No Complaints for Doctor, But Appointments are poorly managed by the front desk, My Mom's appointment was 4.45 Pm and now it's 5.50 still waiting for our turn. Front desk is giving 3 appointments on same time for 3 patients with a same Doctor.

Had such a warm experience, the staff was very friendly and caring. The doctor gave me encouragement to fight back my illness. I definitely recommend giving out a try at this clinic!

The absolute rudest most unprofessional receptionist I have ever had the unfortunate time dealing with. Plain and simple. The hostility is not worth it when there are plenty of other clinics that have much more friendly, approachable and professional receptionists. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. Dr. Singh himself is very nice, Just to get hold of him I had to deal with very unprofessional lady with 0 customer service. Be aware because she will not respect even if you are sick and will force you to tell HER what is reason to talk to Dr. Like come on girl he is my GP I am suppose to tell him not YOU.

Had a terrible time at this clinic due to doctor Rai. I waited for maybe 20 min in the waiting room until I got into an examination room. Not bad! But then I waited in the examination room for almost an hour. The receptionist apologized and said I wouldn’t wait much longer. I didn’t mind because I’m used to waiting a long time in walk in clinics BUT I heard her speaking with doctor Rai outside who refused to see me until I had waited longer because it was my first time. When Rai finally came in to see me she was rude and condescending. She lectured me that it was a high traffic time and she did not want to fill out any extra forms and waste time on me even though I specifically called in advance to see if they could see me. BUT she was happy to write me a prescription for painkillers that I DID NOT NEED and I refused to take it. She explained she would only spend more time with me if I came regularly and it would cost more money. All I needed was for her to assess if I could go back to work. I am beyond upset with the treatment I received. I have never been treated so poorly by a medical professional in my life.

Very rude and unprofessional service provided by front desk ... Dr Singh is my GP he is very good in job..but the worst part of this clinic are the receptionists..they don't know how to speak with patients...Clinic Manager should really do something about it after getting so many negative reviews for the same thing..1star is only for Dr Singh otherwise I would like to give 0star for rating...

I dont know why they don't pick the calls after such a long wait , if anybody just need one minute conversation with doctor they have hours of waiting time. Such aa terrible staff at front.

The receptionists at this clinic are the worst. They are rude, dismissive, and condescending. They have no respect for the patients. These aunties need education on client interactions. Wish I could give them a rating of zero. Dr. Singh is great though and I wish he could replace the front reception.

Dr Rai is a total jerk. Very unprofessional staff as well. Though staff helped me printing out Dr note form and after 2 hour wait time. He denied to see me as he was not in mood to complete the note. He simply denied and was so rude stating NO. I did tell him that was weird and then he started defending himself that he has right. Seriously just to not see a patient. He is horrible as he was after number game and wanted to see as many patient in less time without doing any time consuming work. I was simply disappointed and disgusted and I am in the process of filing a official complaint against him

Kamal, the lady at the registration counter is very rude and unprofessional and doesn't honor appointment times and made us wait 1 hour over the scheduled appointment.

Find yourself a new doctor or diagnosis yourself online.... Receptionist are horrible and still there after years of complaints proves they could care less... And Dr Rai is okay with he is in a good mood or he will tell you to go somewhere else

I visited them today on my appointment...thed said my msp is not active in their system an I should contact bc services .I came home and confirmed with msp serivices and everything was working fine ..I called the doc office again to ask for the explanation but they dont have answer to it .they r not even sorry to waste my time and now I have to book another appointment ...very irresponsible.

Like most of the reviews on this medical centre this place by far has the worst receptionists I have dealt with. Booked an appointment with Dr Singh and I was told by the receptionist my appointment is booked with Dr Rai. I told the receptionist I booked the appointment with Dr Singh and she says “aaaa okay so you want to see Dr Rai”. I don’t think there is much more for me to say but I hope one day the Doctors do something about the receptionist they hire.

This place is terrible. Manager hired staff from her family. One lady baljinder working at the front so rude and unrespectful with the patients and staff as well. She treats people very rudely because she is the family member of the manager. Poor manners and very illiterate behaviour. She has a unacceptable attitude. The other lady harjit is unprofessional and doing gossiping andflattering around.

No Complaints with doctors.I appreciate Dr. Singh for understanding the situation of Patients. BUT front reception staff don't know the value of time, If receptionist gave time to attend an appointment, that doesn't mean to wait for an hour or more ,then get attended. Appointment means appointment. Receptionists are so rude and queen's of unprofessionalism, they first need to learn Ethics . Mr. Singh is very nice doctor but the one of his receptionist H is very rude, unprofessional n illiterate kind of lady who don’t know how to deal with the patients. She don’t even know how to schedule appointments n giving wrong appointments to patients n ruining their precious time unnecessarily. Very rude receptionist they just wasted my time. I had an appointment with doctor singh and so i took a day off from my work and when I reached the clinic they said doctor singh don't check patients on Wednesday so why they gave me that appointment and the receptionist at the front talked with me very rudely very bad experience . But doctor singh is really nice .

I even don't want to give a single star for this kind of rude and baseless service already booked the appointment still have to wait for two hours. Bull s...! Never go to this clinic if you don't want to waist your priceless time . They don't even regret for what they are doing. Even in front of me a couple with small children wait for one hour nd then go bcoz it's hard to wait for them with children like that . I think they were also thinking what I am thinking now. A clear suggestion never go to this surrey clinic they don't care about you. Going to other clinic right now.

The receptionist are horrible, they have no manners no education it's like they are working in India and don't understand how to treat people or understand there medical issues. I know there is always more than an hour wait time so I called to ask how many patients ahead of me coz I had to pick my son up from school, she told me 8 people still ahead of me and I had called 15 mins before my appointment, I told her ok obviously it's gonna take time I'll in 45 mins to check she said ok, I called back to see and she screamed at me and said you can't call to ask and my appointment was an hour ago , I told her I called u and u had 8 people ahead of me on my appointment time . So basically the want u to sit in the office and warm there seats, coz our time is not valuable. Also whn I walked in the office I was told I'm rude and they will not book me next time coz it's up to them, and the 3 receptionist giggled about the situation and did this in fro t of a room full of patients. They have no professionalism,just there rude unmannered behavior from india . It suprising they run the show and dr. Singh is the one who is going to lose his patients.

Not a long wait which was great but the doctor is extremely rude and dismissive. Wouldn’t even let me finish talking or explaining my issue before dismissing me. Also, he wouldn’t make eye contact. Save your time and find another clinic.

This review is regarding my consultation with Dr. amritpal jawanda. Traumatizing!! Jawanda was busy with arguing with me, so much that he ignored my health problems. It appears that he was so busy with fantasizing about himself being intelligent that he forgot everything else, such as my health problems.

Absolute trash can of a place. All the doctors are awesome and very respectful. JAGTAR RAI has been my family doctor for over 25 years when my parents came to Canada from India and he’s been nothing but awesome! But my god the staff and the reception ladies are so rude and disrespectful and they always been that way. Super, super long wait times as well. Avoid if your looking for a new clinic.

Worst place to go for your health problems. I regret not checking Google reviews before visiting this clinic. Anyway I don't expect any good customer service in Surrey but this time it was doctor. My 1st visit was to see Dr Amritpal Jawanda. It was an horrible experience. He abruptly left the room in 7 to 8 minutes saying do this test and then we will see. I felt they are just trying to increase patient's number of visits.
