The service is fantastic, very friendly with little to none wait time. The exam was very thorough and was able to get everything done in one place from exam to purchase of eyeglasses. They have an extensive variety of frames to suit any function. When I asked if they would put my new lenses in frames I already owned they said "no problem" and there is some minor damage on my old frames that I brought in and they are fixing at no charge.

Had been coming to Northern Vision care for years. Service has continued to decline hence the reason for me to discontinue to use them as an eyewear provider. Every time I have gotten eye glasses from them I felt as though asking for what I wanted in a frame was an inconvenience. The lady at the back desk always acted as though asking for a pair of prescription sunglasses with a specific brown lens was impossible. Dr Gentles is great, but go somewhere else with your prescription. It will save you time and money and you will get what you want.

I have had my eye check ups and bought my eye glasses from Northern Vision for many, many years. Through all these years what has impressed me and prompted me to continuously return is their high professionalism, high standard of service and the fantastic selection of frames and lenses. I have very poor eye sight, and in days gone by I would have had to wear glasses with very thick lenses. But with the guidance and expertise of Heather French I have always found a flattering frame and very chic lenses of the highest quality. I would highly recommend them for eye exams and to get your personalized eye wear needs met. They are five stars year after year!!

The staff is friendly and the doctor I met was very knowledgeable. I went in to have a set of prescription safety eyewear made, but unfortunately my prescription was incompatible for the type of frame that I chose, and we did not realize the issue until the glasses were made. Thankfully, the staff took care of me and fitted me with a new pair that met my needs, with zero hassle whatsoever. Excellent service!
