I have been to this pharmacy twice in the last two days and both times it was a negative experience. Alli served me in drive thru today. I simply ask to pick up my prescription and she condescendingly said to me “ AND YOU ARE?” .. Yesterday, the lady working the till inside the pharmacy was also rude and judgmental about the items I was buying. I figured if I went through the drive thru today I might get better service but apparently the staff here are always rude. I will never shop here again and I would recommend going somewhere else in Dauphin for your medications if you’re not in the mood dealing with rude, condescending, and extremely unprofessional staff.

I'm getting more and more disappointed with the service. I live out of town, so I call ahead so they have time to get it ready. Yet when I arrive its ethier not the right one or I'm missing parts of it. Plus they can never get my name right! I understand its a busy place but they should really be taking there time to insure its the correct one. Or I will go somewhere else.
