My teeth is cracked and I was referred to a specialist to extract the teeth. Their staff is little bit arrogant and ask me to wait for two weeks, though I mentioned I feel uncomfortable. I tried to call Mei Clinic just to see if any luck. They immediately made an appointment two days later. The procedure is quite quick and less pain than I expected. Dr. Mei also comes to explain my case and gives me very professional suggestion. BTW, their price is not cheap but more reasonable than the specialist which I mentioned before. I think I would be happy to visit Mei Clinic again if I need further implant.

My mother recently had two teeth implants done by Dr. Yuxin Mei and his team. My mother's teeth was in bad shape and required additional preparatory work in order to have the teeth implant procedure. She was worried at first, but Dr. Mei was very professional and attentive through out the entire process, which gave her the comfort that she was in good hands. Needless to say, my mother was very happy with the result and wanted to show her appreciation by writing this review. This review is not about his dental talent, but rather about his office and lack of professional staff. I ended up with Dr. Mei because my previous dentist sold him the practice. Dr. Mei is a good dentist for the times that I saw him and he also treated my son and husband. HOWEVER, his staff is the worse. From the beginning they never called us back within the prescribed recall dates - we would have missed all of our regular cleanings and checkups if it was left to them to call. I mentioned this to the secretary, and the dentist, and was told it was a transition and it would not happen again. Well, not only did it happen again, but it got worse. It took me over a week to get a hold of someone, and finally when the secretary called me back, she had no idea who I was or why I was calling. The absolute worse and most disorganized office I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. There are plenty of talented dentists, so even though it would be practical for us to stay there, I am moving the entire family because I just can't deal with his disorganized staff. Part of being a good professional is knowing how to hire the right people. Pursuant to the reply from Dr MEI, I have updated my review. His response well explains the problems they suffered during this transition. I feel bad leaving his office, but he’s a good professional and was very courteous with his response. Hopefully things will run smoothly and he will continue to succeed with his patients.
