horrible phone service for a doctors office you guys should be able to take calls whenever, ive been trying all day and havent gotten anything,

Phone system is a joke, you need to pretend to need to book an appointment to actually speak to anyone..expect to wait at least a couple months for an appointment

Terrible. Terrible phone service, can’t imagine how bad it is in person. Don’t bother waiting 0.5 seconds after the phone menu explains the options, or it’ll auto hang-up. Then, you’ll call again and every minute for the next 10 minutes and it won’t even pick up, saying “user busy”. Then, you’ll call between 12h and 13h but the phone line is closed, and of course you can’t leave a message and. Finally when you do manage to speak to someone, they’ll say “one minute please” and put you on an indefinite hold.
