My first visit was with kind and helpful staff. I was happy with the amount of options for glasses to choose from. When i got them they were not what I chose, but I was able to reorder .I picked them up a second time they were still not what I choose, but were better than the last mistake order. Not sure what happens between the time you leave with making a selection and what the technician orders and when they arrive in stock at the store. I am not thrilled with that kind of service or the product I got. Not sure I would buy glasses there again, maybe I ll try online . Just being honest with my experience.

They would not allow an eye exam without a mask even though it’s for medical reasons ! And when the office was called to explain they hung up

Great people!!! Dr. Kadziolka is wonderful, kind and diligent!!! I love that he travels to two other towns to help out in those locations, so his patients don't have to all travel to Dawson Creek to see him!!! Thank you for your eye care services!!!
