Have not used their service. However, the little green (grass coloured) signs they use warning people to stay off the grass are totally inadequate. As well as too few. Let's play find the sign in the pic. I found it after my dog and I walked across the lawn. Pretty poor warnings!

Excellent service. Organized in advance and showed up as scheduled. Electronic updates are a great feature with this company. Reasonable pricing and discounts if payment prompt. We have been utilizing the services of KLD for a number of years. The only downside ... I have to mow my lawn every four days. It grows faster and greener than Augusta!

We had a lot of clover and weeds in our grass and hundreds of dollars spent trying to get rid of it. Lawn Doctor comes 3 or 4 times a season, depending what you need and want. Reasonably priced and it works great. You can pay on line and you don't have to be home. They send an email when they are coming and another when it is time to water. We love it. Thanks!!

We live in rural Creston Va!!ey so proper yard maintaince isn't a priority,manicured yards are not a priorty with many in our area. Thus keeping our yard the way we wanted was more than we could achieve without assistance. We tried local but inconsistent results and poor business style left us unhappy. I was lucky enough to run into the Kootenay Lawn Doctor crew from Cranbrook on a lunch break and got an application time set up with them. We are in our 3rd or 4th year with them and have been very happy with the lawn results and with the professional attitude and practices of the applicators. Fred

We were told the chemicals wouldn't effect bees and birds. Prior to treatment our yard was full of pollinators and bird activity. Now nothing! Not impressed and would not recommend anyone to put the toxic chemicals anywhere in your yard. When we called to cancel further treatment reception was terrible - yelling and unprofessional. Our family is very disheartened.

It started with the sprinkling system, took some doing but your staff got it working better then it has in years. When a whole brigade of workers and equipment showed up to do the initial aerating and de-thaetching again this spring it is super impressive, I'm sure the neighbors wonder what is happening. Weekly mowing is looking good as well.

Many burned spots in my lawn last summer/fall. But, the grass is definitely greener and there are no weeds. This spring after your startup I have/had many bald areas where the grass was completely torn up and some are still not growing. But, the big one is my large Maple tree is dead, my flowering crab is half dead and very sick looking and both of my large Clematis are dead. Is this coincidence? I've read your response and am really discouraged the you would resort to half truths and outright lies to support your case. I will not argue our disagreement on the internet, but we do need to further discuss this matter.
