Would give this place 0 stars if possible, receptionists are both are rude, one didn’t even look up from her phone when asked a question. Wait times are given very incorrectly. Go elsewhere . Don’t waste your time . Doctor was nice though .

I have shoulder problems, the requision that supposed to be sent to West Coast for my ultrasound hasn't been found. I was given run around . Called back to doctor's office the receptionist saying they faxed it. Again I called to west coast , there they said never received it. When I tried to phone doctor's office again receptionist didn't answer the call , i tried from my another cell and then she answered. Very irresponsible people. I don't recommend anyone to go there.

The brown girl works as at the front desk is really rude and arrogant. She needs to speak little polite with the patients.

I ended walking into this doctor's office coz I had lost my medication at work and couldn't see my doctor for a couple of days later. I see the doctor and he ends up writing me the wrong medication even though I brought my old broken medicine bottle with the name of medication I take. After I leave the doctors office I went straight to a pharmacy and the pharmacy let's me know the wrong medication was written coz the medication I take are not the same one that the doctor wrote. The pharmacy calls the doctors office not once but 3 times in 2hrs in front of me. Everytime they call the pharmacy was told that the secretary is just about to send the fax. This went on for over 2hrs it finally stopped when they closed the doctor's office. Still no fax. This doctor's office doesn't care about people's time . I HOPE THIS DOCTOR'S OFFICE IS AWARE OF KARMA.....WHAT GOES AROUND COMES BACK TOO. Anyone that gets stuck going here for a prescription good luck hopefully you get the right one.

Good one. Doctr Satbir listen everything very carefully Nd explained everything every time.Nd give proper treatment.

Very rude receptionist. Need to educate them how to answer the calls in polite and professional manner. Never listens to the call properly, always impatient and in hurry. No proper confirmation, have to call them twice for same thing to confirm as they are perfect in hanging the call without ending it in professional manner.

I would give zero stars if I could. The young Dr. Toor is very dismissive and rude. He didn't want to listen to my concerns, nor did he want to look at the issue. He actually told me that he didn't think they had robes in the office. I would advise against going to Lark if he's the doctor on duty. Other family members have said the same thing, he's miserable and rude. The older doctor is much better.

Wait times usually around 2 hours even if you have an appointment for a specific time; you will still be waiting 2 hours beyond that time. Go here if you have a whole day to waste.
