Dr. Hasegawa is a wonderful doctor, and thorough in her profession. Her examination of patients is not mechanical, but very thoughtful and adorned with human touch. Every visit is very satisfying and comforting. During my last visit in March, 2021, which due to covid-19 was after one-year gap, she asked me about the vision and other tests. I told her that no appointment was forthcoming due to covid-19. She immediately called the Test Centre, and took me personally to the Centre, and asked them to do vision and Glaucoma test and send her the result to her immediately. She asked me to wait. After less than twenty minutes, the result was conveyed to the doctor, who then informed me that all is well. Hats off to you Doctor.
