My son was looking for a good used vehicle and so we stopped in and talked to Paul Brent at Bannister Ford. Paul was extremely helpful and when a used truck came in on trade he even volunteered to bring it to my mechanic so we could inspect it. The truck was in great shape and we made a deal that day. I have to say this service was above and beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend dealing with these guys and Paul Brent in particular.

Brought my escape in for regular service and as I live and work an hour away requested a loaner vehicle at the time I booked my appointment. Even though there was a slight hiccup with loaner vehicles being unavailable due to circumstances out of the service department's control they were very quick to find a solution and went above and beyond to ensure that I was on my way to work as soon as possible. My husband and I had a mechanical issue on our truck that needs to be fixed and had to leave our truck for a couple days (from where we live to the dealership we deal with takes 45 minutes drive). When we first arrived to drop off our truck and borrow a loaner on a Saturday, the reception told us that she has no idea that we were coming so she called the person in charge, she then came back to us saying she totally forgot about it. We got a loaner and on the day it was scheduled to come pick up our truck or the truck was supposed to be fixed by then which was Tuesday, my husband left work early for it, started driving and thought he would call and check just in case. He was told that they totally forgot about our truck and haven't even started it.... On Thursday, they called and saying the truck was fixed and ready to be picked up so my husband asked to have someone drive to our place instead and they agreed to come by on Friday. A couple hours later, he got a phone call from Bannister saying they have no driver so they cannot drop the truck off. So here we are, a week later on a Saturday, my husband is currently driving to go get our truck. I really hope our truck has been fixed.....

Bought a used 2011 force escape good service. Battery died before a month wasn't covered little pricey on the install but peace if mind with new battery. Rear window had damage to heating strips that wasn't mentioned in sale but not a total bind though. Windshield was install when bought wasn't sealed correctly or seal failed and water drained in during big rains, fixed it without question Bo charge. Car runs very well and no mechanical issues. Still with the issues I had was treated nicely and why I still Give 5 stars.

Absolutely hands down the worst experience we've had at a dealership! We recently moved to the area and our 2020 Explorer needed some warranty work. A bolt on the skid plate fell off so the skid plate was hanging down and 4 clips holding the felt onto the wheel well were missing. They didn't submit the work to ford Canada for warranty and told us since there was a gouge out of the front tire they suspected the work needed was due to negligence on our part and had something to so with a small piece of the tire being damaged and told us we had to pay just under $300 to replace the clips and bolt. We phoned the dealership we bought it from and they told us they absolutely would do this work free of cost because it was considered warranty and they themselves would submit a complaint to Ford Canada. We also watched the mechanic get into our brand new vehicle in his greasy coveralls without putting a seat cover on the seat! Definitely do not recommend this dealership.

The staff and service here was above and beyond anything I could have expected. My vehicle was brought in and looked at right away, was repaired very timely and zero concerns afterward. The staff at the service department were amazing. They kept me updated on the timeline, which they were true too till the repairs were completed, and genuinely helped in anyway they could. Any future work on my vehicle will be done here and my next truck will be bought from them.

I had a great experience with buying my new truck at Bannister Ford in Dawson Creek, sales consultant Raj Chavda was great and made the whole progress enjoyable, his friendly manner, and helpfulness in getting my new truck from Dawson Creek to Fort St John definitely gives him a high mark for going that extra distance. Also a quick mention for Will Letondre the finance Manager, great experience all around, highly recommend this place, a 10 out of 5 in my not so humble opinion.

Had my Ford Escape in for a transmission problem. Took 2 weeks for the repairs to be done as a part had to come from Ontario. Only one transmission tech and he was working on 3 vehicles. Dealing with Kelsey in the service dept. was the best, very nice to deal with and also very good with her communicating with her customers. I got my Escape back and it runs like a charm. First time using this company for service work on my truck. You were one of a few who could do the recharge on my air conditioning to solve a rad fan problem. Good work on that part and reasonable price as your estimate was almost double what you actually charged me. Thank you. The service staff we're decent. However, i did not care for the insistence of being told that a diagnostic needed to be done first when I already knew what needed to be done. Secondly, i was told that my rad was plugged full with mud and debris and that my coolant fluids we're in need of a change. The fluids had just been changed by another company and I verified it my self by checking before and after my truck was worked on. I also took the time to check how plugged my radiator was only to find nothing of what your tech was saying. I also took it to another shop and had them verify there was nothing wrong with my fluids or my radiator. Third, your prices are too high, especially for the level of service you provide. Overall I more than likely will not bring my truck back for more work unless it's absolutely necessary. Thank you for your time and have a good day.

Great service department, they did an amazing job making sure my warranty coverage was addressed and I was frequently kept informed as to both my coverage and repair status at all times. I was booked in and given a loaner vehicle and told it would be two days. Unfortunately there was issues found requiring an extra day which meant I was unable to come from Fort St John to pick up my vehicle. Once they had finished, they drove my vehicle right to me and picked up their loaner. Pleasant surprise when my final bill came in lower than my estimate. Any thought I had of getting a new vehicle somewhere else were settled!

I am traveling from Alaska to Alabama. I had just left Dawson Creek when the battery light came on. I turned around and went back to Dawson Creek. I went to Bannister Ford as I had seen it when I went through town. Needless to say I was a little upset as I have been making good time that day I was looking forward to being in Edmonton at night. I explained what was going on to Rod at the service desk. They had my vehicle diagnosed with in the hour. A good thing I had to turn around as it needed a new alternator. The service technician also fixed a few other minor things that need fixing. They had me back on the road within a few hours. They were very professional and thorough. They also helped me put my trailer back on! Very very good experience. I would not hesitate to take my vehicle there. Thank you

This inspection was the final one for our 7-year maintenance plan. We asked that the truck receive a very good over-all inspection. A few days later I discovered the filter hadn't been changed and was dirty, yet it showed on the check list & in charged items for service. I brought it back & the filter was replaced, but the check sheet had it shown as done. Only hoping everything else was done. The coolant bottle was not covered, it was leaking due to a hole, caused by a rock hitting it was said. This wasn't done by a rock, it was a slit. A quote of $628 was given to fix. We didn't get that done. Too expensive. Previous service has been good.
