Polite, professional and courteous as always. Office consistently presents a calming environment. Excellent work by the Hygienist yet again. Most importantly though...they're ON TIME (and very unlike many businesses in the Comox Valley) they COMMUNICATE with the client. Can't stress enough client-communication being the most vital aspect to any business...that wants/needs to STAY in business.

I always feel welcomed and comfortable here. I hate going to the dentist and each time I come they make sure I am comfortable. When I had to get my wisdom teeth out he referred me to a great surgeon. Then when I decided to get my teeth whitened it was a great experience. They give you a mold of your teeth and whitening gel to do it at home. I am actually whitening my teeth as I'm writing this.

I have my full mouth corrected by Dr. Des EauClair. I had chronic jaw pain because my jaw was not sitting in the proper position. I had also worn my teeth down because of this and therefor I was not happy with the look of my smile. I work in dentistry so I needed to be proud of my smile. Dr. Des EauClair did an absolutely amazing job. I finally feel so much relief! Oh, and I love my smile????

Speaking as a person who struggles with fear of a dental chair. I can't say enough about how Dr. Arnold has an innate ability to put you at ease . She is very attentive and you never feel rushed with her. She is ready and willing to give you whatever time you need to answer any questions and discuss any concerns you may have. As for the office staff, they are a friendly, efficient and cohesive crew. Going to the dentist office somehow is made a lot easier with an overall team like this.

Dr. Adam is very skilled and I am never in pain when I get work done by him. My cleanings by the hygienists are painless as well. They are a very trans friendly business that is very accommodating in that respect. They are always very friendly. I enjoy the safe clean atmosphere they present.

The most annoying and harassing dental clinic I've ever encountered. I get 3 reminder notifications from them on average for appts. Then today they book me in post-covid for an appt I never asked for and exactly 9 months after my last appt. Money grubbing thieves. DO NOT BOOK ME IN FOR AN APPT I NEVER ASKED FOR! And then require me to call (of course I can't email in cancellations, won't take cancellations on the voice mail!) Then make me waste time out of my day for a booking I didn't make to cancel it.

On the very day that I moved to Comox, the anchor tooth of my bridge broke off at the gumline, and the whole bridge collapsed. Yikes! I was so lucky to pick Courtenay Dental Health & Implant Centre from the online list of dentists. That was two years ago, and Dr. Marika Arnold and Dr. Tasso Irinakis have given me the best dental and periodontal care of my whole life. AND they are lovely, and interested in me, and fun. And the whole staff is wonderful. I feel so welcomed and cared about. Dentist appointments are GOOD DAYS. What a great place!

This office is unlike any I have been to. Incredibly friendly staff, from desk to hygienist, and Dr. Adam is incredibly efficient and knowledgeable. He backs up his work and obviously passionate about service. We moved out of area but no way we would see anyone else. Do yourself a favour and book here! No one likes going to the dentist but I have to say I do!

Friendly staff, and very welcoming. Booking was fast and easy. Dr. Staniscia is very knowledgeable and explains things clearly, and thoroughly. He was able to answer all of my concerns, and give me a diagnosis. Top Quality! I definitely recommend this place! They really do "treat everyone like family". Update: I just had a crown re-done and a filling, it was fast, and painless! Dr.Staniscia and Kennedy were AMAZING!! ???? Percent the place to go!

Thank you so much to the staff that came to help me on their day off with my dental emergency. You made a horrible experience feel effortless and care free. I knocked two of my teeth out of position and broke one in half. An hour later you wouldn’t have known! The doctor was able to put two of my teeth back in place and give me a temporary filling that looks perfect. I am so grateful to you ladies, not everyone would be willing to come in late on a Saturday to fix someone up the way you did. See you tomorrow! ♥️

Honestly no-one enjoys going to the dentist ,as no-one enjoys replacing a hot water tank . If you need a dentist ,this is the place to go They have a culture of professionalism ,second to none I've been to other dentist ,even with my awesome dental plan, there was always a bill , not with these folks Hats off to to the front desk, they make it so seamless I had to cancel on short notice, and they never billed me They have great common sense and understand , when issues come up that are out of my control , but if I miss an appointment due to my laziness I would expect to be charged FYI ,I don't recommend them for hot water tanks
