Dr.Sheik was so disrespectful, aggressive, hostile, unethical and unprofessional towards us today. He was half an hour late for our appointment with us, which is no big deal. The problem was that him telling us that he can't finish a full examination because he wants to go home to his wife. My mother is not able to go to a doctor's appointment without me, (she is a single mother who works 40 hrs a week and goes to school in the evenings and who needs my assistance to do things, and i am a post secondary student who also works full time) and because of this she has been waiting for a year for me to get an appt for her. The least we have expected was for him to finish her examination, however long we might wait. After he told us to get another appointment for another day, he then proceeded to tell me that he prioritizes urgent matters first, and told us repeatedly to let him know how much we wait if we go to the Emergency Room anticipating a comparison to him. Just because someone’s needs aren’t necessarily urgent(which he didn’t know if they were urgent or not), it does not mean that they are not serious or important; and when we wait for half an hour to get into the room with you, at least finish the examination, because not everyone is privileged enough to request time off whenever we want and the reason why we didn’t go to the emergency room was so that we can get timely care, he is a family practitioner after all. Not everyone can just “get another appointment” for doctors appointments, and after all, it not our fault that HE was half an hour late for our appointment, and when he tells me that ''he's not just playing video games to pass time when he's late'' and ''be respectful'' and "he doesn't know how the healthcare system works in other countries(he said this because we aren't born Canadian, racist comment coming from him) but this is how it works in Canada" under his breath just because i dared to tell him politely that we need to let him know about a few things more for this appointment, i am forever disappointed with his manners. After all this has been said, us listening to his aggressive and disrespectful arguments; he proceeded to unwillingly ask me what other concerns i have for my mother. No worries, bud. Go home to your wife. I will find another doctor and report you.

I would give him zero stars if google reviews allowed me to. This doctor refuses to give you the time of day to listen to your concerns. If you mention your symptoms, he simply responds with "what can I give you?" and lists off a number of prescription drugs. He's basically a drug dealer who tries to shut you up with with whatever pharmaceutical company is paying his salary. He is extremely unexperienced. His secretary is rude a speaks to people who are clearly ill with zero respect. We have called inquiring about our medical results for tests previously done and he tried to discipline us by saying we should not have asked about our results. He does not take your health matters seriously and discourages his patients to be proactive about their well being. You expect a certain level of competence and professionalism, especially when choosing a family doctor. He is definitely not fit for such an important role in society. I DO NOT recommend him!

Dr Sheikh is a young doctor with a very clean cut appearance. His hair and facial hair is always trimmed and well kept. His light British accent suggests an overseas education. Whichever school he chose, gauging from the size of his vocabulary, confident and articulate speech patterns and posture, Dr Sheikh obviously took full advantage of the opportunity. I have noticed no signs of corruption or lack of empathy whatsoever. Dr Sheikh is as courteous, generous, well mannered, sympathetic, knowledgeable and efficient as I would expect from a well educated young overseas gentleman. The nurses and staff are friendly and efficient and the location is convenient. There are more than a few seats, or you can just shop while you wait. I prefer to shop. Happy hunting!

Dr Sheik really makes "going to the doctor" a breeze. Very easy to talk to, always very happy and bubbly which helps lift my spirits when i'm there just with her fun, happy aura. Always a pleasant experience with Dr Sheik. I'm really happy she has accepted me as her patient to finally have a great family doctor for both my Fiancé and I.

10 stars from an RN who has over 30 years experience in England and now based at acute medical clinic at a local hospital. I did not realise what an efficient, kind and polite GP Dr Sheik is . As Dr Sheik was on leave today I had to accompany my son to a walk in clinic at King George Superstore. The dr there was rude, abrupt and impatient. She did not assess my son properly and seemed to be in a rush to get to the next patient. Dr Skeik on the other hand is a gem.

As a somewhat an older nurse who has worked with so many physicians in my lengthy career, I would say Dr Sheikh as 'the bestest of them all'. My husband has cardiac issues and I am impressed at the expertise of this doctor. One of my patients in ER also expressed 'he is the only one who was able to control my blood pressure'. As for me, I am touched that Dr Sheik actually listens to my concerns and addresses them. But good luck registering with him...... he is unable to take on any new patients, much in demand.
