Receptionist here are very rude. I work in the medical field and how there customer service is very rude and arrogant is unbelievable. Was booked for a Saturday appointment and got a call saying they cannot accommodate that appointment, ok then change it, can only do phone appointment but I have a medical concern that requires the doctor to see me. But the receptionist just couldn't care less. Told me that it's my problem (you never say that to a customer/patient, you get taught that) that I am not available between 830 to 430 Monday to Friday, then why do you offer weekend appointments. Doctors are good but the receptionist are not the greatest at all. Very disappointing!

Dr. Raza is very rude. He speeds by the exam very quickly to make sure he can see other patients. Would not go to this doctor again, he does not know anything and prescribes general medication. Go to another doctor, one that is Canadian trained and not some international garbage program.

I was very sick but they were all booked up for the day. I came in as a walk-in. But the girls at the front were very accommodating and they got me to see a doctor anyway. Very professional and friendly staff. Will definitely come again.

I liked Raza, was never rushed, and liked that the lobby area is not cramped like other clinics. I like that it is nearby. I like that it is ground floor, instead of having to purchase parking and go up elevators into some dark office. BUT, like others have stated, the receptionists are not friendly nor professional. I had been advised to make them my "regular" doctors, and complied. But then when I needed to go see them recently, they told me I was no longer a regular, since I had not visited them in a couple of years. Why not an explanation about these bureaucratic, rules and why hadn't the receptionists taken the time to leave me a message, or possibly even an email about my status with them? Now I'm on the lookout for a backup clinic/doctor.

Don't show up here unless you have an appointment. Please don't call yourself a walk in clinic if you only serve appointments. Possibly the most unfriendly and rude receptionist I have ever encountered. Was there at 7am to be first in line. Place opens at 8:30. Receptionist arrived at 8:35. Unprofessional.

Why ? Only this clinic doctor are in rush ? You dont have time for patients. My wife just on fone with dr raza and he just hang up. He doesnt listen and he's in full rush all time.

Both doctors Raza and Hassan are highly talented and follow the thorough course even if it takes their time, so from my point of view they are totally in par with any local/UBC trained physician. The receptionists are reasonable as well, which is actually a big deal because they defy the norms in this industry as most clinics hire rude receptionists. So not sure where their career is heading but they are certainly doing well for a noble profession.

This is the best clinic by far. I have had my file with few places in past and every doctor seem to rush you out. They will basically say one problem at a time, but Dr. Haron is super nice and really good at his job. He will explain everything clearly and will take his time to make sure everything has been taken care of. Also, the whole staff is so helpful and friendly...Highly Recommended

Was refused service for some incorrect reason (i.e. "we don't accept wcb patients" as they made their own rule that "doctor has to be the same". Likewise they can let someone die as he is not their patient.) which i confirmed to be incorrect from health department bc.

Dr Hassan is by far the most competent family physcian that my boys and I had the good fortune of meeting. He is very thorough in his assessment and does not rush you out of his office. If he is unable to give you a proper diagnosis he will refer you to a specialist for further investigations. I feel very blessed to have found a very knowledgeable, well mannered physician. Well worth the commute for us, as we live in Port Coquitlam. The front staff at the clinic are very helpful, kind and accommodating. 5 Stars!
