(Translated) I would like to warn patients who plan to attend this clinic. 1. Appointments are not easy to obtain in the short to medium term 2. When I go there I wait a long time in the waiting room (but hey, nothing surprising for a specialist clinic). 3. I had a doctor whom I did not find competent. She sent me for lots of tests blindly, without sending a report to my family doctor as requested. It's been over a year and I still haven't had my results, because twice my appointments have been canceled because she's gone on vacation or whatever. And other times I had emergencies and couldn't show up. 4. And finally, their secretariat is really bad. The secretaries are very very very condescending, not at all accommodating, do not pass messages to the doctor and do not answer your questions. They prefer to talk to you instead. So all in all, if you are really desperate, it may be worth it. But to work in this field, I do not think that the well being of the patient is their priority and I do not recommend this place to you. (Original) Je voudrais mettre en garde les patients qui comptent fréquenter cette clinique. 1. Les RDV ne sont pas faciles a obtenir sur le court-moyen terme 2. Quand je vais la bas j'attends longtemps dans la salle d'attente (mais bon, rien de surprenant pour une clinique de spécialiste). 3. J'ai eu un docteur que je n'ai pas trouvé compétente. Elle m'a envoyé faire plein de tests a l'aveuglette, sans envoyer de rapport a mon médecin de famille comme demandé. Cela fait plus d'un an et je n'ai toujours pas eu mes resultats, car deux fois mes rdv ont été décommandés car elle est partie en vacances ou autres. Et d'autres fois j'ai eu des urgences et je n'ai pas pu me présenter. 4. Et enfin, leur secrétariat est vraiment mauvais. Les secrétaires sont tres tres tres condescendantes, pas du tout accomodantes, ne transmettent pas les messages au medecin et ne repondent pas à vos questions. Elles préfèrent vous cermoner à la place. Donc en somme, si vous êtes vraiment désespérés, cela vaut peut être la peine. Mais pour travailler dans ce domaine, je ne pense pas que le bien être du patient est leur priorité et je ne vous recommande pas cette place.

Excellent clinic. But if you use a GPS the postal code on their business card is wrong. It should be H4T 1V9. Not H4T 1Z9

(Original) Il y a une forte barrière de langage avec les personnes qui répondent au téléphone que ce soit en français ou en anglais. Mon médecin de famille a envoyé ma demande pour une consultation en mai 2021. Nous sommes en octobre 2021 et je n’ai toujours pas de rendez-vous. La réceptionniste me dit que je vais devoir attendre encore 1 à 3 mois. C’est ridicule compte tenu que je suis déjà patiente à cette clinique.

USELESS RECEPTIONIST!!!! all the reviews saying they never pick up the damn phone is right. I’ve called at least 20 times in the span of a whole day and not once did they pickup. (at very different hours and times , hoping to find someone) Awful awful awful

Always long long long waiting time in the clinic’s waiting room. It doesn't matter even if you go before the appointment time.. our appointment was 10:00 a.m. but the doctor called us 10:50.. there were only one patient in waiting room when we arrived.. and they called a patient who came after us..

Impossible to reach them by phone! I called more than 10 times during different times in the past three days to schedule an appointment but no one ever answers. Very very frustrating.

My experience with LMC was superb. I was called to confirm my appointment the day before. We arrived about 10 minutes early for our appointment and were taken almost immediately. The secretary was polite and efficient. I was seen by a medical technician who took all my vitals and who was the nicest and kindest lady. A few minutes later I saw the doctor who was polite, informative and very nice. (Good looking too.) I was very nervous and not feeling well but the treatment I received was amazing. I’ve been going to LMC clinic now for about 6 years. I think they are fantastic my doctor is usually very punctual, receptionist have been great polite and friendly. I have to admit I don’t call the clinic very often so I’m not sure about all the negative comments about the phone. By email I always get a quick reply to all my questions and requests.

La technicienne (infirmière) qui a préparé mon dossier avant de rencontrer le médecin a fait un travail très professionnel (vérification du poids, de la taille, tension artérielle, prise de la base des données, vérification de l'historique personnel et familial...) le tout avec le sourire. Le Dr. Elie a pris le temps nécessaire pour étudier le dossier, effectuer son diagnostic et apporter les recommandations appropriées. Expérience très positive. Merci Dr. Elie à vous et à votre équipe.
