Dr So has been the best doctor I have ever had! He cares about you and you can tell he loves being a doctor. Dr Ho is great as well. I recommend this clinic any day

Do NOT go here if you value your health! After reading the other reviews, I feel a bit better knowing I wasn't the only person to have such a terrible experience with Dr. Yamamoto. I went to him after having insanely terrible abdomen pains; so bad I couldn't stand up. I described how bad the pain was and I was waved off after a few seconds with the doctor and wrong information on my symptoms. 2 weeks later I was still having the same reoccurring pains, but now it had spread to my lower back as well. Again, sometime so bad I couldn't stand up or breathe at times. I went back to Dr. Yamamoto and explained to him specifically that I think I might have kidney stones. He basically laughed at my concerns and told me I'm wrong about that. He said he could send me for an x-ray but "it would be a waste of time". Again, he dismissed me, and my health concerns, right away. Because I was still experiencing these pains, I went immediately to a different doctor. As soon as I told the new doctor what I was experiencing, his response was "I'm pretty sure you have kidney stones." He sent me for blood test, x-ray, and ultrasound, which the results showed I have a 1.3cm kidney stone... I can't help but this that if Dr. Yamamoto just listened to what his patients are telling him, and did his due diligence as a medical professional, he would have found this out much sooner and I could have been in a lot less pain. I'm so disappointed in this doctor and will definitely not ever be returning to this clinic. He clearly has his mind set on putting as many patients through the door as possible, just for the money, instead of actually caring about their health. Terrible attitude for someone who is in the medical profession.

A pretty standard walk-in facility. The front desk staff can be a bit brusque, but when you have that much work in front of you all day, it's understandable. The 2 doctors I've seen have been polite and efficient. They aren't overly interested in going further into depth with questions, but again, it is a walk-in and there are many patients in and out of this clinic each day. They get the job done and are as courteous as they can be in the ten minutes you have their attention. To those complaining about being turned away at the doors near close: if a clinic closes at 5 and there are already patients inside waiting at quarter to, they are not reasonably going to be able to fit you in by 5. There's a reason they are able to stop taking walk-ins at a certain time -- because if they weren't able to, they could be stuck there for quite some time just processing the people that take advantage of that and show up in the last 15 minutes. Closing times at a clinic like this should mean something. They are not a hospital and are not obligated to make themselves available to patients outside of their posted hours. Try arriving earlier to ensure you're seen by a doctor. Or if you need care after those hours, maybe try going to a clinic with longer hours. Overall, I like this clinic. Until I find a family doctor I feel comfortable with, I will likely continue to visit this clinic for minor to moderate concerns.

What a horrible experience. Upon meeting Yamamoto, he did not introduce himself.(had to ask receptionist who my doctor was after the app.) His assessment took less than 5min and interrupted when I was explaining my health history. Ordered several tests that I had completed same day. Did not hear from the office for several days over when they said they would contact. When I followed up I was told "the doctor does not need to see you"....when I still have the same symptoms (stomach ache). Horrible attitude. Worst patient care I have seen. Do NOT go here!

Always get in when I need to. Dr So, Dr Ho, and Dr Yamamoto are all great. Front desk clerks are very nice and knowledgeable.

I have not seen a Dr. as arrogant and condescending as Dr. Yamamoto. I waited an hour to see him. And when my turn came, he wouldnt even listen to my concerns, he made me feel rushed and laughed at me standing over my head making me feel stupid. I have never been to this clinic since.

Standard walk in clinic, I went at 11 on a Friday, and had no wait at all, so bonus. I was just needing a prescription refill, so super quick and convenient, with plenty of time to do my grocery shopping.

Every time I’ve came here the doctor was ignorant to me he has no social skills once so ever. He seen my 2 year old son barely looked look at him and just sent him home told me give him Tylenol he just had a virus not even a week later he declined in health to the point he couldn’t even hold his head up , took him to a different doctor and he had a really bad ear infection as well as tonsillitis. NEVER BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE!

Best clinic in North Edmonton. I've been here over 10 times and never waited longer than 30 minutes to get in. The doctors are extremely competent and helpful (unlike the medicentres), Dr. Ho is the best doctor in North Edmonton.

Physicians seem competent, however unnecessary over charge for services. Needed a statement form filled out, according to AHS the fee for this service is $75. This clinic charges $225!!! Complete gouging!

Went to this clinic first thing Thursday morning and saw Dr. Yamamoto after being very sick for a week with absolutely no voice. I got called right into the office and he didn’t give me two minutes of his time. He felt my throat with his hands and left and the nurse came back with a prescription for mouthwash. I knew I wasn’t okay so I went to a different doctor the next day to find out I have a lung infection, a sinus infection and an ear infection. He really only cared about the paycheck.

Great place only if you see dr ho .he really cares and listens to you .dr Yamamoto is excessive at being junk! Hes rude and wants you in and out as quick as he can with zero care for you .will never make the mistake of seeing him again .dr so is not very good either, his medical knowledge is pretty sketchy. He told my wife and i that the reason she was late was she was having a miscarriage...our girl is now 4yrs old .thanks for the scare ..also junk .see dr ho he has been really great .

Today was my first visit to this clinic but it won't be my last. After sitting in the waiting room for only 5 minutes I was called back to the examination room where I saw Dr. Ho. The doctor was very professional and had a great bedside manner; he examined me and wrote a prescription while taking the time to explain everything and making sure all my questions were answered. The clinic itself was clean and the reception staff and nurse, while not as professional as Dr. Ho, were at least as good as one would expect. I live all the way over on Jasper Ave but decided to check this clinic out based on other positive reviews. All I can say is that the drive is worth it and I'll be sure to come back here as the need arises.

Awesome clinic!! Very fast!! Love the ladies at front desk and the doctors. Never had a problem getting in! Those complaining about not getting in need to arrive before closing. That's just respect. I have never waited more than 5 - 10 minutes to get in!! Fabulous place!! Love it!!

Man... I read the positive reviews in here and I'm amazed... I was the only one treated condescending and arrogantly by Yamamoto... not to mention that his medical knowledge seemed a bit shaky... for me there's no surprise the clinic was empty... I wouldn't go there a second time myself...but for some it seems that a quality medical act is getting in to see the doctor in less than 5 min... by these standards... yes... that's a top medical clinic... lol.
