5 stars for Mediservice and Dr. Perlman! I had a serious fall 2 weeks ago and fractured my lumbar spine (L1). During the first week, my only treatment was pain medication ++ and bedrest. I was then referred to Dr. Perlman and following his initial assessment he started me on light therapy treatments. One week later my pain has significantly diminished, my movements (standing, sitting and walking) are much improved and my need for medication has fallen to 1 x day. Dr. Perlman's expertise and guidance has had a major impact on me, both physically as well as emotionally. I see the light at the end of the tunnel! Thank you Dr. Perlman.
