Dr. Djeredjian is an awesome family doctor for my kids! As well, Dr. Finkelberg and Dr. Barbarian are great too. Wait times aren't always great, but I never do walk-ins. Only appointments and we don't usually wait too long. Calling is brutal though. They don't have enough phone operators.

(Translated) Since my daughters were very young (they are now 14 and 17 years old), this pediatric clinic has saved us time and time again. Their service is fast and of excellent quality. When my youngest pediatrician retired, I went for an emergency appointment because I had to renew her prescription and as soon as I mentioned to Dr Djeredian that she no longer had a pediatrician, she took my daughter under his wing. Quand le pédiatre de ma plus jeune a pris sa retraite, je suis allée en rv d'urgence car je devais faire renouveler sa prescription et dès que j'ai mentionné à Dr Djeredian qu'elle n'avait plus de pédiatre, elle a pris ma fille sous son aile. Je n'ai pas hâte qu'elle ait 18 ans, car nous devrons changer de docteur ;)

The staff are so nice especially the ones at the front desk, they were so smiley and happy and helpful and made my experience really great. The doctor and nurse were very thorough with their examination and while taking the necessary info. They gave me some really helpful advice and i felt pretty satisfied for my first time. Impossible to get someone one the phone to reschedule doctors appointment. I’ve had to use 3 separate doctors in different urgent cares in the past month because I can never get an appointment. No one responds to voicemails in the rare occasion you can actually leave one. Doctors are good but access is extremely limited.

Horrible service. 1. When you call them, just to book an appointment, they make you listen to their no-show policy for almost two minutes, without an option to skip it. 2. If they are away, the system says you can leave a message and you will be contacted within 48 hours. Total bs, I've left many messages and haven't received any callbacks. 3. Just to get an appointment isn't so easy, you have to waste hours calling them, waiting for up to an hour online just for a response, only to get the line dropped! Once you're in, the doctors are great, but the people between the patient and the doctor are obviously not doing their job at all.

Tip: book your appointment early in the morning. First slots (8am and 9am), the wait time is acceptable, approximately 15 minutes. Dr. Slim is great: he is young, professional and offers good medical advice. My daughter has been his patient for 5+ years and I highly recommend him. The downside is the wait time and the facilities. The DDO clinic needs to be renovated.

My grandchildrens doctor is Dr. Audrey Elbaz! We are so blessed to have her. You can always tell when someone loves their job! She certainly does. She puts her heart into it because it shows in what she does and how she does it! With an appointment the wait time is not too bad. You can always book for emergency appointments. There is a fee if you miss your appointment though. Cancellations are 24 hours prior. Well done team!

Consistently long wait times even with an appointment. I’m currently sitting waiting for my son’s 10:50 appointment, which we were 10 minutes early for. We were handed a card with #27 on it, and they’ve just called #17. It’s 11:28 as I write this. How can they get it so wrong so consistently? Receptionists are plain miserable. Update: we were seen at 1:03pm.... for a 10:50am appointment. No one apologized for the wait.

Honestly a wonderful clinic! The receptionist always try to remain calm and polite despite being yelled at by parents all the time for things that are out of their control. Do their best to answer the phones as quickly as possible and want to do anything in their power to help. Unfortunately things do happen and they cannot give an appointment or answer phones quickly but when you keep in mind that people all over Quebec are trying to call at the same time you can understand why it takes some time. I have seen receptionist get yelled at so many times and being called rude names and they always do their best to remain calm. Always keep in mind that some things are out of their power of control, receptionist can only do so much and it's unfair to yell at them for something that is not their fault. Every work place has rules that the employees MUST follow, just like Tiny Tots and their receptionist!

I've been coming to Tiny Tots DDO with my kids for over a decade and have been fortunate to have great doctors. The staff looks seriously busy and wait times in walk-in and at the counter can take a while. However, the service hasn't been compromised. I give it less than 5 stars because I do find that the walk-in doctors are really rushed (understandably) and the diagnoses aren't always complete. I do wish there was better morning walk-in service. If we have an appointment, we have never waited more than 15 minutes.

Tiny tots in Dollard has always been a reliable place for my children to seek medical attention. My oldest is 15 years and we have never had any issues! We love Dr Mimran and her professionalism . Our pediatrician is great. But the clinic is run by crooks. They won't take appointments over the phone. They will simply make you wait forever on the phone and never return your call. Worst clinic I've ever been to. It's disgustingly dirty, the secretaries are obnoxius and rude and the dr I had both times I went was even worst, Dr. Mooalem. Never had a Dr. diagnose my child and tell me to google how to treat his rash instead of actually doing her job and tell me how to treat it. I guess even the drs. who get their degrees with straight D's have to work somewhere and evidently end up at this pathetic excuse of a clinic. Make the trip to a further children's clinic if you live in the west island.

Wouldn't be so bad if they kept to their appointment times. Whats the point of having a 10:20 am appointment, arriving 10 minutes early, and then waiting forever to be seen by the doctor?!?! I could understand a 10-15 minute delay, but when you have an appointment for 10:20 and 11:40 comes around and you're still waiting for the doctor, that's just complete and utter disrespect towards your patients. We all have lives and things to do, making an appointment, only to have the doctor show up over an hour later, is completely ridiculous.

Terrible doctor's office. Been here many years and finally changing doctors! 1. It's absolutely hell to contact them. Their phone message is an eternity long, they never answer their phones, there's no option in their menu to actually talk to someone real, and despite saying that they will call back if you leave a message, that's utter horseshit. 2. Even if you do get past the lifetime spent on the phone and on hold, you will wait another half lifetime in the waiting room, even if you're on time for your appointment. 3. Not sure about any other Doctor, but mine basically only prescribed me antibiotics for everything, rushed through appointments and didn't listen to my full concerns. I don't feel like I ever got good medical attention from her. 4. When trying to contact them in another way than by phone, I sent them an email. They responded with the most unprofessional-looking email with such broken English that I doubted that the person who wrote it even has a job as a secretary here. This bad review wasn't triggered by one bad event. It was a result of the final breaking point of my patience in regards to this office.

we went to the walk-in clinic, presenting before 8:30. We were given the option to wait or have an appointment later that day. We were told it would be faster to wait, and so we did. The nurse who did the intake and the physician both listened to me and took the time to ask questions. They ordered tests. I received a phone call a few days later to tell me that all was well. Again a few days later I received a second phone call providing additional information about the test results and reassuring me again. I was also told that I didn't need a follow-up, but that I could book one if I wanted to. I was deeply impressed and very satisfied by the service. Thank you Tiny Tots!

I can't explain why they didn't pay her but I find it ridiculous that rather than trying to fix the situation with me, she simply cancelled my appointment with no explanation the night before. Tiny Tots children medical clinic, a good idea, it’s just run with dishonesty. Unlike our current medical clinic which has no availability every time we call them, we found Tiny Tots that seems to have avaibility. We found this great and decided to call them to book a 1st appointment. We are then told we must drop our current family doctor before even being able to meet the future potential doctor for our child. I get it, we in Quebec miss family doctors. However, this is no reason to force people to take a family doctor they never previously met. Why could we choose a car, an apartment, an accountant but not to take or not a doctor? Would you give your child in the care of a doctor you never previously met? We don’t want to have 2 family doctors, but before choosing between an okay current family doctor in a medical clinic that have no availability when we need it, we don’t want to be forced to sign a blind check and just take a worst potential family doctor... we required a single first appointment, declined, in the most dishonest way. Shame.

Great experience with Tiny Tots DDO, staff is friendly and our pediatrician Dr Fatimah Khazandar is great. She was able to squeeze us in for emergency appt at clinic and on phone for our newborn of 2months. She really comforts the first time parents with all their questions and concerns. I also appreciate the first part of the appointment where the nurse takes the information and questions, following the visit and physical checkup by the actual doctor. Normally our wait time isn't more than 15-20mins which is normal considering many parents have questions and concerns which can cause delays. Once again shout out to the doctors and staff.

Unlike the current medical clinic where we go, which has no availability every time we call them. That’s great, let’s book an appointment. We want to take an appointment to meet the doctor before switching from one to another family doctor. Tiny Totss requires that we first drop the current family doctor before being able to meet a new potential one. I get it, Quebec misses family doctors. However why being able to see a new apartment before switching residence, meet a new accountant before switching from one to another, but not meeting a new doctor before doing something more important that changing that important? How can one person put his child’s into the hands of a doctor with which there have not been even a first introductionary meeting? Not having enough doctors in Quebec in not an excuse to force people to choose a doctor that they never previously met. It simply makes no sense. That means we are stuck with a medical clinic that have no avaibility when we need it or with the choice to blindly choose a doctor we never get to meet first? What if we don’t feel comfortable with that doctor? Just because we miss doctors in Quebec we should give our children to somebody we never met before? I wish we could have at least had the possibility to come for an appointment first and meet the potential family doctor before we get to say yes or no thank you. Rendu au CLSC l'infirmière ne pouvais pas le croire, car pour tous les tests elle aurait eu besoin de prélever 60 ml du sang. Elle, étonnée, m'a bien expliqué que elle'avait le droit d'enlever pour un enfant de cette age et de ce poids là un maximum de 30 ml
