I've been a member at Access Med with all my family, my adult children, grandkids, for many years now. I recommend the clinic to everyone. It was one of the best medical decisions I ever made. I am never stressed about getting medical care the way I was years ago before I joined. At Access Med I get extra medical tests that have really impressed me, I feel that if anything should come up it will be taken care of quickly and properly. All the doctors there are wonderful and really take the time and care. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Access Med.

I had a laser treatment treatment for a dark spot on my cheek. The technician (Pauline - I believe) suggested some of their skin care products (skinceuticals), which I purchased ($$). After using the products for a couple of weeks my skin began to breakout (something that never happens). I was told that they would have to speak to the skincare rep. to determine how to take the product back?? They sent me home and told me they would contact me... have not heard a thing from them. Very disappointed by the service.

will love Dr. Dancose for life the best doctor but the staff is not in sync they lack necessary patient/ customer care don’t keep information on file don’t follow up with doctor’s notes and exams you’ll almost miss public care (ironically)

At Access med, my wife's doctor took enough time to listen to her and explain her medical condition. It's nothing compared to the public healthcare which is totaly incompetent ; here its money well spent!

2018; again amazing visit with Dr Gilbert, received a diagnosis in no time . Had been waiting years in Ontario with my family doctor and nothing has been moving and my health was getting worse. Dr Gilbert listens to you and actually cared about what you have to say. He also responds to e-mails which is great help being over an hour away. Thank you access med and dr Gilbert, this last visit had changed my life. By far the best medical help I've received. For a private clinic the fees are very reasonable and Dr. Gilbert is very attentive and understanding Was able to get an appointment in a few weeks and they even called afterwards to make sure everything was going well

Being a member of AccessMed is so special. Everyone from the receptionists to the nurses to the doctors shows great compassion and concern for you and your health, and to get you on the right path again. Doctors take the time to follow up with you and make sure you're doing good. Dr. Piechota is amazing and I really can't recommend him enough!

Excellent service nurses call back asap.dr P the greatest so is dr avitol.the whole staff is wonderful a and mike puts his all into the clinic.been there for years akways supported thru my cancer and other situations.prompt on their testing.only thing would like to see is a gynocologist so hard to find a good one on.the west island. Dr. Dancose has been my GP for over 10 years and has always taken really good care of my needs especially last year during a rough period. Access Med team is a very well administered clinic and will never give up on you. I'm very grateful as I would not be the same person without them.

Amazing clinic. I had a family doctor with the public health system. Unfortunately, I was wrongly diagnosed everytime I went to her. I decided to turn to Accessmed. They had me seen for all the issues. The staff is amazing. The nurses follow up. The call backs are very fast. And my doctor, Dr Pappas sees me frequently everytime something comes up. I was referred to specialist who were covered under Medicare and they were also amazing. Money well spent.
