Not even worth a single star however we need to chose in order to write review. Staff is very rude and give you strange looks if you stand up and ask question. They don’t value other people’s time . Waiting for 3 hours for an appointment, this is insane . If they can’t see patients in timely manners , why do they even take patients. Worst place . I wonder if doctors realize how rude their staff is to sick people . Or do the doctors even care?

Worst front end people staffed. They all look unhappy and ready to fight with you all the time. They do not know anything and never answer properly to any of the questions and even hang up if you ask second or third question. I hope Dr Sidhu realizes change his staff soon ..

The front staff never books an appointment, every time I called them told me wait for a week to see a doctor . Even after explaining I have high fever and sick , she refused to take me in . Would recommend never going there .I'm glad I'm changing my family doctor . Wouldn't even give them 1 star but had no choice .

Worse staff I have ever seen. They are so rude and horrible ; as a patient you will feel more sick after calling to this clinic location. Doctor really need to organize his appointment schedule time and on the top of that please hire some polite staff to deal with patients.

These staff members need to be replaced ASAP. Uneducated and poorly trained in dealing with the public and the ill. Ladies please look into your career choice and choose a different one. You are putting your patients at risk as well as Dr. Sidhu's practicing licence with your laziness!

yes. staff is really rude and stupid, they can't understand situations of patients. specially Dr. kanwainder's staff is lack of brain. even doctor leave a note to them to see my three month old son without appointment in emergency but they didn't follow up and I have too went emergency.

The staff are extremely unprofessional. It takes me at least 4 tries for someone to pick up. And when they do pick up, the condescending attitude in their voices always ruins my day. I have also noticed it is often the two south asian ladies (one is younger), who do this. I understand that you may be busy, but if I come in to grab some papers rather than interrogating me as if in a hostile manner a calm conversation would suffice. There have been many times, where I have been mid sentence and the lady will say "okay, yes ill get it down", and will hang up one me ... even though I am not done explaining the situation. This has lead to my prescription not being sent to the pharmacy and me being stuck between phone call limbo. Where the office will say we did it, and the pharmacy will say we didn't receive it. And 3/3 times it has been the office staff who have 'misplaced' or 'forgotten'. I have no complaints with the doctors and how they conduct themselves, because they have both been a tremendous help overall. It is the admin staff that really ruin the experience. I could say much more but there isn't enough space provided.

I had been trying to review about Mr. Kanwarinder Sidhu for last few years but for some reasons every time I tried to leave a review but phone will not let me sign into my google account. Today I finally figured out the problem in my phone so I can leave a review that my family doctor really deserves. My family has been his patients for last 5 years now . Dr. Kanwar is by far the best doctor I have ever met in my life . His level of professionalism, sincerity, attention to detail , kindness and effortless services towards us is really commendable. My kids (who are very shy otherwise) are always excited to meet him. He is the favourite of my kids and my parents as well. He greets them so well, he will always provide us with free samples whenever he can . He has never disappointed us in the last five years. . I had two kids since I became his patient and he has always given us an outstanding support, guidance and help throughout my both pregnancies. He will always greet us with a smile and listens to us so carefully. Even during the covid times last year , he was always there for us right away , be it on Skype or in person. His staff has always helped me in every way they could. I can understand they are always busy with their work , but they will always do the follow ups in timely manner. I would recommend Mr kanwar to everyone. All his patients are truly blessed to have a family doctor like him .

I have been seeing Dr. Kanwar since 2011 and I never ever felt not been taken care of by the doctor. Dr. Kanwar is knowledgable and very good doctor. And the best thing is that he is really very helpful. He listens to your concern and will advise you the best. The staff was not great when I first started seeing the doctor but have improved a lot over the years.

Doctors are great, but it seems like the receptionists find joy in sucking the life out of this place and constantly being disorganized, rude, and just terrible human beings. The way I've seen them speak to seniors and people in general is sometimes downright disgusting.
