Dr. Harvinder Dhillion has been my GP for almost 10 years. He has provided me with exceptional medical care and support. He is very knowledgeable and compassionate which is a difficult trait to come by these days in the medical field. Although I agree with most of the other reviews regarding the customer service and experience with the receptionists, Dr. Dhillion's patient care outweighs the difficulty of their poor communication skills. I highly recommend the care and support Dr. Dhillion provides to his clients.

Worst receptionists at this office.They will never call you and let you know that they have received results of your X-rays and ultrasound and that you need to come back to see the Dr. I have to call every single time and ask if the results have come because I knew something was not normal with my shoulder and I was in a lot of pain.What a coincidence!every time you call, they will tell you oh yes the dr wanted to see you again and I was about to call you. I just spoke with a receptionist with really horrible English.Without even listening to me, she started shouting and I had to hang up. I work at a specialist office and we are never allowed to scream on the phone at any patient.Its unprofessional but I guess they don't have any rules or structure here and employees can say or do whatever they want to.

The lady at the front desk is super rude and yells at people. We waited for half an hour after our appointment time and when i asked her about it she said “I can see that you are waiting”. The older lady among two does not deserve this job and should be fired..

Expect to never get in on the time you schedule, you will be made to wait 30-45mins every time before you get your turn. Front desk girl for Dr Harvinder is a rude unpleasant creature.
