This place is completely unreliable. The staff are arrogant and rude. The doctor is absolutely NEVER on time. I could go on and on. This business is a monkey navigated mission, at best. Do yourself a favour and find a different dermatologist.

Barb and Dr Burgess helped me enormously with my skin. I would trust them to take care of your needs in efficient, knowledgeable and friendly manor. Your skin is your largest organ and you need to take care of it. I'm so grateful that we have this local business as an option in the Comox Valley????

I’ve been going to Dr. Burgess for a few years when he was at Crown Isle medical. He has always been very kind and knowledgeable. It’s great that he has his own shop that offers many other dermatology services like Botox, fillers and laser treatments!

After an exhaustive search for a clinic that can address the issues I was having with my skin, I am thrilled to have found Coastal Dermatology. The staff are extremely conscientious, the laser technician has a University education and a wide knowledge base. Dr. Burgess is thorough, kind and caring. I couldn't be happier with the service I have received there and would highly recommend this practice to everyone!
