The audiologist, Patricia, in the Cranbrook B.C. branch was very informative, courteous and knowledgeable. My questions and concerns re; the hearing aids were dealt with in a very professional and comprehensive manner. As this was my first foray into hearing aids, I was apprehensive at first but was made to feel comfortable by the staff. I was very confident that there was no stone left unturned when I left the office with my hearing aids and was given permission to contact the staff if there were questions that should arise before my next visit. This was my first appointment at the hearing loss clinic. i made my booking online and the staff got back to me the next day. after booking my appointment i got an email with an easy link to add my appointment to my calendar. The day before i received a confirmation call and the staff had a few easy health questions concerning Covid 19 symptoms. When i arrived to the office i was greeted immediately by the friendly staff, my appointment started right on time and i had great feed back from my testing. overall a great experience . I am so impressed with this clinic! I have been coming here for 13 years. I just purchased new hearing aids and am amazed at the quality and service. The box that connects to my TV is unbelievable. I can actually turn the close captioning off and even have the volume down low. I find the staff to be very knowledgeable and thorough. They will work with you to get the right hearing aids and the settings to perfection.

After 40 years of running equipment, I never noticed how much my hearing had deteriorated . The Audio lab truck hearing tests were not even close to the results of the hearing tests The Hearing Loss Clinic performed on me. So after years of annoying people asking them to repeat all the time. After years of guessing what people were saying, and years of dirty looks from my wife for asking her to turn the tv up....The staff at The Hearing Loss Clinic made me feel welcome in conversations again...made it safe for me to watch tv with my wife again. I couldn’t get into the doctors office. Had sudden hearing loss in my right ear. The girls got me in that day with no hesitation what so ever. Did all the testing and will be followed up with a visit right away. I would give 10 stars if I could!
