Well hate to say that it was not very good. I was quoted a price and I wasnt given it . Now I have to go back. Also the guy who changed the tire censor did not seat the tire properly. It was thumping so hard when I got my vehicle back. Was not impressed at all.

They were able to schedule me in within a very reasonable time frame when all other shops within a 2 hour radius of me couldn't see me for an entire month or longer. Had some autobody repairwork done with their collision and glass section. Fantastic work and service, very friendly and accomodating as well. Pleasently surprised with a clean interior upon pick-up. 5/5 By far the best car service I've ever received, definitely recommend!!

Went in for a simple battery change and the mechanic looking after my vehicle went above and beyond and made sure that everything was up to par before allowing me to continue on the road. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. It's the only place in Dauphin Manitoba where you can stop once and continue coming back after for all you vehicle needs. Including trade in, lease or purchase. ( The guys/gals will come right to the back to help you while your vehicle is in for even an oil change and give you an estimate for trade in value. Quick, Safe and customer safety is first and foremost. All covid requirements are exceeded. ( This is not a paid review)

1 year old Denali HD diesel threw a code for emission was told it would cost me 600 checked with another dealer and the warranty book as well as online and I had coverage for min 8000 more Kilometerss and 2 years told Cooley service guy and he played dumb saying he doesnt know how they squeezed that through. I have bought diesels since 1988 is usually every 3 to 5 years this is a first for me There used to be a gentleman in the service dept that I knew and figured he alone would be a reason to buy a 90 000 truck from, No longer Ps no apology or I am mistaken or offer to provide service

Had an appointment time at 9:30 and sat for an hour and vehicle was still not in shop . When I question the time they said the technician is running behind already at 930 in morning and when it gets in it would take and 1 and half to 2 hours to replace 1 air bag. That's why they push for leaving vehicle there. You don't have to be brainiac to find a solution, hire more technicians or stop working on the vehicle that's there all day and honor appointment times, so I left

The techs. at Dean Cooley GMC seem to be fairly decent. But most info is past on my electronics that do the diagnostics. What if they are not working just right in the vehicle with problem to be diagnosed. Service manager did not impress me at all. Through the conversation he implies that I really did not know what my vehicle is doing and in next breath he says he tells his techs to listen to owner they know their vehicle. Last but not least was when it sounded like he was more worried about keeping GM warranty happy and keeping their contract then looking after the people that support and keep that dealership going.

Had a low tire on my vehicle and it was evening so everything was closed. I left my info and keys in the drop box and got a room at the hotel right across the street. In the morning I woke up and started thinking about what I was going to do with all my luggage after I have to check out at 11 am. They contacted me at 9 am and said it was ready!! Went to pick it up and they told me no charge! That kind of thing is not supposed to happen is it? Well at Dean Cooley GM does!! Thank you very much to all the staff for taking care of us when we were so far from home! Thank you!

I showed up 1/4 hour early for an oil change. There was nobody ahead of me at the bay doors. The doors were opened and I drove in. There was a Cooley’s service vehicle from the night before on the lift. I thought it was done and ready to go out. Nobody was working on it for about a half hour. Then one of the oil change people came out and began working on the service vehicle. In the meantime I think about 3 oil changes went out the next bay. The staff member spent more time talking to another person using the other hoist. I show up early so I can get my vehicle serviced right off the bat, and I can get on with my day. Cooley’s has always given great service, however this was the worst service I have ever had at any service station........ Jim Bird

Very happy with the work that was done on our truck. Pleasantly surprised at how clean it was when we got it back. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the estimated time to do the job. It took way longer to fix the truck than we were originally told. We were ok with the extra time taken to fix the truck. I just wish we would have gotten a more realistic estimate of the time it would take. Good job.

Went in to get an autopac claim done in the body shop and after the repairs were done and picked it up found some damage that was not there when I dropped it off. Went back to address the concern and was played off as if they were not responsible. Very poor effort was made to address this concern and resolve this issue. Very disappointed in their lack of concern and customer service. Will not be going back again!

I Brought my truck in for some body work. I Had to bring it back because the finish in the paint wasn’t quite right and a headlight they had replaced wasn’t properly aimed. The guys in the body shop agreed that the paint finish wasn’t to par and informed me they would look after it. Upon picking up my truck the 2nd time, I was happy to see that the paint looked better than new. The guys in the body shop went above and beyond and polished truck parts that didn’t need to be painted. Unfortunately they overlooked aiming the headlight which I ended up having to pay for at a ford dealership. Overall decent experience as they took care of the paint issue however I was disappointed that the headlight aiming did not get looked after.
