Atm i cant remember the Vets name, however she was really great. She was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Before treating my dog she explained what she was going to do and why it was needed, then she let me decide if I wanted to proceed. I would absolutely return next time I require a veterinarian.

As always the entire staff was friendly, thoughtful, patient, and thorough. Dr. Wendy was an absolute Rock star. Called me the moment surgery was complete to update me. Even helped me get my giant St. Bernard who is terrified of cars safely into the jeep when I picked him up. Dr. Roxanne has always been so kind and thorough and caring for all of our visits as well. Their online system is fantastic. Automatic reminders and check ins. Ability to fill out forms online in advance. Lisa of information available on their website. I cannot recommend this clinic more strongly to anyone in search of amazing vet care.

Absolutely phenomenal service! After getting back to Dauphin late in the evening last Wednesday, I noticed one of my cats was unwell. I called 8am Thursday morning and was in by 10am the same day. The receptionist was amazing, I was so worried and she calmed me down and made me feel so much better. Once there, the Vet gave me her undivided attention and looked Chilli over and had answers and solutions for me within minutes. After leaving Chilli in their care, I had a call back within the time they told me - assuring me my cat was good & ready to come home. After arriving to pick her up, I had such great help breaking down everything I needed to do with the medicine they provided for her. They made sure I understood everything perfectly before I left. Chilli is doing much better and it’s all thanks to these fabulous people! I am so thankful for everyone here!

Worst vet around would not help my womens dog with out money even tho she said she would pay them the next day would not ever go there if i were you. There are two vets in town if i were you id pick the other one

I had a great experience! I live 3 hours away and my vet was on holidays. I called and got in right away. It was a blessing. The vet was very nice and great with my 9 year old cat, touloose. He had lumps on his back and we had them checked quick. Couldn't ask for better!

Exams were performed force free at at a pace comfortable for my nervous dog. Treatment options were thoroughly explained so that I could make an educated decision. While veterinary food was an option I did not feel pressured to buy. I will continue to visit this clinic, and feel that they are worth the drive from Winnipeg to do so.

I called this vet today and told them my dog needs to see a vet asap and had no money at time but could pay them the next day and they said with out money they can't help I would not ever bring anything there it's all about the money to them

Dr. Wendy has been caring for my cats Baby and Missy for several years. They stay with my mom while I work out west, the clinic has allowed me to have an account with them tied to my credit card so any time they need care or food my mom doesn't have to worry. Everything is direct billed to me and my girls are well taken care of. Wendy's approach with both of them ensure they are calm and well cared for. After Baby's last surgery they had a staff meeting after and let Baby attend on the lap of a vet assistant so she wasn't left alone in a kennel while coming out of sedation. After having Missy spayed in Alberta they had botched her operation, Dr. Wendy went in and found ovarian tissue that was left inside her and even dealt with very serious complications Missy had over the next few weeks ensuring solid communication the entire time. They call me in Alberta and explain anything they find during their checkups and we work together to find the best treatment approaches for them. As someone who medically works on people myself, sometimes I have questions regarding their care in comparison to human care which Dr. Wendy is always so happy to answer. She's a fantastic vet and I know they are always in good hands with her.
