I have had pain for over 30 years in the jaw and ears, and was referred to Dr Helpard by my Dentist after no relief from other specialists. Just told I have nothing wrong to cause the pain. I found the receptionist fantastic on the phone, as we booked appt. and when I arrived I felt welcomed by the whole team. Photos and X-rays done right away, and discussions. Dr Helpard says from reviewing X Rays that he understands why I have pain, showed me on the X-Ray what he can see and what looks damaged in my jaw. we discussed a few possible options, and are working towards finding an answer that will help relieve the pain one step at a time. We went for a consultation for both of our children, and were very impressed with the thorough process: taking pictures, taking X-ray, explaining the current situation and explaining the different options. All staff members were very pleasant and professional. We were prepared to hear that both children would need braces, but instead, they suggested we wait and see how they grow. We went home with a document summarizing the visit (pictures, results etc...) for each kid. Overall, great first consultation :)

My kids are now in their 20's and thank me often for giving them braces when they were teens and the idea of braces wasn't exactly thrilling to them . When I phoned and mentioned that she was in some discomfort you squeezed her into an already busy schedule within 2 hours. Who does that these days.?? She arrived at your office in pain and left 15 minutes later with a beautiful smile. Your entire office is so friendly and professional.
