The therapy they provide is really a no-brainer. Any family doctor with any sense could do it, but the problem is, they don't. For some reason these are more or less the only guys who inject lidocain directly into trigger points. And without unreasonable wait lists or pushing money grabbing extras like some pain clinics. Try them, you'll see. And of course, it works too, very well. In some cases, I'm sure it borders on miracles. And Dr.Yuan is a sweetheart

As I’m just pulling up to my appointment, the clinic calls me and tells me my appointment is canceled. 5 minutes before my appointment, after having used up so many spoons / daily energy to get there (not to mention gas and time off work). And if they did their jobs properly, they could have called me when the clinic opened up, but no, they had to wait until I drove 30min to get there. “Can you wait an extra 30-45min?” Clearly you don’t understand at all that your patients are in pain. That they don’t have loads of energy and time to waste traveling back and forth because the clinic can’t do their job and book people in properly. You know, if you cancel on us patients within that 24h period, we should get $75. At least it would have helped with gas. And the worst part, is that all of this could have been avoided whey they called to confirm my appointment the day before. Again, incompetency seems to be the main feature of this place. The staff at this clinic should be embarrassed about their behaviour and clearly need training on how to problem solve when these situations arise.
