Love Skin Dynamics!!! All the ladies there are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Exceptional customer service! Whenever I have a question I usually send an email and they are always quick to respond and very helpful. Love the new online booking system - it works great! I have been going there for a couple years for services and have always been completely satisfied with my results. I have yet to try their product lines but several of my friends have and they swear by them so that is definitely next on my list :)

I absolutely love going to my appointments at Skin Dynamics. Dr. Wentworth is truly amazing at what she does and has provided me with instant, long lasting relief for migraine headaches with Botox injections. She is so kind and professional and always takes the time to talk to you as a person, not just as a patient. Karen is always so friendly, helpful and professional. It is a really relaxing atmosphere and you feel like you are in a little oasis. I would definitely recommend Skin Dynamics for all of your skin care needs!

If you are looking for great skin, this is the place to go!!! Sharissa, is absolutely amazing !! I have had IPL and laser on sun damage. My results were amazing! Sharissa is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and funny. She really puts the mind at ease and explains everything. If you are on the fence about skin resurfacing or treating sun damage, do yourself a favour and go see her for a consult. You will not be disappointed

I called and booked an appointment, I needed to wait a couple of weeks, which was fine. When I showed up, there was no record of my appointment. The woman appeared annoyed and uninterested in seeing me. After waiting and then going in for treatment the machine apparently broke down and she told me I would have to come back another time. She said that she would follow up with me as soon as possible and get me in. Never heard from her. So I went to the Crowsnest Pass for treatment!

On the positive end of things, the staff were all friendly and kind. They were generous with their time, spending longer with me than I had booked and paid for, and were generous with the pricing of my treatments as well. I have old (about 17 years old) scars and had 3 laser treatments done on them to try and minimize their appearance. After spending nearly $1,000 (It was at least $900, but I can't remember the exact amount, a significant amount of money, anyways), many weeks of healing time, and many days of pain, there's no noticeable difference in the scars, and it is quite disappointing to say the least. I was told that 3 treatments should be enough, and after the third it was evident it wasn't working, then I was told maybe an additional 3 treatments would do it. I was not about to do that after seeing no improvement up to that point. Maybe this treatment works for newer scars, I'm not sure, but this did not work for me.
