I have been coming to this branch for few months just because my family doctor is here she is caring and friendly and me and my family been with her for almost a year or so since we moved to surrey. But when she moved to Mercy Clinic the one at Walmart delta everything has been a bad bad experience . There is one staff up front who is a bit rude and always has a smirk on face even if she is wrong never apologetic for their own mistake created If you speak to anyone over the phone to make an appointment record the conversation as when you actually show up for the appointment you been told what appointment ? There is no appt with your name on .. are u for real? How pissing it is when you take time off work and make ur way all the way here to find you have no appointment!!!! This is not one time but this has happened numerous time instead of them being apologetic they smile ha and pretend it's nothing and talk rudely instead. Very bad customer patient service if you are front of the desk you should be lot more helpful than being a total ass! The doctors are good never had any problems with them and always got my answers and meds it is always the front desk and appointment either online or over the phone !! Either have trained staff answering phones and booking appointments and proper system , stop giving false information and make up your own stories to cover up your own god damn mistakes!!! Hands down I am changing my family doctor as I don't need to waste my time and energy on mercy clinic .. as per my fam doc she's off MAT leave hopefully when she's back she realizes and takes action or she will loose patients just because of the front desk staff!!

Terrible experience I was told I have 3 patients infront of me while I sat here and everyone’s name was called except mine I ended up just leaving because new walk in people had already got infront of me. Most unorganized place I’ve ever been to definitely would not recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would. I made an appointment the day before..for 5pm. For Dr Chen. I show up for my appointment and am told I was not booked..I showed them my phone history with their number in it and time and date of call. They than told me I'd have to wait 45 minutes as a walk in. Disgusting..they make the mistake and the patient pays for it?. Wrong.

Very quick service, under 30 min wait for a walk in and less than 10 if I book an appointment online. Doctors are quick too the point and get you the help you need!

November 4, 2017 came at 9:30am, waited for almost two hours until I approached the receptionist again to ask how many more patients before us only to find out she put us for 12:50pm. She didn’t even bother telling us and letting us know we have to wait for almost four hours. How ignorant and stupid.

Do NOT go see Dr. Sumeet Dhillon. She was incredibly rude and couldn’t be quicker to get me out of the door. I had some delicate questions to ask her about fertility and she wouldn’t even guide me in any direction to follow or tell me who I can possibly talk to next. I ended up getting the simple info I need and next step to follow from the sweet pharmacist outside. Dr. Dhillon clearly does not care about the people who walk in the door. Avoid an appt with her.

The front desk and Dr. Chen were both absolutely fantastic. They were so pleasant and helpful. I think this will be my go-to clinic from now on.

Went there a month ago not accepting patiences in middle of afternoon anymore and no one was waiting in there with hours left on posted open times. Was in extreme pain. Then called 8:46 am today to book a walk in. Stated no other walks already accepted today and doctor leaving early at 1. Even if down a doctor, where is a replacement? Why do they not stick to hours? And why at a walk in clinic after not even an hour into day they stop accepting patients? This seems to be a pattern not addressed or fixed.

My actual Dr., works out of this office. The receptionist is absolutely terrible. I have called about 20 times this morning and could not get through. I left 2 messages to call back as I needed to see my Dr asap. I finally got through a half hour ago and of course my Dr is no longer seeing patients today. I asked to see any Dr, not just Dr. JEYASINGH, she answers, oh I don't know, you call me after 1pm. This is not the first time this has happened, it happens every single time I try and make an appt to see my Dr. I always end up having to go to the medical clinic across the street Kwantlen medical and they are not even my own drs. The receptionist at mercy medical has even forgotten to call me after tests to come see my Dr and there were actual issues with my tests. I really like my dr, but the receptionist makes it impossible to see her. DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR RECEPTIONIST PLEASE. THIS IS OUT OF HAND. Just look at all the complaints. Dr. Jeyasingh is my dr and I adore her. Unfortunately I can never get in to see her.

My 9month old baby had a high fever for a couple of days and I had a tele consult with Dr Kevin Johal for the same. He readily prescribed a 7 day course of antibiotic to her without even seeing her in-person. He refused to see her in-person even with a negative covid result. I'm glad that I followed my gut instinct and took her to BC Children hospital, it turned out a viral infection hence antibiotics would have done nothing more than causing additional problems. I would stay away from a clinic/doctor who is so quick to prescribe antibiotics to babies.

Horrible service. The staff is so unorganized and the doctor her name is Dr Dhillion is the worse doctor I have ever seen. She does not listen to anything your saying. Me and my wife had the same issue with this same doctor when she worked at a different Clinic. Sad how did she even come a doctor she's honestly the worse doctor I have ever had to speak to and needs to honestly retire or take a listening course.

I was put on hold for 10 minutes, came on time to my appt only to wait another 20 minutes, a walk in who came after me was put in before me. Dr. Sumeet Dhillion had no bed side manners, and used her cell phone during the 2 minutes out of the 3 min appt we had in the room. Spelling was incorrect on my blood req form. Overall bad experience, don't waste your time coming here.

Receptionists are terrible! It’s happened multiple times that I’ve been given an appointment and when I reach there, I’m told there’s no appointment. On a similar note, one of them specifically called to tell me that the doctor has signed my paperwork and to come and pick it up. Guess what? When I reach the clinic, I am told “no, it’s not ready for pickup.” The receptionist tells me that I am being put down for an appointment at 12.45 pm and I overhear her telling another patient that the doctor only begins her shift at 1.00pm! Do you think the doctor even shows up at 1pm? Nope. When you call to make an appointment, more than half the time the telephone is not answered. As for the doctors, the only saving grace is Dr. Jeyasingh. Others are either too hurried and will only address one issue (rudely ignoring other things you have to say) or appear clueless about what to do with you. No refills offered over the phone - I am on multiple meds, so it means repeated visits. Seems like cash grab, plain and simple. They all seriously need to work on their people skills (newsflash...it helps if you apologize for messed up appointments), and communication with each other (among doctors re: the same patient and among the receptionists re: what one of them said to a patient). I am only hanging on to them for Dr. Jeyasingh’s sake - she’s wonderful.

I booked a papamere. I arrive to my appointment on the appointment date. Then the female dr said to come back on a specific day after my period in January . I rebook appointment according to her informative information and completed the pap. I now receive a letter from cancer society Stating to do a pap. I have called the cancer agency all worried. The cancer agency said it was not collected correctly. Redo pap. Ok. I call dr office and I am trying to explain the letter. I am out on hold ten times. And then the receptionist says to come talk about the letter to start I said I don’t need to talk I need a pap done and collected correctly. The receptionist said oh we don’t have that letter. Lol. And they had my telephone number wrong

Been dealing with this doctor for over 10 years. Since moving to this new location. They have lost my file 2 times, gave me the wrong prescription. Had to drive to south surrey to get right prescription from my file. Now they cannot find my daughters file. Reception is always rude and has listened at the door.

Dr. Alford refused to see me in person and only booked my appointment over phone for throat infection. How he can diagnose throat without looking into it? Also for sinus he keep giving me medication for over a year which has no effect and so I got severe sinus over the time and he never referred me to specialist. I went to emergency and they referred me to specialist. What a dump doctor who can't properly diagnose and don't bother to refer to specialist.

Phone reception lady is always rude. I'm from another province. Day 1 she starts harping about not having a bc health number. Says the other province health card is only good for 1 month. I know for a fact they cover up to a year. I tell her that and she says nope only 3 months. What happened to 1 month only. She talks over you while trying to tell her why you call, then asks why you called and is frustrated cause you haven't already told her. She is a very unpleasant person. Need an appointment for a newborn follow up, they only do phone call appointments. How do they weigh a baby and check mom if on the phone. I don't get it.

This is worst clinic ever dr Alfred is defiant and by far the rudest doctor we have ever seen in our whole life. He also works at a mercy medical in white rock Avoid him. he is argumentative and so rude worst doctor EVER !!!!! I can’t express HORRIBLE enough!! Stay clear if you actually want to feel better after leaving a doctors office instead of worse he actually argues with clients. We go to the doctor because something is wrong as is. He will worsen your day for sure with his attitude !!!

Dr. Alfred Premnath is a fine doctor to see for walk-in clinic purposes. Had a bad flu and cold and he sent me home with an appropriate prescription and was very kind and professional. Don’t expect meticulous service or organization from the receptionists. You’ll have to make sure your own affairs are in order and be watchful. Don’t leave if they tell you the wait is long. Look around at the waiting room and assume all those people will be going first. I saw people leave, and I got in first because they weren’t there when their names were called. A huge plus is that every other walk in clinic in the near and far area had already closed by lunchtime, and this one still had spots open after lunch. It was a godsend on a tough day. Call and ask if there’s spots if you’re unsure.

The doctor made us leave the room to pay the fee while he takes another patient. We told the receptionist that we are in a hurry and have another appointment in an hour and now we have to wait for the doctor to finish with the other patient and became late for our appointment. Don’t come here, find another clinic

If I had seen these reviews I would have not been to this doctor at all. Save time, energy, money. Avoid stress. Stay away from this doctor Alfred. One star for the location not for the service. Went to him because the office in Delta is walking distance for me. In my first appoinment itself he put me on so many tests. I have no medical issues. But he says I am 41 and need to do. I refused to go because it is waste of time and public money. Now I am unable to get any insurance.

Dr. Alfred is not listening to patients problem instead of that he just started making his notes. And he is just rushing to cut the call that I booked for appointment. I went in for a walk in and the receptionist just told me to take a seat. It’s my first time there and she didn’t bother to take my information or register me. Only until I saw her registering another person and asked again did she decide to register me! Ive asked for approximate wait times and the receptionist said “I don’t know”. Overall, horrible service. I see her not pick up the phone and ignoring calls as well as not attending other people in line. There’s at least five rooms, but she only sends patients in one by one instead of filling all the rooms up. Not good.

As a business owner I understand how important customer/client service is, this place clearly does not. Made an appointment today only to wait another hour for the doctor. Dr Alfred was very rude and unwelcoming, told me that my sickness will last a couple weeks and to take some medicine from the shelves at Walmart. I’ve never heard of a simple cold lasting a couple weeks, and if my family doctor wasn’t closed on weekends I never would of came here. He did not prescribe me any anti-biotics or any medicine whatsoever even after I told him I’ve been taking those shelf medicines for over a week now. Thanks for nothing, whoever reading this please don’t waste your time here as it will ruin your day even more.

Wait 2 hours even if you are an early bird. I dont understand why medical system is so messed up here. You can't call it free service when you have to skip 4 hours of your work just for a 5 minutes docotrs appointment.

The receptionists are very nice and friendly, Dr. Alfred and Dr. Chan are both very professional,friendly and caring. My 5 months son has been suffering eczema, Dr. Alfred’s prescription and instructions really helped! Though the clinic is very busy and appointments are filled up very fast, I highly recommend this clinic.
