Dr. Wilkhu and his receptionist Manreet both have been very good. Our family doctor for almost 15 years. Professional service, very caring and always on time with his appointments.

After 1.5 minutes, he tells me he is too busy with other patients and to make another appointment. This has happened on three separate occasions. I literally had to cry for him to send me for an ultrasound although I had been asking him to do so for nearly two years. When I went in because I had been walking with a limp and was in pain for 6 months he told me to take Tylenol and that I must have pulled a muscle. After being my family doctor for 5 years, at my last visit he asked if I had found a family doctor yet. He has never followed up with test results with me.

Dr. Wilkhu is very accommodating and friendly to us! Welcomed me as a new patient and took care of me during my pregnancy together with his other network of doctors. Now I have a son and he is our family doctor.

The receptionist is very rude and unprofessional, I had an appointment at 10:30 and I called her and told I struck in the traffic, I will be 10min late, she told not to worry they are running behind. When I went to the clinic at 10:40 she told I should wait for 40min because I am late, I waited for 1 hr and she also started sending client who came after me and I can clearly see she did the favourism. When I asked about my waiting time, she told she knows her job and she will cancel our appointment and put a not in file . I am very disappointed from her answer. Doctor is good and we appreciate his service, because of receptionist we all our family members decided not to go to this clinic until this rude receptionist is there. Finally after 1:40 minutes wait we went in. I explained to the doctor about the incident. Doctor should take a note and train her better or to replace her to keep the reputation of the clinic or I can see many clients will be disappointed from this rude receptionist.

Rudest dr I’ve ever approached. Called in on Saturday first, his own staff told me he’s accepting new patients. After booking an appt this morning to get yelled at by the dr himself for even suggesting the fact that he was accepting a new patient. If you don’t know how to communicate with patient, go find a career that doesn’t involve dealing with patients. Clearly this dr doesn’t know how to talk to people himself. Yet alone be a doctor.

Worst experience ! I have been visiting as a walk in patient since last two years. Finally I found a family doctor and He requested them for transfer of record. They charged me $50 cash and asked to drop a flash drive. Its almost a month since then, they are making excuses every time I call them. Today I checked in personally to pick my records, still they said its not ready. Better to forget my $50 and flash drive too. So unprofessional facility. I am giving 1 star because there is nothing available below that.

Had such a bad experience with Dr. Wilkhu's receptionist. I called around 10am on March 04, 2020. asking for an appointment for my daughter. I was advised to bring her around 2.30. She didn't book an appointment as my daughter isn't his patience but told me to come around 2.30 and hung up. I waited with my ill daughter until 2 and thought I'll go early as it's walk in and there might be wait to see the doctor which is understandable. I changed my work schedule so I can start late. I walk in at 2 and she rudely told me that they are fully booked. I told her that but you told me to come at 2.30, if I had known I would've taken her to another doctor but you didn't say anything about being a busy day and told me come at 2.30 and hung up. She advised me that "she was on her lunch" which was unprofessional. She simply didn't care and told me to find another doctor. My self being his patience, I was very disappointed. I had drive around to find another doctor but they were all fully booked at that point. I had such bad experience that I'll never go there again. I've advised my family members of my experience as well. I asked her if I could speak with the doctor when he has a moment but she refused.

Terrible even when making an appointment takes ages! The receptionist did not even take the paper off the bed which the doctor then made me sit on it. The doctor will quickly come into the room and not even give any eye contact. I waited over an hour just for a single form to get signed by the receptionist. Which she then asked what it was for. This place is very disorganized.
