Very impersonal, no obvious practicing of social distancing in these covid times other than shower curtains at reception. They placed me in a room and forgot I was there, having to then phone me to find where I was. Not to mention the incredibly unprofessional experience I had with the gynecologist there.

These guys say they are accepting patients but they actually aren't. Don't waste your time talking to the receptionists they are beyond rude. Especially the dumb one with the ugly valley girl accent.

It was a waste of coming here. The doctor barely addressed my concern about my hormone imbalance and then brushed it off as a mental health problem. I understand my body and know that is not the problem or else I would've booked with a psychologist instead. I'm annoyed that doctors these days don't put in a little bit more effort into creating a proper diagnosis instead of just assuming based on a short 5 minute consultation.

took my 14 yr old daughter in to see one of the doctors at around 520pm today.. i had a photo of her ahc card on my phone, i have a file there and had id for myself , this was her first time going in.. being a child she doesn't carry photo id with her.. we were refused medical care unless i could produce photo id for her.. i left and had to retrieve her passport from home.. we arrived back at the clinic around 555pm..the clinic hours are till 7pm but were told the dr had left so the clinic was now closed.. we drove down to an open medicentre clinic on Jasper ave.. i showed them the picture of her ahc card and she was booked without incident.. good job Kensington Clinic ????

Short wait times. Receptionists check-in with you right away. Doctors attempt to do their best and listen to your concerns. I don't live close to here yet I always come to this clinic.

I have attended the walk in clinic here on several occasions. I have consistently experienced good, relatively quick service. The doctors are kind, polite, and knowledgeable, and seem personally invested in patient care. The support staff and receptionists are helpful, patient, and positive, when in the face of some pretty ridiculous clientele. As with any walk in clinic, wait times vary, but I’ve always been given an honest answer regarding wait times when I’ve asked at the front desk.

Family dr was male dr .B he did not want to do a physical and sent me to another dr that was femal. It’s been 2 years and still waiting for my medical history to be reviewed and looked at for my Aish. meanwhile my pain and movement has been intolerable and getting worse with no medical help from my dr. We need better drs in this city especially at this clinic so not happy with the treatment of my family dr and the gynaecologist worst doctors with no human emotions for anyone who is not their culture

Went as a walk in and got right in, great! But the reception had to change the bed paper when I was in the room..from the person before. Didn't sanitize the bed whatsoever. The doctor was very fast and just seemed like he was trying to pump people in and out as fast as he could. Was supposed to check if I had a fever and they forgot to even check. Told me I could go for a walk in for my ultrasound he said I needed...sent me somewhere to have them tell me I have to book an appointment and the soonest I could get in was a couple days. Horrible experience. Don't trust this place at all ????

The Doctor was nice and some other receptionist was very friendly and accomodating except this one named Brandie (if I remember correctly) She asked me to go back home and get my actual alberta health card as the picture copy of it on my phone was not enough, so I went home and got it. Came back and not much of wait time, they let me in (feeling lucky). Went home, only to find out that my name and address in my Doctor's letter was different from the Health Card and my Drivers License I have provided. Went back to the clinic for the 3rd time, instead of apologizing for not doing her job properly by confirming my identity from the 2 ID's I have provided her versus to the data she has in her computer but instead she blamed me for having a different name and address and not telling her! First, it's each receptionist job to always ASK and confirm if there's any changes in any information and validate the proof of identification versus to whatever data in your computer, (client has no idea what you are seeing in your computer but only you! Besides, if you looked carefully you would noticed the discrepancies between the data you have compared to the ID that was given to you!!!). Second, she asked for my ID which I have provided and she didn't compared the information from both of my 2 ID's she asked me to go home and get it as my proof of identity and information (Did you even bothered checking?) Finally, I asked to rectify the discrepancies in my letter and yet she just updated the address but not the name which I have to emphasized again that its not just the address but its also my name! Did she even bothered looking to the 2 ID's that both were were in her hands?! Now, I have this letter that has a sticker that I am not even sure if it's valid as she said it cannot be changed in the computer and have a correct one printed. She caused me so much anger and inconvenienced today!!!!

Took my daughter in, was seen by Dr Jama. My daughter wants to be on meds to help her focus at school, she has a learning disability and is coded at school. He didn't do his assessments, ask any questions was very rude, held his hand to my face. Rude when I told him to wear his mask properly twice, He was yelling at us.He wants a diagnosis from the teachers. I told him they don't diagnose, They just do assessment. He got very defensive! He only changed his behavior after I informed him I was a nurse and to speak to me in a professional manner. Avoid him unless you need tylenol.

I;m not sure if Edmonton clinics are supposed to do anything other than serve as a proxy to a web form they submit to as far as i can tell no one. 3 visits at no point did anyone actually look at any part of me, nor touch any part of me the 'doctor' sits on the otherside of the room checking boxes on a form waiting to write you a prescription and send you on your way so if the purpose of these clinics really is nothing more than a form submitting proxy to nothing then i should revise my review to 5 star as they do that perfectly

We had a good experience here when my son did his circumcision. They were so busy but still was able to squeeze us in the doctor’s schedule. The only con is the travel time.

Many times I called in to see if the doctor is in and accepting walk-ins and they are doing a great job. The ladies are very nice and courteous over the phone. Today was an exceptional service! I called the receptionist and told them the situation about my son, and they told me to come right in. I left work, picked up my son and I did not have to sit and wait for the doctor. Both the receptionist and the doctor addressed the concern quickly!

Took my daughter to the clinic for a bad cough she couldn't get rid of by appointment. When we arrived it was jam packed with patients and thought we'd be there waiting a long time to see the doctor but we were taken in almost immediately and never had to wait to see the doctor for more than 5 mins or less. The doctor who examined my daughter was very friendly and thorough and I was very impressed with the clinic. Would recommend this clinic and the doctors to anyone. 5 stars.

Waited a while but they did not make me wait longer than what they said. So I was happy about that. They were super busy but still got me in which was great. The staff are friendly there and most days it's slow so you can see a doctor pretty quickly. They have walk in's available so that's really convenient. The pharmacy is outrageously expensive so I wouldn't recommend buying anything off the shelves. It's seriously airport pricing not even kidding

Just started going here and have had nothing but good visits so far. My new doctor is sending me for tests my old doctor was to lazy to do. Place is clean and the wait wasnt long at all. I hope this place continues to be great????????

On April 16 I had appointments with doctor Ahmed, a day before I called in to make sure that I have to see the doctor on time because I will come during my break time because I have only one hour or he could call me anytime the recipient said the doctor is not good with calling the patient then I told her just make sure I will see him in time. When I arrived to the clinic the recipient said there is two patients ahead of you and one hour is not enough to see him. I was chocked he can not call and the recipient lie on me when I asked if I could see him in time. I switched my shift with my coworker I drove all the way there and he can’t see me also he can not make phone calls the recipient was very rude and she is not willing to find any solution. I’m working too and have to make follow ups with my doctor I can’t take days off every time I have appointment. Those recipient are irresponsible and they don’t care about the patient as this is my third time having problems with them.

Avoid if you are seeking walk in assistance that has to do with female anything. I asked for blood tests to check on my reproductive hormones and the male doctor said he "did not do that" stuff. I was then referred to a female doctor in clinic but no one else could help me while I was there. I should not have to be referred 2 weeks out for BASIC lab tests checking on my menstrual cycle. Hilda at the front desk was great, and all of reception was warm and helpful.

I’ve been going here for awhile, but i think i’m ready to find somewhere new. The doctors don’t seem to actually care, you’re just in and out as fast as they can get you. The wait times are horrendous, and i think this clinic is lacking what healthcare should be all about - having the patient’s best interest in mind.

Well to start,you have to get to know the doctor's my doctor is Dr Paul,he is wonderful smart,doesn't give up on you.until he find the problem.how dare others say such mean words about him.then go somewhere else,if you show up there,they should refuse you.also Dr Ann who works closely with Dr Paul is a sweet lady smart as a whip explains everything,yes it takes time,what do you expect.this is not a drive by clinic. Also when my doctor's are on vacationing see Dr Ahmed he is also a gentlemen,very smart as well.I am not doctoring as some people think.The two Lady Dr's are very good as well.I cannot comment.on the others as I don't know them.but the owners wouldn't hire idiots I think? But check to see the comments of who's being reported to the doctor's college.well all public people should always check first to see what kind of Dr are there.also the receptionist which are few naming two have experience, then others need a little more schooling,but that doesn't hurt none,stop being so hurtful.this place is busy as it has specialist on different days,so grow up.patience that's all I'm gonna say.God Bless

Do not go here for any surgery purposes with Dr. Sia. In June 2020, I was referred to this clinic for hernia surgery by Dr. Khalid from Capilano centre and I met with the surgeon Dr. SIA who told me I would be on a 6 month waiting period for surgery in the hospital. I never got any updates from the surgeon so I called to find out what was happening in May 2021 and they did not even have me in the system. My new family doctor was shocked at the lack of communication. I wasted a year waiting on useless Canadian Healthcare practices.

If you know what is wrong with you then it is a quick place to go. Otherwise they look up your symptoms on the internet and are too busy trying to make money for referrals. They could have helped me with a quick problem but now I am stuck waiting weeks for a specialist so they can make their referral money

The pediatrition on staff is fantastic! Never a long wait to see him either. You are better off making an appointment for the other doctors though as the wait times can go past an hour in busy times, which is basically all the time. The front end staff are all generally friendly and courteous.

Meh. Front staff doesnt acknowledge patients, except for one friendly philipino lady. Dr. Shenoudah is ok. Saw her twice now, and she just seems tired of her job. Not rude, not friendly. Just there. Doesnt really listen when you have concerns or questions and I found her a bit difficult to understand. They also aren’t following much COVID restrictions. There’s no limit to how many people can enter the office, people are sitting and standing all around, they don’t make people wear masks upon entering, they aren’t screening people, and I didn’t see anyone including the doctor cleaning. For this reason as well as the others, I will be on the hunt for a new doctor again! Not the worst clinic, not the best.

I drove 2.5 hours from Red Deer for an appointment with dr Nasir. I was going to be late because of roads and traffic so called the clinic to let them know. They said no problem, however when I got there they said I was late and would not be seen by the Dr. This is unacceptable for a person who comes from out of town.

I waiting for 2 and a half hours to see a doctor and the girls working had to turn down a massive amounts of walk in patients and patients scheduled appointments were all messed up because the doctors didn't show up!! They had no problem letting people know the doctors were suppose to be in at 9 and by 11:00 they still weren't there..... and when you do see a doctor they google your symptoms and prescribe you what ever they want

So far NOT impressed. My son was in a minor car accident & jarred his neck. Went here to get the injury checked on and have WCB paperwork filled out so he could go back to work on modified duty. They claimed they didn’t have the time to fill out the paperwork. My son missed a 2nd day of work because he didn’t get the paperwork filled when he was there. In my opinion, unacceptable. ????

I dont think the doctors at this clinic want to see patients at their clinics. They cancelled my appointments twice. The first time they told me that doctor Adel Behraj doesnot do Prenatal or antenatal care. They told me they can book me with another doctor for next week, i said ok, again on the day of the appointment,a receptionist called me and told me the doctor isnt able to see me today, and that my appointment has been cancelled. It is so sad to have doctors that dont value commitments with clients.

Worst experience at "medical clinic". my little boy had fallen asleep in the car because he was very sick. Dr.Fateis thought it would be genius to wake him up by forcefully opening his mouth instead of asking to gently to wake him up or start by checking his ears... But no. Dr. Genius thought he should continue forcing his mouth open and traumatize my son. I will never go back. And neither should anyone else. They can't even put their correct hours of operation online.

I am so glad and my family been registered at Kensington Medical Clinic, it's been like 7 years, so I can call these my home. You can feel the great warm approach from all the staff. Eventhough the clinic is so busy, you can still get the help that you need and responded so quick. The doctos are so great special mention to Dr. Goha, Dr Khalfala, Dr Shenoida. To all of you , YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!

they're all my system shows a wait time of 0 minutes so I would expect to maybe wait a couple minutes when I get there but going in the place is packed full of people and has a minimum half an hour wait I don't know why they wouldn't take any time and make sure the updated system online is accurate. when I asked them why this was they really didn't care and basically told me either way or leave. on top of that the place is a complete dump it's disgustingly dirty inside and I would never go back or trust them to take care of me without giving me some sort of infection.

Worst clinic ever. I have been there a long time. Every time I got there I have to wait more than 2 hours even with an appointment. Dr. Ahmed became an unrespectful person. He came into the room said "Hi" then went for 5 minute and when he came back, he asked me to leave because he have another patients!!! Did he think I was there to had a coffee??? Also, he said many bad racist words I could not imagine how a doctor could say that!!!..

Just had the pleasure of meeting Dr Belhaj. A very rude person. Went there to address 2 problems, but he cut me off while I was talking and in his own words, “I am too busy, there are other patients waiting and can only address one today”. First time in my life, I walked out of a doctor’s office. I am very happy for him that he is so busy treating patient; so he couldn’t spend 10 seconds to listen and couldn’t spend more than a min in the room. Won’t be back ever and won’t recommend to anyone.

Dr.Paul is an ignorant old man who doesn't care about his patients!! He made me feel suicidal after a visit with him - he ran me down to the ground & actually made me cry! I went there for help which I did not receive at all just a bottle of pills that didn't help & I ended up in emergency instead almost losing my leg!! These doctors are only there for the $$ They do not listen to their patients & don't actually even check u over. Pathetic care offered for humankind. The waiting times are ridiculous as well cause they also forget about you as you sit right in front of them waiting. If you need a doctor find another medical centre this place is not for anyone!! The pharmacist is a different story - they are wonderful & actually care. They take the time to talk to you & pay attention to prescriptions & explain everything as well. Awesome people to deal with!!

Waited 3 hours for a phone call that never came. Was told one thing by one receptionist and something else by another one. Very frustrating. Had a booked appointment but was refused to be taken in a room and was told the dr would call me ASAP since my appointment was booked. Never happened.

This clinic has some of the most unprofessional "doctors" I have ever met. Most just want to push pills on you. Was going there for 3 years and I had been there multiple times a year. I can count on one hand how many physical exams I got. One doctor didn't even look at me just asked "what meds do you want?" Perfect place for drug addicts to get their fix. The reception is so rude without any reason to be. I worked as a receptionist, I know what it's like. However these girls are so disrespectful. I have never been talked to that way. I switched doctors office after a car accident because I came in and the doctor didn't even give me a doctors note, even though I couldn't hardly move! God forbid you ask for your medical records. They refuse without 50$ claiming it's a cost, it is 2017. Email is free! By the way it is ILLEGAL to refuse to give me MY medical records. Buyer beware!

Today is Saturday and those of us who work during the week rely on weekend access to our clinic. I was just told that there is only one doctor on today, and he is not taking any other patients at all today. Also, they are supposed to be open til seven pm during the week, but often the doctor leaves at about six, so we are out of luck there, too. I am going to ditch this clinic and my doctor. My biggest complaint is how fast they clear your visit because they make more money when they see more patients. We are not a dollar sign. We are people who need medical help.

This is the worst Medical Clinic in north Edmonton. The wait time even with appointments are brutal, the staff is extremely unpleasant and barley speak English, do not even care to say Hello. As for the Doctors they sit at their stupid computers and do not even bother to look at you. Never ask any questions, and yesterday was the last stray. After being there twice the with the same issue the doctor decided to blindly prescribe me things to "See if it works", I google it and its a heavy anti-bio-tic oral pill to fight what he thought I had. Well after ripping up the prescription I decided to go to another doctor. Castle downs Medical Center. The staff and doctor there were great. He pretty much laughed when I told him what the other doctor gave me and said I did the right thing. Kensington Medical Clinic, your are a Joke, and for you people who think this is a one time bad experience its not. My family doctor WAS here for 2 years until last night. I have had good experiences here, but few and fare between.

Unbelievably incredibly rude front counter staff who think they are running NASA or something and can't seem to understand even the most basic of English. The place is incredibly dirty and the doctors are all second and third rate. Was denied medical care because the front counter lady couldn't understand my name after repeating myself about 12 times. Simple name too. Just some white guy name. Lol Then I was threatened because I spoke up and somebody got all offended because she's fat and has to sit there and do her job which seemed to upset her.

I know with all the pandemic issues, my wife was having issues breathing. Even though we have had both injections, she was put into a Covid area in the waiting room, was not given O2. After waiting 1.5 hrs, she was feeling mildly better so we left.

They lady’s at the front desk did a great a great job. The service was fast and professional. The experience turned bad once I met the doctor. I was only doing a walk in for my shoulder. I was in search of a second opinion. From the moment I mentioned a seconded option for my shoulder injury the doctors level of care went to a zero. He looked up the old report and reviewed it with me. I expressed concern with that report and wanted to get a new evaluation. He told me in short words that he could do nothing for me. I had to see my old doctor or get a new family doctor. He was completely unwilling to make his own evaluation or help in any other way. No care was put into this appointment at all. Complete waste of time.

Many negative experiences with this place, ranging from a doctor refusing health care to my son because he thought he had lice. After sending me away to the U of A we found it to be a skin infection. (Let it be known he didn't even look at my son and jumped back as far as the room would let him) Another instance was my son had a urinary infection but the doctor again refused to treat him saying his skin had closed up and sent me once again to the U of A where I found out it was the infection. Now on Thursday we decided to give one last chance and go as I've been sick since Halloween and my son for the last week. One of the front desk ladies were taking our temperatures and said "funny you say you're both sick because you both don't have a fever!" Are you kidding me???? Do all sicknesses need fevers? My opinion, this place needs to be checked for schooling documents. We will never be going back. One more thing I feel I need to add is for the services they chose not to provide, did they bill the health care for the visits?

Says on website on sign walk-ins welcome come to the clinic only appointments. So if you want a walk-in don't come here even though they advertise it and say it on multiple sources. Thanks for the waste of time.
