr. Powell and Dr. Kumleben since a few years ago at this clinic. I always appreciate the way they treat me. They are very patient to listen to my description and provide with helpful advice. I have referred some of my friends to this clinic. They are all pleased with the doctors.

I am always greeted with the friendliest staff at the front desk. They take the time to talk and try to accommodate your needs. Always smiling and professional. The doctors are fantastic. They listen and are kind, never impatient and educate the patient in all the information needed regarding medical needs. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. The longest I have ever edited was 30,minutes.

The wait times are usually not bad at this walk-in clinic, however the 2 times that I have been here have been a really bad experience with the 2 different Doctors I have seen. Dr.Brandon Cai is probably the worst Dr I have ever been to visit. He kept calling me "Man" was very unprofessional and did not listen to anything I had to say about past medication I had been on etc. He was trying to rush through the appt and is very awkward and I would never go back to this clinic because of him.

My husband and I have been going to see doctors in this clinic for a while now. The wait time is always less. You get to see doctors super quick. So far I have seen Dr. Lau, Dr. Winterbac, Dr. Mark Kumleben and Dr. Ben Durand. All of them are great!! They are patient enough to listen to your concerns. Do not rush you and make sure they give you enough time. Cannot be more happy to have found this place!!

I've met all three doctors at the center and they've been fantastic. They've listened patiently to what I had to say, read up on my medical history and took the time to explain various treatment options. They were also keen to arrive at a consensus re treatment options and I didn't feel that I was forced to go for any of them. The receptionists have also been great - warm, friendly and willing to help.

Rude receptionist booked my appointment and made me wait for 30+min to see the physician?! She came up with all excuses like this is my fault. This location used to be good but terrible now. 5 receptionists working at front desk at the same time. What a joke. Owner clearly don't know how to manage this clinic. -1000 stars for you.

Phoned at opening time (9:30am Sunday) and told to come in. Arrived at 9:45am. Waited no more than 5 min. Finished by 10am. Very professional. I will go here again.

Took my 11 year old son here for a concern on his skin on New Years Eve. Dr. Durand was so incredibly kind and gentle with him and expertly explained the diagnosis to me and how to treat it. We're so lucky to have been able to see this Dr. on that day. One of the best bedside manners I've ever experienced in a doctor

Couldn’t get my son in to our family doctor when he was sick. Took my son to visit this doctor and her cell phone rang during the appointment - and she answered it! I can understand emergencies if they come up. Instead of excusing herself and taking the call outside of the room she proceeded to discuss a staffs request for time off and reviewing her calendar on the computer. Definitely didn’t get the undivided attention or experience of a dedicated doctor.
