Unhelpful and unfriendly staff, most of them. I've been ping ponged between clinics to have a specific test. Tried to get more information from the receptionist regarding this test and what I need. She couldn't answer, more like she didn't want to do her job, and kept rushing me to hang up. I had to almost claw my way to persuade her not to hang up and try to keep talking to get an answer. This is ridiculous, I can't miss work all the time, and she insisted I come in on my first appointment to wait all day to get this information, then come in again another day for the test. This clinic is 2 hours from me. I've dealt with a lot of clinics lately and my tolerance for impatient and incompetent staff is quite high (because let's face it, Quebec...). This one surpassed all of them in their lack of helpfulness. I only gave 2 stars because the first time I called for an appointment, a kinder staff member called back quickly and left a message with all the details.

Assstants are so kind. Dr. Friedmann is fabulous. Caring, empathetic, funny and a great young man. You can feel he REALLY does care.

Doctor is good, but apparently the reception staff can't figure out how to send an email in 2020, in the middle of a pandemic. Apparently it's better to waste my time having to go in to a medical office, still in the middle of a pandemic, to collect something that should have already been sent.

I haven't been at Stillview in A long time..But I had good service from them and Caring Doctors...Unlike the Rude and uncaring service at The Brunswick Clinic ????Horrible Attention to the Patient..!

I will start off by saying that our family physician here is great. The 1 star review is for the appointments and staff. Each doctor has their own number, try calling it and you'll only get the voicemail, always! The clinic's main number sends you to the same voicemail. The doctor is supposed to have open slots for short notice appointments, available by phone only. Good luck reaching anyone....

Amazing! Especially their texting system if you don’t want to wait for hours in the waiting room after triage. Pay $4 and get connected by text when there are 10 patients in front of you, then 7, then 5. Cheap parking $1-4. Polite and efficient.

people tend to confuse the medical stillview clinic and the gmf stillview maybe its the fact its the same building Idk, but my honest view is about this place is this as far as the "GMF" goes their service is terrific, their staff is friendly and on point and the atmosphere is very relaxing almost "SPA" like BY FAR the BEST medical clinic i have been too (even though the other ones i ve been too previously didn't set the bar really high to begin with, but you get my point ;) it seems no matter how much people are there the waiting time is almost never as long as i expected, KUDOS!!! to the entire staff, its refreshing to see that there are still people in the medical field who do their job with passion and efficiency. THUMBS UP!!!

Horrible experience from A to Z. Dr. Golgoon was the one who took care of me and went out of his way to find problems where there wasn't on a SAAQ files. He then referred me to an optometrist that is related to him. Very rude, situation very fishy and looking after money is the only thing that crossed my mind. Ask him to refill the paperwork properly and asked for another 125$ or leave his office

Why was my appointment canceled may 4 ??? What happened to be seen by internal medicine. ? Had a appointment nov 10 2020 they finally seen me Jan 26 3 minute conversation yes I'm positive for fileria not treated I left. Nothing being done for my situation just routine stuff .. Need answers asp what tropical disease will do I spoke to doctor olga April 21 what happened think it's time for medical lawyer to get the truth why never treated she told me from the first conversation she would get the truth never happened to sum where else like another country the mtl general said they have the medicine but could not even make a effort to see me been going 5 years to hospitals went to a general see surgeon for a cyst on my thumb came out for a booked hurnia operation why in 5 years no doctor seen it ??? This place is better than paid private clinic. The receptionist (blonde) was surprisingly pleasant and attentive. The nurse Mellisa was competent and professional with the highest bed side manners ever. The docs are good and friendly too! Be nice and they will be even nicer.

TAPMEDICAL app/website not helpful, needs fixing, cannot be used properly! This review isml mainly for Tapmedical. GMF stillview will still answer your phone call but they pay for Tapmedical to make appointment bookings easier and it's actually more frustrating for everybody. Tapmedical has not responded to my emails and there is no contact info.

I called the reception to get the requisition that Dr. Guirguis wrote to me. EXTREMELY rude receptionist woman. She didn't want to hear me out for a minute. Very impatient and dismissed the fact that I was trying to get my requisition. And finally she hung up on me at the end. Horrible way to treat humans and should be fired.

Dr. Ashwin Dixit is fantastic! He is a young Doctor but very knowledgeable. He is a good listener, asks a lot of questions. He is a health professional by meaning. I really and truly recommend him.

So happy with tonight’s experience there! EVERYONE (reception, nurse, doctor) so pleasant, relaxed and helpful. We arrived at 6:30pm and they were already full for the evening so we were staring down the barrel of a nightmare wait at the emergency...6 hrs? 12 hrs? Who knows! They decided to take us! Cha-Ching! Felt like we won a lottery! Out by 8pm problem solved and our weekend still intact! THANK YOU all!
