*First off, to anyone reading this review and wanting to know what form of treatment you would receive from this place, you'd honestly get better help from a Podiatrists and you should sincerely look for a replacement psychiatrist IMMEDIATELY* I'm using a semi-anonymous account to write this review due to the fact that I honestly don't know if I'd get worse treatment/care from this place if I were to be identified, even though that seems highly impossible due to the fact it's already deplorable and my recent visits are getting shorter and shorter with Dr. Singh. I'll give you a step by step of what to expect from this "clinic". The receptionists lack basic social skills, not to mention they will forget who you are within seconds and ask not for your NAME, but your date of birth instead. It's made clear right from the start that we're all numbers to them. To make a follow up appointment when I just finished a session with a doctor (haven't even left the establishment yet), the receptionist asked for my date of birth *3* times and kept looking over her shoulder to her phone that was on the desk at the time. Lobby/wait times: It'll take you 45 minutes regardless of whether or not you've booked an appointment. The only time you'll be seen on time is when someone has canceled/no showed. Not to mention you'll be waiting 6 weeks or more to see them again. I had an appointment in late July, I'm booked in for the beginning of *November*. A jewel for a first impression was on my first visit, a doctor was heard and seen providing medication/dose advise to one of her patients while in the lobby. The "Consult": First off, Dr. Singh is by far the worst doctor I have EVER come in contact with. Even though I have waited upwards of 40 minutes to see her, she will somehow manage to have me leave her office inside of 7 minutes. Secondly, out of the 6 sessions I've had with her, she's made eye contact with me 3 times when speaking with me while the entire time she types notes on her laptop. I have better conversation with her walls and posters than speaking with her. Thirdly, Dr. Singh has ZERO empathy in her voice, she cuts right to the chase every time and asks "Any side effects?" and all questions revolve on your reaction to the medication, no human interaction, it's all extremely formed into a transaction orientated interaction. She's managed to quadruple my dose inside of a month and a half which leaves me vibrating from head to toe non-stop. I'm currently off of work, riddled with anxiety and depression and I can't manage a sleep schedule to save my life which has ultimately lead me to become a recluse with very limited ability to socialize, even my family but do you know what she suggested? "Go work in a soup kitchen" ...Excuse me? Have you not heard a word I've said? I've mentioned suicide 3 times during my visit which I'm left with an empty response of "Have those thoughts increased or decreased with the medication?" TL;DR: Stay as far away from this place as possible, there is ZERO help for you here. Get your regular G.P to refer you to someone more qualified and who actually takes their profession seriously and cares for the well-being of their patients.

I have nothing bad to say about the psychiatrist. My complaints are with reception. Everything negative others have said rings true to me. Rude, belligerent, condescending, don't answer the phone, not actually present for 5 to 10 minutes. Most concerning is they failed to file important paperwork I filled out weeks ago that makes my prescription affordable. So now I've gone a couple weeks without medication.

Started going to this clinic as I couldn't find a local GP. Dr. Kumar has no bedside manner at all, and in fact seems to lack basic social skills. Snarls at you if things don't go exactly how she wants them to go, doesn't listen, doesn't seem to care much, says she's "just being honest" when she's really just rude. Thrilled to have found a new GP and never going back there.

Don’t go To this Clinic. Period!! Worst service ever. Don’t waste your time on Dr Ravinder Sandhu as he doesn’t know how to talk to patients. Front staff is the worst. There are so many good doctors out there and doctor’s like this can make your good day gone bad!

Wife took kids there and had an appt for 130 showed up at 130 to a line up at the receptionist desk with no receptionists to be seen. The phone was ringing off the hook. The place was dirty. 10 minutes later the receptionist came and took her info then told her to sit back down and wait 2 more minutes, was nearly 2:30 before they were seen. When they went in the doctor they saw was a female dr Kumar. She was so rude to our 3 year old daughter who was trying to tell her what’s wrong with her mouth and the doctor so rudely snapped “one at a time!” Then got mad at her when she was uncomfortable as she shoved a popsicle stick down her throat. And when she was inspecting our 4 month old sons mouth. Our daughter was talking saying “he’s a baby he doesn’t understand what your doing “ and she literally turned to her and snapped “leave me alone”

Horrible video call health service, they would not maintain my prescription nor would they prescribe me a medication I needed. If you require actual medical help do not use them for video health, use EQ Virtual: Health Care. EQ Virtual will prescribe new medication and actually act as a doctor. Viva Care should not offer Tele Health Care if they can't act as a doctor! I will be reporting them to health canada as they should not be paid for any tele health services!

I went to this clinic to see Dr. HARPREET BRAR....I tell u all she is such a gem of a person n a great doctor I have ever met n canada,,,she z super,,excellent n very knowledgeable...I can't praise her enough as I m short of words,,,,,she z not related to me n any way but she always treats me more than I expect everytime.....as far as reviews about this clinic i read is so far not true for me as I got good experience from the receptionist as well.....5 stars for my DR. BRAR

The receptionist was helpful and I was pleased to know that the wait time was short. However, Dr. Saroj Kumar was unfriendly and did not carry out any functional tests on my injured arm. I'd be treating my BROKEN ulna with ice and Advil if I didn't get a second opinion right away across the street where I was sent for an x-ray. Would not return back to this clinic ever again.

This doctor is probably the worst doctor I've ever came to. She didn't really help me with my situation she kept writing notes on her computer didn't even give me eye contact while speaking to me. She said that the appointment will be for 30 minutes and She only kept me in for 10 minutes and by the way I'm talking about the physciatrist. She recommended me some anxiety and depression medication called alprazolam and its giving me some messed up side effects. I have diarrhea and I feel very dizzy and I can't stop moving my body. If you ever want to see a physciatrist. Never go to this crappy place because she doesn't even acknowledge what you're saying she'll just tell you to take medication.

THE WORST clinic I or my spouse has ever been to! The reception staff are highly incompetent! They don’t communicate properly and are constantly giving inaccurate information about appointment times and messing with patients mental health whether or not that is their intention. It would be fine if this only happened once or maybe even twice but this is almost a constant thing! The front staff need better communication skills especially when dealing with sensitive matters. This is NOT McDonalds, you are working in a medical establishment and should treat it as such!

Personally I wouldn't even want to give one star but in order to write this review I had to. I found Dr. Kumar to be very unfriendly and rude ,has no manners or sympathy towards her patients. Does not listen to the patients problems and I DO NOT recommend going to Viva Care!!!

I have a small wart on my foot I called for appointment they told me she will charge me $20 for each appointment to freeze...Before i asked for a Dr.note for my work she charged me $100..at my work place there are more than 200 people nobody pay more than $40..Dr.kumar shouldn't charge money like this..if we find a new job we have to give her money first..she was my doctor from last 2 or 3 years ..when I asked for note she said she can't give me because my health check up was not done..she said when new pt. Come we always do health check up. She never did my check up..when new pt. Will come they will say please do our checkup.

Awful the female doctor made me feel super uncomfortable, judged and told me things I've already been doing i also remember seeig her once before and legit leaving in tears because of her attitude seeing her was a complete waste of my time. I was also told she misdiagnosed my girlfriends kids . I do not recommend this doctor at all.

If I could give a lower review, I would have. The cost of my forms to return to work were more than double the cost to get it done across the street. No help from the staff even though this was the doctor I had seen the week before for the exact issue.

Saw Dr Saroj and she was very rude..i have been patient here for 6 yrs now and it it so bad now!! Dr. sandhu is still too good and so nice but when navi was office manager it was tidy and clean and she always fit patients in when it was urgent...she helped my dad alot dr sandhu too GO BACK TO OLD STAFF VIVACARE

DR. Kumar has no bed side manners AT ALL. She misdiagnosed me on more than one occasion and i REFUSE to go back to her for any medical concerns EVER again. Dr Kumar i felt was insensitive towards my medical concerns and needs to learn to show some sympathy for her customer's. Also, a smile wouldn't hurt either!!!!

Website, Google and sign on the door says open until 6pm. Got there just before 5 and it's closed with not a single sole in sight. Judging by the reviews it's a blessing in disguise I wasn't seen by a doctor.

If I could give her 0 stars I would! I had an appointment and still had to wait an hour to see her. She told me nothing was wrong with me even though I am 35 years old and I know my own body and I know something is wrong. It was a beautiful day outside today and if I wasn't in real pain I wouldn't be wasting it at a doctors office.

I have been seeing Dr. Kumar for almost 10 years. I cannot believe the remarks I’m seeing. She is friendly and helpful. I have never had an unpleasant experience seeing Dr Kumar. She tells you like it is and if you don’t like hearing what’s she’s telling you, you have the wrong doctor. Harv and staff at the pharmacy are A1.

Trying since last 3 hrs and phones are not working. Everytime it says Line Busy and disconnects. So google store hours days Mon and Tues closed where as actually its not. Viva care team pls get your phones fixed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Dr.Kumar is by far the worst doctor I have ever seen, is she even a real doctor? I can't wrap my head around how she would even achieve a degree since she lacks basic knowledge, empathy, and kindness amongst others. Firstly, my appointment was at 2:30, I was there 2:25 and saw the doctor at 3:15. Dr. Kumar yelled at me for doing something wrong (which I wouldn't know because Im not a doctor), didnt prescribe me anything and basically told me to wait it out. Thats like telling someone with a broken leg to "wait it out it'll get better eventually". I am amazed at her stupidity and incompetence considering she's a doctor. She just sat there and stared at her computer the whole time and told me to leave within 2 minutes of trying to explain my problem. I will never come back here and advise everyone else to not come here either. You're better off trying a different walk in clinic

Dr. Kumar is very unfriendly and not at all helpful. I took my son in, who has been in pain for a week. He didnt quite understand some of her questions and, instead of ellaborating or explaining, she kept repeating the same thing that he didnt understand. When I spoke, she turned her back to me as if I wasnt in tbe room. 17 yr old boys are shy about doctors and she didnt help matters. He left in more pain than he'd gone in with and told to take Advil which he'd been doing for a week. Not even a temperature check even though I'd mentioned he seemed to be having fevers as well. Viva, I see all of these same reviews about the same doctor. We all cant be wrong

Dr kumar should not even doctor. I was suffering through severe flu , weakness, blood in cough and pains but she said take tylenol. I asked if we could do blood test aa its been more than two years i hvnt been tested plus i am feeling really sick and stressed. But she said no. She was so rude. She didnt even try to listen to my concerns but she wanted me to go. She should not be a doctor as she is playing wirh public health

Horrible service, incompetent staff. Behaves like they know it all yet conduct simple task. Staff like these create bad rep for the doctors. Often blames issues to fax machines. They have no sense of customer service and gets their back up driving the patient to lose patience. Company should invest in training staff.

My whole family sees Dr. Ravinder Sandhu. He is kind, patient, funny and does a great job. Harvey and the team in the pharmacy are so fast and knowledgeable Wait times are long the afternoon, I go first thing in the morning or an hour before closing and it's smooth sailing! I miss Navi lol but so many nice people here who really want to help. They offer different services now like physiotherapy and chiropractor check it out
