I adore the urogyno I see at this clinic - she is incredibly helpful, sympathetic, understanding, and explains things to me. I have been going through so much the past year and she has helped make this as easy as she can for me. However, the reception staff does not nor does the nurse practitioners. I have gotten appts moved on me without anyone bothering to call me or tell me, they don't answer the phone when you call and if they do they transfer you before you can finish what you were asking and then you never get them back, they leave you random voicemails that make no sense to what you had asked originally. It's highly stressful to be going through a difficult period as it is let alone adding this type of behavior to the mix. I only stay for the urogyno, she is a fantastic doctor.

Location was overcrowded, they booked way too many people for single time slots. Cramped all the possible COVID positive testees into a dark unventilated hallway within 20 cm of each other to wait for OVER AN HOUR before being allowed in for our appointment. Location was very unprofessional dirty and not at all like an official testing lab. Will never be using their services again. Garbage

There is a serious miscommunication of information at this place. Whether it be from the receptionist to emergency personnel or doctor to medical personnel, both cases are extremely troubling. Paramedics were called to take my mother from the facility to the Verdun hospital after she experienced vasovagal syncope brought on by a cortisone injection. The doctor at the hospital revealed that she was given very little information as to why my mother was brought in. She simply received a note that read “patient was taken to hospital.” She was as shocked as I. I was especially shocked that the info wasn’t forwarded after I called the clinic for a clarification and was rudely given one. All-in-all, our experience with this clinic was trash and it left me thinking about if this was a life-threatening situation, would the proper info be forwarded as needed. I WOULD NOT KNOWINGLY RELY ON THIS FACILITY FOR THE DELIVERY OF SENSITIVE AND CRUCIAL INFORMATION!

Dre.Weible was amazing. Super nice and professional. But... the reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the receptionists are all rude, I felt it when I called to make my appointment but in person it's a whole other level of rudeness. I'm reading the reviews and everyone is saying the same thing. Maybe you should take that as a sign and hire new receptionists because it's all about first impression and would be sad if I missed out on getting treated by a great doctor just because the front desk was bad.

For pediatrics, they say on their website that they have a walk-in clinic and once you arrive there at 8, with your baby in need you're told that it's not possible and you have a wait list that can be months. They never answer the phone and I've be waiting 3 weeks for a registration answer made in their website.

Their Covid-19 testing is a farce. Waited outside (not informed about this) for 1.5 hours before giving up fearing frostbite. 2 out of 6 possible test stations in effect. 200$ poorly spent. I understand there is massive demand but they are obviously overbooking and raking in cash on people's paranoia and suffering. Abominable business practices.

I saw Dr Weibel twice due to horrible period pain and constant bloating and will never go back again. She was efficient but rather cold and impatient with me and I believe she's much more interested in pregnant women than those in pain. Once she assumed I had endometriosis, all she wanted to do was give me hormonal pills. She cut me off at any other suggestion; be it exploration of other possibilities, talk about appropriate diet, alternative pain remedies (as I had told her I'm very sensitive to hormonal pills) or laparoscopy (she basically said there was no purpose to do it as I probably had endometriosis and all they would do would be to see it, take it out, and it'd just come back again). Well what do you know, after deciding to see another gynecologist, I got the go-ahead for a laparoscopy and found out that I DON'T have endometriosis, that it's probably a digestive issue (possibly IBS), and got a referral to a gastroenterologist. Had I stayed with Dr Weibel and her tunnel vision, I would have stayed stuck with my issues. The Visanne she prescribed me, without surprise, gave me terrible side effects so I had to stop them as it just wasn't worth it. And yes trying to catch them on the phone is very difficult. Some of the secretaries are nice, while others are so vicious I have no idea how they keep their job. From my personal experience, if you think you have endometriosis, find another gynecologist.

I waited 2 hours despite having an appointment, which isn't too much of an issue for me. However, the doctor saw me for only 3 minutes (no exaggeration), told me I was fine, that further examination would be a 'waste of time', and to see my family doctor. He didn't even provide me with any advice about how to manage my condition. I was still in pain weeks after I saw him.

Booked an appointment for a PCR covid test at 8:30am (6855 ave. Clanranald). Got there at 8:20, there was already a dozen of people waiting in line. Waited until about 9:20 and still didn’t do my test. Elna’s nurse was extremely slow, did not communicate with the people in line, not even once. I ended up having my test taken by a technician from another laboratory in the same trailer. About 8 other people were in the same situation as me, tried to call Elna multiple times but they didn’t even pick up the phone. What a shame... On the surface, Elna seems like a very nice clinic but when it comes to Covid tests, they’re absolutely terrible. Disorganized and overbook appointments.

Five stars for my gynecologist here, Dr. Comeau! He is wonderful, inclusive and affirming, and listens to my pain. Appointment times often run a bit late, but not enormously, and the best way to schedule an appointment is definitely by email.

Do not book any travel COVID tests with ELNA you will NOT get your results in time as they are unreliable. We booked and paid for the 24-hour turnaround COVID tests, and my husband got his results in time, but I did not. I still have not heard from ELNA even after following up with them and being promised I would have my results within the hour. Save yourself your time and money.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with the receptionists. First of all, They don’t take the calls and if ever they do they put you on hold until the line goes off. If ever you get lucky and they answer your call they speak with you in a very rude way.

it was my first visit in this clinic.i can say it is the best clinic that i have met. they do not prescribe pills or antibiotics without a full examination- i think this is very important. I came to this clinic with emergency care, on the same day I passed all the tests, many thanks to Irina who works at the reception, she was very polite and understanding, and thank you very much to the nurse Caitlin , who explained everything to me and explained to me my illness. She was very patient and polite.

Like other people's experience, their telephone customer service is awful. Everytime I call even though you're the #1 caller on the line, you have quite a wait. Not only that, I agree that some are rude and impatient. I dunno if that was just one same girl. Next time I'll just try emailing them as the others suggested. Booked an appointment for a flu shot for an 11:10am appointment. Arrive to find a large swarm of people indoors that are waiting to be seen, totally disorganized and unprofessional. I chose private to get this done for my pregnant wife to avoid wait times and crowds, instead, we received a worse experience than going with the public medical system. Sure enough we were seen for our shots at 12:30pm, absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. Never never never again, find another private clinic.

DO NOT book a COVID test at this clinic if you want your results quickly. Was tested on December 23rd, and only AFTER calling Santé Medic on December 28th, someone called from the clinic to email me my results. If I didn't call, I probably would've still been waiting. Thankfully I'm not travelling, but if I was, that would've been $200 wasted.

I was infortunate enough to get stuck with this clinic during my pregnancy amd now post partum conditions. The appointment times are just a formality as they never see you on time. The wait times are horrific. The staff usually unapologetic about the wait. The doctor I saw was young and inexperienced. Always looking as if he has no control over any situation nor the experience to solve any of your issues. I would give up going gere as soon as I am done with my post partum follow ups. And would advice you all to stay away as well.

This is BY FAR the finest medical clinic I have ever visited. I had an appointment this morning with Dr. Benzaquen my cardiologist and I can't possibly praise you all adequately. The receptionist, the nurse who checked my blood pressure and my heart were superfriendly and helpful. In 75 years with PLENTY of experience as a patient all I can say is from every part of my heart - thank you.. Dŕ Benzaquen was both extremely helpful and very friendly. Very helpful and efficient. One-stop shop clinic where I got to see a general practitioner, get my blood test done across the hall and then book my appointment with a gynecologist (a woman taking new patients on top of it!). Highly recommend it.

My flight is in a hour and I have been waiting for my Covid test results since 9.30 AM it is now 1.30 pm! This is ridiculous. The staff is also very rude and unreachable. I was worried about lots of negative reviews on google. But I never had any problems with the staffs there, they weren't that rude. I never 'phone called' them to book an appointment. I always emailed and got fast response all the time. I was even surprised it was easy to communicate via emails. I think it's better to email to book an appointment rather calling them. The clinic is nice and clean, nurses and doctor are super nice!! :D

Horrible experience!!! They are so rude, awful service! We are international students so we pay and the insurance gives us the money back.. Today they called me to tell me that for my next appointment I need to bring $3,760 (the average consultation should be around 150-200 cad) when I saw the doctor the first time she told me the money had to be paid before the delivery,which I understand, but in the first pregnancy appointment??!! Really? I don't even know if my baby will be ok, I am only 6 weeks pregnant..since I asked the secretary if I could speak with the Dr, she cancelled my appointment! She told me that if I can't bring at least $3,500 for the next appointment CASH she had to cancel it!! So she did!! Seriously??!!!

I went to Elna for a PCR test. The staff were very friendly, fast, and professional. However I noticed they had only been provided with 3-layer masks. You would think that a private clinic charging $100 each for PCR tests could afford to provide their staff with N95-equivalent respirators. The staff are being exposed to symptomatic people all day long with basically no respiratory protection. N95-equivlent respirators had been widely available for months before Omicron so there is no excuse to not protect your workers

Let me just say the nurse I had was amazing and kind but... it went downhill from there. As a first-time parent, I would expect a minimal level of human kindness from the doctor. Dr. Maryse Larouche was completely cold, we paid 100$ to have our first ultrasound there and when my partner tried to take a video of the ultrasound on the tv screen, she abruptly said "no videos in here". I can understand they have policies, but there really was no empathy from her, especially for us being first-time parents. Then we went into her office for paperwork, and she was huffing and puffing the whole time while entering the information into the system. I am not difficult to please, but all of this tainted our experience. Then when switching to another Dr., I went to the clinic in-person to ask to have my ultrasound faxed to the other office, the receptionist complained*** to me and told me it would be difficult despite me handing her all the information and number of where it needed to be faxed to.... ridiculous, and I called to make sure it was done (now 2 days later)... big surprise it has not been done.. I didn't have much faith on that one anyways. I would not recommend this place. Beautiful facility, but that clearly isn't everything. I would like to add that I've perhaps written one bad review in my life. This experience was disappointing, to say the least.

By far, the worst experience we have EVER endured. We had an appointment last week with Dr Yael Luck. she was UNACCOMODATINGand very unprofessional because she disregarded the ethics of medical assistance. This doctor decided to speak so fast so that mother doesn't understand her ( on purpose it seems because she clearly knows that english is not her first language as it could appear based off my mother's appearance and physical features). I understand english perfectly and i couldn't quite understand her either after i rushed in to the clinic to meet my mom and " translate " to the doctor ( as the doctor had suggested ) She was very rude and said that communicating with my mother is like communicating with a baby and that she wasn't obliged to repeat herself. my mother is very organized and prepares her papers regarding her symptoms in advance to help the doctor understand her situation and be time efficient. Yet, that was simply not enough. This doctor disregards all ethics and all morals regarding medical assistance. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR if english is not your first language. and even if it is don't bother seeing her or referring her to any of your loved ones.

The reviews saying they never pick up the phone are true. I called at least 5 times on different days and stayed on hold for more than 45 minutes each time waiting for someone to answer. I had an appointment I needed to reschedule. After trying many times, I gave up. I figured they would call me after i didn’t show up for it, but they didn’t. Warning do not trust them! I went to Elna Medical and paid for a PCR COVID test. After getting the test , I discovered they charged me for the wrong test . Had I not been to the covid test centre for my booster I would bot have known they gave me the wrong test (antigen instead of PCR) . When I tried to reach them to find out what went wrong , it took forever to get a hold of someone. NO one was answering the tel# they provided on the test result they sent me. After hours of trying to get a hold of them, I spoke to their staff with whom I had to struggle to get a new appointment. They rescheduled me to go back to get the PCR test which i finally did. And for which I only got then results significantly past the 24h time frame I was promised due to their self admitted error. I ask they have the person in charge to call me (apparently Kelly). The nurse and the receptionist both told me she would and I have yet to hear from her 7 days later. Completely unprofessional. Yesterday, after 5 days of being sick, I decided to email them back (their lab CDL) and asked them if the PCR test also tested for the Omicron variant of COVID. I received and email indicating No IT DOES NOT and offering no other explanations. There is no mention of this anywhere on their website or in the test descriptions. I finally got an email today clarifying their response. Essentially they test for COVID and not for the specific variant. Had I needed the TEST results for a trip departure - I would have never made it. Thankfully it was not my case. ALSO be warned, their 6 testing booths are located in truck trailer in the parking lot. The trailer has been divided into 6 tiny closed sections , one nurse per booth, with barely any space and what seems to be hardly any ventilation. Patients enter one after the other with very little time between clients, just enough time to open the door and close it for the next client. I'm not sure how safe this is! I recommend you consider the drive thru option available to Montrealers. I've been in the corporate world all my life. Considering the profession ELNA is in, this is by far the most horrible customer care experience I have had in my lifetime. After this experience I'm can't help feel that this is simply being treated as a money grab by Elna and CDL.

I'm relatively new to this clinic but so far I've had great experiences. I honestly don't understand some of the feedback - the receptionist may have a bit of an abrupt manner but I chalk it up to cultural communication differences. Communication styles vary around the world. What's important to me is that she has always answered any of my questions, been patient while I fumble to get a pen or pull up my calendar and gave me the info I needed to ensure a smooth appointment. Wait times are reasonable. I expect to have to sit and scroll my TikTok for a few minutes before the doc is available. I think it was about 30 mins last time. There is a private blood testing clinic across the way so if you have private insurance it's a quick visit from the doctor to the blood test. Results come in very quick too. All told my annual check up was about 1h30 mins from doc to tests to my leaving. My Doc is Doctor Stanimir, Gynecologist. He's attentive, respectful and I am confident with his services so far. To note - he's my new gyno because my previous one retired but prior to that I went through MULTIPLE gynos/clinics with bad experiences. Rude, inattentive - gross billing practices. All that to say as of now I am very pleased with my experiences with Clinic Elna and Dr Stanimir.

SCAMMED. Went for a pre-flight antigen covid test, the result should be known by 15min, got called having a positive result after leaving the place HOWEVER what they don't know is that I waited the full 15min with the nurse who took my test and took a picture of the negative test result in addition to confirming with the nurse about the negative result before leaving. They even tried charging me double to get re-tested.... I just went to another clinique, this one is just scam, AVOID AT ALL COST.

Horrible experience! Twice they made me waste 3h of work for a consult of 5 minutes, where the bored physician did not examine me, did not explained anything, and even outsourced all the tests and procedures to the public sector. Just don't go there if you value your health, time and money. The only good aspect is that there is the famous 1$ cinema in the same mall.

I Rec'v a call to make an app't, trying to reach the secretary is impossible. If u do happen to get thru to secretary chances are u will get hung up on. So tried again, being on hold for a minimum of 45 minutes is insane. When I did get thru, secretary told me she would call me back in a few minutes, that was 7 hours ago.Never have I ever had to try so hard to speak to somebody.

DONT BOTHER. I scheduled an appointment for a pcr test on December 24. When I showed up early for my appointment there was a huge line and it became clear appointments were not respected and it was being run as first come first served. I waited for over two hours for an appointment I had to pay 200$ to schedule. Worst of all they say results should be received 24-28 hours later. It has been 72 hours and I have no results. I sent multiple emails to different inboxes at the clinic and called several times and havent managed to talk to anyone at all. Thankfully I’m not going on a trip or I would have missed my flight because of this clinic. All my friends who went to free provincial clinics have their results already. Meanwhile I paid 200$ for what feels like a scam.

I went there yesterday December 23 with my 3 kids for PCR test which required by the airline and the country and it has to be within 48 hours to fly. They promised me that I will receive the results by 24 hours. However, they didn’t send me the results even I called them and emailed them many times and informed them my urgency. As a result, airline didn’t let us to fly and I had to cancel the flight which cost me $1400 as cancellations fee. I received one email from Elna after I missed the flight that the results are not ready yet and when it will be ready they don’t know. Seriously, they charged $800 for 4 of us and failed to provide the results on time which costs me another $ 1400 for cancellation fee. For new booking I have to pay the differences too which will cost more money. My kids and I do not deserve it. ELNA has to compensate our loss. They are lying to the people that they are giving the PCR test results within 24 hours.

Can’t praise Dr. Ziegler enough! Never met a doctor with more heart! What a funny, professional, experienced and caring doctor! Felt well cared for from the moment I was referred to him and until after the surgery. He took time out on his weekend to come and check on me! Would refer him without any hesitation.

I had a horrible experience here. The receptionists are rude, forget to call you back to book your appointment after you’re supposed to wait two weeks for them to call. Most of them are playing on their phones when you get there. I was recommended to see Urogyno Dr. Larouche, I needed a second opinion. It was basically a huge waste of time and she was extremely cold. She poked me 3x with a qtip and confirmed diagnosis to what my first doctor told me. I was expecting a more thorough examination, even an ultrasound or something! She proceeded to tell me that I didn’t have a growth (which was the whole reason my doctor sent me here as I was in pain) then when she gave me a referral for a third opinion she wrote on the referral that I actually did have this growth. Very contradicting. Regardless, I refused her prescriptions as I was already prescribed them by another doctor and they weren’t working. Her reply to me was ‘Well if you don’t want my help, then that’s not my problem.’ So here I am, months later, still in pain. I went to an Obgyn elsewhere sent me for tests to rule out a cancerous skin disease, and now we’re looking into hormonal imbalances. Had I not continued to seek help and just accepted Dr. Larouche’s lazy conclusion, I could be going years untreated and just living in pain, taking medication I do not need. Unfortunately there aren’t many urogynos in the city, it’s unfortunate that this one is so highly spoken of but can’t put a little more effort in to helping people. I would’ve probably left a better review if a little more effort was put into looking at me and not finding the issue, at least leaving my house and taking off from work in excruciating pain wouldn’t have felt like a total waste of time.

The phone is a nightmare. 22 minute wait is decent but the call went quiet for 5 seconds, screamed ELNA and hung up! Called again and got booted to the back of the line twice.. waited 56 minutes for this second call and my appointment booking took 15 seconds.. Who manages this team? Please hire more people because these employees are stressed tf out and overworked. Took time off of work to call during their hours of operation and ended up having to take 2 hours off instead of 45. pleasseee

This clinic is located in an area that is heavily anglophone and alophone. I don't think anyone disputes the fact when calling it should be press 1 for French. Pressing 9 for English rather than 2 and with every department you get into through the automated answering system its press 9 is insulting . I am guessing elna feels that appeasing the alligators means they will be eaten last when heavens forbid we separate one day .

Hi! Very unpleasant experience with one of the receptionists there. Just found out I was pregnant, and calling for a 1st trimestre consultation. I am waiting for my health insurance , that means I do not have it yet, but I have all the other papers, that prove the fact I was accepted to live here . the lady was extremely rude and told me they do not accept this kind of pacients , to call somewhere else and hang the phone. Humiliating. I was willing to pay, it's my health and I was not expecting something for free. Maybe you should invest in your receptionist's communication skills, because in this situation, you should be more professional and understanding.I won't come here even when I'll have my health insurance.

I booked my appointment with Dr Ziegler in January the availability was June which I accepted the day before Sandra the secretary left me a msg in a very happy tone that the appointment was canceled and new appointment was for October today she left me another msg very brief almost robotic that my appointment was cancelled and new appointment was now November. I’m 65 years old in need to c my dr guess either Dr Ziegler is uninterested in taking care of older patients or the secretary is totally uncaring for elderly patients. If they don’t want elderly patients or care for their patients maybe they should publicize it.

Called, the receptionist literally screamed at me for not contacting my doctor's receptionist directly. My doctor's receptionist (Dr. Steinberg's receptionist, amazing doctor btw). Dr Steinberg's receptionist was not in the office at the time and I wanted to get some info. Anyway, Dr. Steinberg's receptionist was very helpful.

Although I explained my high risk pregnancy, they canceled my appointment last minute. After pleading, they agreed to fax a referral to an imaging clinic. But they faxed a blank form with only my name on it! The imaging clinic was obviously unable to make an appointment using the blank form they received. Called elna back to inform them of their error but unable to leave a msg because their mailbox is full. Unreal.

I am impressed of Clinique Elna Eurology,it could not be better from secretaries to nurses and Dr Richard Sioufi of their professionalism. I went for biopsy and everything went smooth better than I expected. and two days after the nurse called to make sure i am ok.

Just paid for a private service and covid testing by a mobile nurse. The person never showed up. I was pressured to book while I was busy and went home to accommodate them- no show! When I called back I was assured I’d receive a call back with a solid booking. Nothing but they dinged my credit card $350!! Totally unprofessional. Practically a scam.

Very poor service at this clinic. I had to deal with Amber who books patients and found her to be unprofessional and uncooperative. Because of this I would have to wait until October to see the dermatologist Dr. Sabbah instead of being able to see her in August. This was worrying because my family doctor had said I should see her no later than August. UPDATE - On July 30, Tina, Amber's supervisor called me to rectify the situation. She apologized on behalf of Amber and said that she would speak to Dr. Sabbah and arrange for me to see her around August 11. She also asked me to remove this google review which was completely inappropriate. I was shocked because it made me ask myself if her offer was dependent on me taking down this review. Tina never call me back as promised. I was very disappointed and realized that the unprofessionalism at this clinic comes from the management down. I also realized that perhaps because I hadn't pulled down this review she had decided not to follow through on her promise. This was confirmed when I called her and she coldly offered me an appointment for November without any recognition of our conversation at the end of July. Very poor service, unprofessionalism and treating customers in a passive aggressive manner seem to be the norm at this clinic.

Very difficult to reach. The staff doesn’t respect original appointments that they book for you and give you no options to rebook appointment. They don’t care about the patients and their availability. Staff is rude. Last time it took me 1.5 hrs just to get through to someone. Always get different answers. Never any availability. Very frustrating. Would never ever consider going back.
