Tried to call them for a minor emergency for my elderly father and no one is picking up after multiple attempts and their phone menu is very confusing. I would expect this from a CLC but not a private clinic. If their poor customer service reflects the quality of the service I would avoid them like you avoid the Covid.

First appointment at this private clinic. Very helpful staff from when you walk in very helpful nurses. And very thorough Dr Gagne that I saw. Made me feel at ease I am very happy and pleased. As a non-resident of Canada, I have on several occasions when visiting my family in Montreal, been fortunate enough to have had the excellent support of this medical facility. Dr D. Craciunescu is beyond exceptional in both her professional demeanour and compassion, and I am forever grateful for her support. In my initial visit, her consideration of wholistic factors in treating me and knowledge of functional medicine has led to a complete shift in lifestyle. She is, without cliche, one of those rare individuals that makes me want to be a better version of myself. * I will say a huge Thank You to Terri (clinic administration/ reception team), she went beyond expectation in organising a last minute appointment, consistently communicating and allaying my anxiety about being without medical support whilst on vacation!
