Cranbrook Orthodontics has a very welcoming staff when you walk in, they remembered me after i hadn't been there for a full year! and they never seem to miss the proper details needed when you're there for the quick appointment you've been appointed, definitely one of the best Orthodontics around :D

One of the staff members recognized my daughters name on a box of Invisalign that had been shipped to Vancouver on accident. She took it as part of her carry on home. Dr. Aran is fantastic. We booked a consultation with him and not only was the staff incredibly kind and efficient but Dr. Aran took the time to talk to my young teen son regarding the results and reassured him as well. He treated him with a level of respect that is often skipped in medical appointments. He answered my sons questions and even made him laugh. The bedside manner was above what we expected. That aside, his knowledge and expertise was also amazing. Instead of pressuring us into something, he laid out the risks and benefits and gave us his medical opinion.... which saved us about $7000. We are so grateful to have him involved in our dental care. Not only WOULD we recommend him for consultations, but we HAVE recommended him to numerous friends. Absolutely the best man for the job!!

If you have a busy schedule, this might not be the place as Dr Aran is only in the office for 4 days at a time. However it’s helpful to book appointments well in advance to get a time slot that works best. Front staff are always kind to deal with.
