You know how sometimes you go to the eye doc and first of all they seem to be upset asking you which option is clearer and then when you are done there is such high pressure to buy glasses or contacts it's like you're at a used car dealership. Not here. Dr. Laura Thomasen was great to deal with. Very nice, very understanding and no high pressure at all from her or the staff to get new glasses. I would highly recommend this location at the Crown Isle Shopping Center and Dr. Thomasen.

Staffs are nice but it took a long time to receive my glasses and the glasses had a defect so had to re-order. Price was about 70 dollars more expensive than the other optical stores.

Just went up to Mosiac vision Care because a screw came out of my glasses which caused the lens to fall out.Im from out of town,the very nice lady Paula took my glasses ,cleaned them,put new nose pads on ,and a new screw in.I had no appointment but was cared for right away.This is super service.Thank you to everyone at Mosaic.Cheers

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Laura Thomasen recently, on a recommendation by Costco, following an unprofessional and frustrating experience at an optometrist's office in Comox. Dr. Laura is a very pleasant and professional doctor. She conducted a thorough eye exam for me, including close-up reading distance testing, which my former optometrist had surprisingly not done (maybe because my primary sight defects are near-sightedness and astigmatism). Costco kindly absorbed the cost of the first optometrist's error, and made up my new prescription from Dr. Laura at no charge. I picked up my glasses today, and to my relief I can see perfectly once again! I found everyone in the Mosaic office to be very friendly, professional and courteous, and I very highly recommend Dr. Laura Thomasen for an accurate eye exam. Thank you all so much!
