I wanted to make a special note on how wonderful they were with my 5 year old daughter as well! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Due to many awful experiences in the past, I avoid visits to the dentist like it’s the plague. I was looking around at dentists in town that I could switch to and came across Symmetry Dental. I am irrationally afraid of being in that chair and having anything done, but Katie, my hygienist today, was so incredible!! I cannot say enough about the experience I had with her and Dr. Harris. I have felt in the past that my dental concerns haven’t been taken seriously, today was a whole different story! I voiced my concerns and Dr. Harris was quick to make me feel heard and booked me for a consultation regarding said issue. It was a stress free environment and I felt comfortable the entire time. I will be sticking with them for sure! 10/10 recommend!

I am a very nervous dental patient, but from the minute of walking into the office every attempt is made to ensure my comfort. Dr Harris always explains exactly what is going to happen, that I am free to take a break at any time, and constantly asks if I am okay. His dental Assistants are competent and also a comfort. I have had a lot of dental work completed over the past few years and would not consider going to a different dental team!

Very impressed with the helpful and caring nature of the staff, the quick appointment booking turnaround, and care at Symmetry Dental. I called the clinic on January 3rd (a STAT as New Years was on a weekend) with an emergency appointment request about a sore tooth and was able to be booked in at the end of the day. I was then scheduled for a root canal on the Wednesday, immediately after my initial appointment. Great service and Dr. Harris was chatty throughout the surgery and filled me in on what he was doing throughout the procedure. 10/10.

Wonderful dental office! I had my first treatment of botox about two months ago. I used to have at least one headache a day. Everyone told me it was because I had thick hair and that I need to chop it off. Ever since I got botox I have not had one single headache. Extremely happy with the results and the doctor.

A good dentist is essential. I was nervous to have a procedure done by a new dentist, but coming out my tooth looks better than it did going in. The dentist and staff were all great.

The experience at symmetry dental was absolutely outstanding. After years of being in martial arts and horseplaying in my teens, I ended up with a canted jaw from injuries. This shifted my teeth and caused asymmetric teeth. I went through a treatment of invisalign which aligned my teeth but did not pull them into vertical symmetry. I requested further work, but the orthodontist called me crazy, refused to do any further work and sent me on my way. I decided to try other options. I asked the cosmetic dentist in fernie if she could bring more symmetry to my teeth, she laughed, told me i was wasting her time and sent me out with a $50 bill for a degrading consultation. After a bit of google searching, Doctor Harris came gleaming into my search results like an angel sent from heaven. His FREE consultation drew me in immediately. He was THE most polite and friendly doctor I have ever dealt with in the field of ortho/dentistry work. He patiently listened and gave me detailed solutions to my concern. His precise hands and meticulous work gave me the results i was looking for. He did a PERFECT job bonding/contouring my teeth. DOCTOR HARRIS IS THE BEST. A+++

This review is long overdue. I have dealt with TMJ issues for well over 40 years. The orthodics that were made for me in the past protected my teeth but did nothing to stop the actual grinding of my teeth. The procedure Dr. Harris performed has done just that. I no longer deal with headaches, neck pain and shoulder pain to name just a few of the issues I suffered with. When ever someone mentions TMJ issues I am quick to respond with my experience. Hence I was compelled to finally leave a comment...one which I hope others will heed. Thanks to Dr. Harris, Carla and to Jillian my amazing dental hygienist.

Had an ortho. consultation (free of charge) for my 10 year old son. Dr. Harris and his assistant were excellent. It amazes me how patient and respectful they are of children. They both included my son in the conversation (even if he wasn't interested) which i appreciated. Very informative and knowledgeable. Dr. Harris admitted that my son's case might be too complicated and actually suggested we go visit the orthodontist in town. Still, we discussed my son's case for more than 45 minutes, never felt rushed or dismissed. He even offered to remove a baby tooth that was hanging by a thread....of course, my son refused but I was very grateful that Dr. Harris noticed. My experience at this clinic is always positive, from beginning to end.

I had a really bad fall and was in a lot of pain. I came in to see dr Harris who was off that day. After another dentist looked at me, he called dr. Harris in. He was there within ten minutes. He realized the amount of damage I had done, and decided I needed surgery . So he froze me like an elephant, and started to stitch me up. Couple hours later and I was on the road. Very painfull situation made so much better because of Dr Harris and his compassionate, caring, wonderful team.

Went in for a consult for tmjd (which was diagnosed by an orthodontist in Calgary). Dr. Harris spent about an hour with me, just talking and giving me information on my options. I think he might be the only in town who treats tmjd with state of the art machines and the method that I am interested in. Gave great advice on how to mitigate pain until treatment starts. Price seemed reasonable compared to Calgary prices.
